I'm hoping this is the location inside of Target. It's actually my only bright spot in my visit to Target. I usually get the Cafe Mocha hot. I love the chocolate taste. And it's always perfect. But today I tried it Iced. I'm on an iced coffee kick. When I first saw it I was a little unsure. It's very dark. However it was so good. Perfect amount of mocha. Stopped by through the drive through to pick up the tropical butterfly energy refresher. It's new today for the summer menu. It is ok, but I wouldn't get it again. I don't think that it's a winner for the price which is just around $7 but I know that's around the going rate nowadays. I love using the app. It's nice and convenient, and going through the drive through they are efficient and friendly. Asked for a pup cup and my dog was super happy so I was too! This is the location close to Ross, Publix, Home sense, ATT. Haraz Coffee shop is also nearby, but this one has a drive through which is what I wanted for this time. read more

I go here if I am in the area. The service is great and my drink is always made correct. However, the mobile area does crowded with people waiting for their drinks. I frequently visit this location. Today I had a terrible experience, I placed my mobile order at 10:57 and it says it will be ready at 11:08. I arrive to the store at 11:08 and I see my bagel is ready. My drink is not ready so I keep waiting and waiting for it to be ready because I understand the store is busy, I ask an employee at 11:20 where my drink is she doesn't know, gets distracted and helps another customer, then goes to the counter by the drive through window at 11:25 and told me it had been sitting there the whole time. I was extremely annoyed as my drink was now watered down, and I was waiting for almost 20 minutes for my drink when it should've been placed on the mobile order counter as soon as it was ready. This made me late for work. I expect Starbucks to do better. I am frequently in this location and they mess up almost every time, or I wait an extremely long time for my order. Very disappointed and will stop spending my money to this location and business. read more

Every time I come, no matter the day, or the time, I have always received some of the most friendly service I've ever had in the food industry. The employees are always so nice and patient with me when I go to order and I'm always greeted with a smile when I get my order. I hope this great service continues! For the last 10 years no one did my drink right except today . It was perfect . I always ask for caramel macchiato, but unfortunately I feel no one listen to my order, whether the sugar is less or sometimes no flavor . Today was the first time I get it perfect without any complain. I asked for her name and her name is "SKY". Both SKY and the person who cashed me out on DRIVE thru today 1/28/2024 at around 8:30pm were really nice , friendly and very professional. This Starbucks is almost always busy... ESPECIALLY in the mornings.. it does have a drive- thru, but I wouldn't recommend stopping here before work or class unless you have an extra 15-20 minutes because the line both inside and at the drive thru gets ridiculous... placing a mobile order would probably cut the time down to 5-10 minutes to navigate your way through the super packed parking lot (there's not a lot of parking) and depending on which way your commuting trying to go southbound from this intersection is a nightmare! This location is always well kept, it's very clean and all the employees are exceptional, but I had to rate it 3 stars because of the lack of parking, the nightmare of a maze that shopping plaza is (especially in the mornings) and because I'm not a huge fan of the remodel. This is a small location, and there has always been a shortage on seating, there's a few chairs outside and a few tables inside but for some reason it feels a lot smaller since they rearranged everything and remodeled. It doesn't give me the "bring your laptop, grab a coffee and chill here" vibe I crave from a Starbucks. read more

I'm a loyal Starbucks customer and my Manager went and got his Team Starbucks this morning and was given drinks that were basically melted.... I order this frappe alllll the time and it's not even made right, it's literally just liquid. Absolutely horrible. Starbucks is known for their awesome customer service team, and I looked up the reviews of this Starbucks location in particular because I kept hearing negative things about this place and am very disappointed to hear and see how awful the reviews are. If I could give zero stars, I would. This location has been deteriorating over the past year. They consistently take an exorbitant amount of time to prepare orders placed in the app, and my drinks have been wrong as often as they have been right. I was never going to review this location till last week. I walked in to order instead of using the app, because it was spur of the moment, and there was no line when I got inside and only 1 person waiting by the pickup area...bottom line, there were very few customer inside, and only 1 waiting on a drink. I walked over to the registers to order, and proceeded to stand there for almost 5 minutes, while nine, yes NINE employees, ignored me completely. There were 2 of them by the drive up window, 1 preparing food, 1 at the espresso/steamer machine and 1 placing labels from internet orders on cups. The remaining 4 people were walking back and forth past the register multiple times, without so much as glancing at me standing there. So why ignore a customer for that long? What is the problem with this location? The Hunters Village Starbucks is STELLAR, drive up, app order or walking in!! read more

I personally like the drinks, but the prices can be a little absurd. During the winter season, they come out with a new menu which includes peppermint, sugar cookie, and pumpkin flavours. The service here is great when you go inside but the drive-thru can be a little slow. The people here are so nice. The interior is also very clean and gives chill vibes. Recently in the Wesley Chapel area at the Wiregrass mall near JC Penny, another place opened up, this may be a competition between the drinks. Honestly, the prices at the new place (Leonida's) are way better as well as they come with a free peice of chocolate... but starbucks has a larger variety of menu items. I've been to this particular store multiple times. They never get it right. Wether in the drive through or inside. They make my drink wrong, or they make my drink and put it to the side, while I stand directly in front of them for 10 minutes waiting for them to hand me the item. At one point I was trying to get an employees attention to get a straw. After a while I reached over and got it myself. Somehow that got the employees attention, to which they advised me to call for assistance. I end up at this particular store because it's right across the street from my home. Usually when I remember the crap service I prefer to drive 10 min down the street to the other Starbucks. I gave them two stars for the sole fact I like Starbucks coffee. read more

I am not one to typically leave reviews but this visit has put the icing on the cake. I tend to purposely avoid this location due to the lack of quality customer service. Most of my visits are memorable and not for a good reason. But today was it for me. My boyfriend and I went through the drive thru and once it was our turn he informed the lady taking our order that we needed a moment because we weren't ready. She proceeds to tell us "let me know when you're ready." Not even a full minute goes by when my boyfriend says "i'm ready" and she responds with "i'm ready too" in a smart tone that was distasteful. It caught us by surprise and took us back for a moment because that was honestly uncalled for. This store may be one of the busiest stores in the area but the staff is extremely friendly. I know you have baristas that will be friendly because it's a job but this store has several employees that you know truly enjoy what they do and working with people. I'm glad that when I stop by theirs always someone who remembers me and asks how I've been or where I've been working when they don't see me on a regular. That says they care and it makes this corporate coffee shop feel like a local cafe. It's the people that make it not the store. read more

I come here A LOT! I have had a range of experiences, most of which were excellent. Every now and then I encounter a lazy employee or one who seems to never even acknowledge me during the transaction besides to take my money. More often than not the employees are attentive and make sure my drink is made correctly along with being polite to everyone even though the place is slammed. Do give yourself extra time during peak hours (morn, lunch, and dinner rush) as this is the only Starbucks for miles if going north. read more

It totally sucks that there are no real coffee shops in this area, but since living here....I've met the most incredible people...and still do! I come here, not just for the coffee, I mainly come here for the people! I even tell my clients that of they want to meet quality people and staff...here's the place...a true gem. I absolutely love veteran staff MITCHELL!!! He's purely beautiful and extremely INTELLIGENT. When I think of Starbucks, I think of awesome people like him. This location has really stepped up its game. Running errands and decided to make a quick stop for a drink for me and a snack for the kids. Usually it takes sometime when there is a line at this location but this place was popping today. Seriously ! Almost never came to complete stop. Way to go! Staff was friendly when making order. When at the window,the staff member wearing a mask was smiling so big you could tell. He already had my order in his hands and ready to hand it to me before I stopped. I did notice the flies others are talking about, but I also noticed they have a drive thru that is constantly busy so that window is always open. I work at a Starbucks location in Indianapolis and this is by far the best location I've been to so far. We have twin babies and they were so caring, they even have a cart in the back full of books and coloring pages for kids. Recent turnover rate has been high. I miss all my favorite baristas. But the staff is friendly and tries hard. It would get 5 stars except for the fly problem. As a former corporate and Target Starbucks Barista, I get how the job is. I'm usually understanding if there is a long wait in the drive thru or things get backed up because of a difficult customer. It happens. What I find completely inexcusable is being ignored at the hand-off plane. I ordered a nitro sweet cream cold brew which is very quick and very simple to make. I waited for 10+ minutes. There was one person in front of me and another 3 that came in after me. We all waited. There were at least 6 baristas on the floor, if not more in the back. The baristas completely ignored all of us standing around waiting for our drinks. After the long wait, I finally asked the girl on the register if our stickers ever came through. She then decided to check the sticker printer to find it had jammed. Like I said, I understand it being busy, I understand technological difficulties. But I made eye contact with almost every person working and no one acknowledged me until I audibly said something. Please coach your baristas on better customer interaction. If you notice a pile up of guests waiting, you should not be ignoring them. All it takes is a simple "are you waiting on something?" And then you can quickly resolve the issue with no upset customers. read more
