It's Dunkin what can I say? Syrup collects at the bottom of iced drinks, an uneven number of munchkins in the box, and they don't give you a napkin.. but all in all that's what makes going to Dunkin an experience. You know it's gonna be consistently mediocre every time. And sometimes you just crave that comfort of consistency. I'm a regular at this location. The food and donuts I order are always fresh and never disappoint. There was one problem recently, but I understood because I seen there were new baristas. Both locations in Lawrence are lenient when it comes to replacing items if the order was incorrect. The owners and most of the team are always nice. HOWEVER, there is a female that is in her 20's with dyed hair and thick black eyeliner. She doesn't seem like she wants to be there. She always has an attitude whether it's taking orders or taking payments. I've complained about her back in 2019. She still works there. I went today, usually they repeat the order but she didn't. I asked her to repeat my order at the window--- she rolled her eyes, made a rude face and repeated my order with an attitude. She's always been like this. I'm not a difficult customer, so she doesn't have any right to be rude to me in anyway. But I suggest that the managers talk to her because I'm sure she's rude to many other customers too. She needs to work on her customer service skills. I was so mad that I didn't even care to scan my Dunkin' reward QR code. I just wanted my items and not to be facing her any longer. I've been in the fast food business for over a year and I'm never rude to customers. I always clarify their order and make sure they're receiving their items as best as possible. I'm patient, nice and welcoming. The reason I'm leaving this review is because I'm tired of her being rude to me every time I go. If she continues to be this way, I'll take my business to the 6th street Dunkin. read more

I got avocado toast. Although I really enjoy it, I think they use some sort of avocado spread. It tastes kind of fake. (Reminds me of using cheese whiz as a substitute for cheese) But that's no fault of this particular restaurant, it tasted the same when I got avocado toast in Chicago, so I think it's something that chain mandates. The drinks here are good. (I'm addicted to their chai latte now), the hash browns were a tad on the burnt side. And the chocolate croissant I got also seemed like it was a bit overcooked. Both tasted carcinogenic. Yum! Granted, it was noon. But throw burnt stuff out! Don't sell it to customers! Dining section is closed. I assume that's because, like many places, it's hard to keep staff on board right now. So I'm not going to count them off for that. However, I am pleased with the staff that was there. (At the drive-thru) I made a mobile order, but the app had eaten my order number, even though the money had come out of my bank account. I briefed this to the workers at Dunkin and they quickly, professionally found it for me, no problem. They were pretty friendly too. Overall, I'm pleased. I will be going back (for more chai lattes!! I used to work for a bakery who made amazing donuts. So I grew a fond love towards quality. So I got excited when Lawrence had a Duncan donuts; and I tried it, terrible donut. I wanted to love it but the trash got to enjoy it. Their coffee was good, just wish I could have enjoyed a donut to go along with it. Since that day I swore against corporate donut owned fast food places. Leave it to the local private donut shops for making s good quality donut. Try the bagel instead, their delicious!!! read more

Caveat: I rarely post reviews of major chains. Am posting this one because, being from the Norheast, Dunkin Donut stores are everywhere. One comes to expect a solid cup of coffee from one, no matter where you go. However, in Kansas, there are only a handful of Dunkin Donut stores, and this one is actually 35 miles from where I live. But I just got back from Iraq, have not had coffee or a donut from their in a long time. Also, my fiance moved here from Maine to be with me, and she also loves their stuff. Sunday was her birthday, and so we drove the 35 miles (on a $1.40 toll road, each way) there and back for coffee and donuts, making it my most expensive cup of coffee ever. So, keep that in mind when you read the review. All things being equal, the coffee tastes exactly as Dunkin Donut coffee should. Get it with cream and sugar (like I do) and I could have been in Boston or New York and not known (if my eyes were closed). The Boston Creme donuts are made properly with the yellow creme (so Dunkin Donut stores make them with white creme...) As far as location and cleanliness go, it was a little sub-standard. Overall, not impressed with the building, it's parking and traffic pattern, or the inside. It was a tad dirty and the employees a little lackadaisical. So, if I take the bad (location/sanitation) with the good (good coffee I have been lacking for a long time), I get an average of about 3 stars. Don' t think I'll make the trek often to Lawrence just for coffee (particularly since we have fabulous Cafe Rey coffee shipped direct from Costa Rica at the house), but if passing through or nearby, I'd get another cup. read more

This is my usual breakfast spot. Most times I'm in and out. The staff is very friendly and the owner is a great guy. Occasionally my coffee has been messed up (reason for the lack of a 5th star) but I love coffee so much it's never been that big of a deal. I love buying a big box of donuts for my coworkers and the drive thru makes it so easy! Plus who doesn't love Dunkin's donuts?? read more

Some tasty and reasonably priced sandwiches if you scratch the doughnut itch at a time when you are in need of a sandwich. Two very handy locations - 23rd Street and 6th Street. I love this location- they are always consistent with their quality, and I have never waited long for service. Their iced coffee is my favorite, and it is very well-priced! Their value for price is really good in comparison to other local coffee shops. Their donuts are pretty good, though not what I go there for- if I were going just for donuts I would consider other options, but their coffee is my favorite. Went in today for the happy hour special on ice coffee and tea and got refused the special because I was with another person who ordered before me with. As a customer I am disappointed with false advertisement! If I make my own money and can pay for my own drinks with the discount offered, why should I be denied the same treatment as everyone else. I felt singly profiled. By all means I can pay full price but why should I if the last person got a discount and the next person will too! If you don't like your happy hour and can't offer everyone the same offer then you shouldn't even consider making a happy hour!!! Won't be back! read more
