This location is definitely closer to me than the other one on 98 north. I rarely go inside of the facility but the drive thru is always quick and the order is right 9 out of 10 times. The only thing I would say is that sometimes your toasted items can turn out burned but that's the only downside. read more

This was my first time to this location. We stopped in to grab some donuts before heading to a Home Depot workshop. This location is really big with lots of seating and even has a few umbrella tables to sit outside. Service was very slow and there was a line of people out the door. However, the very sweet lady at the register is considerably older so we didn't mind. They were out of a few donuts but we got there later in the morning, so I can understand that happening. We grabbed drinks from the cooler to get out faster and headed on our way. I would come here again. We didn't have any problems during our visit. read more

They allow Manager's to yell at employees and degrade them about their weight saying they are unable to work shifts due to their body type. My Daughter was harassed horribly for months by Kerin "Kenny" Patel, a male manager at the Lakeland Fla Bartow Rd store. Yelled at, bullied. She was REDUCED to tears nightly and even customers witnessed him yelling at her in her face and felt strongly enough to say something. Hostile working environment. She has been forced to quit her job to escape the abuse this man did to her. Franchise owners do not care, they are all family. Disgraceful Dunkin Donuts. This has to be one of the Slowest businesses I have seen. There were at least four people working and it took almost 10 minutes for someone to actually ring us up. I am a traveling nurse and I stopped at a different Dunkin this morning for an iced caramel cappuccino. I get it all the time and it is normally very good, but this morning it was awful. The coffee was burnt and it tasted so bitter it was undrinkable. I was already on the interstate by the time I had tasted it so I couldn't go back to the Dunkin I purchased it from. I stopped by this store and asked them to please remake my drink because I couldn't drink it and they refused. They said they wouldn't be responsible for mistakes made at another store. I understand that the drink wasn't made wrong at this store, but it was made by Dunkin' Donuts and I should be able to get it fixed at any Dunkin Donuts. I had to throw away my almost $4 coffee and purchase a brand new one (obviously I went somewhere else). Pretty terrible job representing the Dunkin' Donuts brand. read more

This DD had a really big parking lot which is odd but they also had an electric car charging station which is very unique. The store is clean and properly stocked. The staff was friendly, albeit not the fastest, they seemed to aim to please. They took our order efficiently, so I thought, and a few minutes longer than it should of taken, our order showed up. One of the 2 coffees was made wrong so they had to redo that. They forgot to give us the Blueberry muffin and also failed to give us "light" cream cheese on my sons bagel. Instead they just threw a heaping on there and not what we asked. So all in all not our favorite DD but we will continue to stop here in our way to Tampa since it's convenient. Prices are normal so that's not the issue but hopefully hey will get it right. read more

Here's a story. Wanna hear it? Here it goes! Girl has to urinate urgently. Girl's husband looks for a place to stop. Girl and husband see Dunkin Donuts and decide to kill two birds with one stone! Girl (this is me if you haven't picked up on that yet) Attepts to enter the female restroom but it is occupied. Husband goes to the men's restroom while girl waits to be served at the counter. No one comes to the counter and the female restroom is still occupied so girl uses the men's restroom while husband waits at the counter to be served. There are two other costomers in the dining area enjoying their coffee and donuts..... But no one ever appears for us. Girl and husband leave with empty bladders and empty bellies. I came too this dunkin donuts because I recieved a gift card the cashier was very friendly but it went down hill from there I waited 30 minutes for 4 breakfast sandwiches the crew seemed in total disarray there was a customer so upset he canceled his order and what was ready he threw the sandwich at the cashier like I said earlier she tried her best but was over matched I have never been too a place so unorganized overwhelmed And under staffed they will have too totally reassemble the staff or close the door they have lost me forever but there is still hope for this business but mgmt has to step up and really take a look at what is broken read more

This is absolutely the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. We went through the drive through and our order came incomplete. We pulled forward so they could help the people behind us and they never brought the rest of our order out. So we ended up having to go inside. I ordered a coffee with cream and sugar in the drive through and when we went inside there was a sign that said "we are out of cream". They didn't tell us that in the drive through, so who knows what the hell they put in my coffee. We reordered and discovered they they put the Boston creme donut in the bag upside down, and they were screwing up a bunch of people's orders. My updated review almost one year later.. NOW I will give this location 5 stars due to the following: 1. They still have the freshest donuts than any other location in Florida. 2. They FINALLY had enough common sense to get rid of the TV's. !! No more news when trying to relax and eat my donuts. If I want news, I can use my cell phone or Laptop for that. 3. Worst food experience I have ever encountered. Drove up to the shop, an older lady in a Dunkin uniform was smoking by the front door. We approached and she stated " I know what y'all thinking. She's out here smoking" . Since we saw it with our eyes we really were not thinking it. We entered the establishment only to realize she was coming inside to serve us. She coughed into her hand the entire walk from the door to the counter. Went behind the counter in plain sight and rinsed her hands with cold water. When she asked "what do y'all want?" I stated " I would prefer you to wash your hands with warm water and soap please ". Her reply was "you really want me to do that?" We left at that point. read more

Don't come to this location if you add the turbo shot they'll charge ou for it and not put it in there. I order the same drink every time I go to Dunkin, a large iced caramel macchiato with an extra shot, I know what it's supposed to look like. The drink I received was watered down and may have had one shot total as opposed to three I paid for. Then when I asked about it the cashier was polite and agreed that it looked watered down until another employee came to the window to give me attitude about how she "pushed the button three times" like that somehow guarantees that three shots came out. Has anyone who works here ever actually had a pretzel or do they just enjoy pouring pure salt into their mouths? The pretzel croissant was so thoroughly entrusted with large chunks of salt that I could barely even see the brown flaky goodness beneath it. After getting my full daily salt intake in the first bite, I had to peel off the entire top layer just to be able to choke down the rest. Sad! read more

Gave it to us wrong--twice, and with no straw to drink it with. Iced drink was more cream than coffee and no ice. Went back in to get a refund, which took another 20 mins. Terrible place. They tend to be out of stock of a lot of donuts which is annoying but they always get my coffee right ! Honestly, if I could give this location 0 stars, I would. As a frequent traveler, I often order coffee and wait for it to cool. After ordering a coffee at another location, where they made it incorrectly and included ingredients which I am allergic to, I stopped at this location to see if they could exchange it for one that wouldn't make me ill. The shift manager (most likely NOT the store manager) refused to exchange it even after explaining the disheartening situation. Needless to say I refused to pay several more dollars for poor coffee and poor service. I will be contacting corporate about this particular location for several weeks. read more
