visited Dunkin on Bridge St Lehighton, PA on Saturday August 10th. My daughter stayed in the car which is normal for her. ordered my drinks (which as far as I know were fine). later on an employee (which yes this employee does not get along with my daughter AT ALL) posted later on Snap Chat in uniform a selfie in the bathroom mirror with a quote saying "the fact you can't even get your own latte because you're scared of me is insane. What's so scary about me". I have a copy of the picture from Snap Chat if you would like to see it. She has been constantly bullying my daughter for almost a year. While I do agree it's not your place to fire her for this, I do feel that this is extremely unprofessional to have an employee posting on Snap Chat during work and wear the Dunkin visor at the same time. I never do and have never done a yelp review, but this Dunkin Donuts needs a wake up call and serious help. I recently had the worst customer service experience for the second time here. I got only donuts and ordered a croissant, which I kindly went over and requested not to be heated or toasted since I could see how busy the staff was and I didn't want to add to their workload. However, the person taking my order seemed annoyed by my request and before I could finish my sentence the GM interrupted me gave me a rude response. Telling the food prep I can wait my turn, when I was only trying to help a situation that was already a disaster. I was taken aback by their attitude, and it only got worse from there. When I received my order, the bag was just tossed at me. Multiple customers tried to bring the disfunction to the attention of the staff, they were dismissive and unhelpful. I couldn't believe how poorly treated everyone waiting was and how little they cared about anyones satisfaction. Multiple individuals waiting complaining in the same manner. I would avoid this place and find another location. read more

It's been along time since I visited this Dunkin' Donuts, apparently I forgot what a horrible place this was. Still nasty grouchy people serving donuts, and the selection of donuts is still pretty terrible, gone are the delicious donuts we all remember replaced with the same round donut with a different color icing pink, a blue one, a red one, more sprinkles... Pretty much the same donut with a different color sugar frosting... Hopefully I will never be back again, stick with the supermarket donuts they're much better. read more

This Dunkin takes 30 minutes to make your order. (cold brew, cream & sugar) not complicated. The staff is rude as well if you ask after waiting 15 minutes. Morning staff is even worse! read more

Very poor service recently. On one visit, it took me almost 30 minutes to gett a dozen donuts and 1 toasted bagel. The cashier was working to check people out, fill the donut boxes, run to the back of the store to get boxes for coffee, etc. All while another employee talked on her cell phone... very disappointing. then, on my next visit, which took about 15 minutes for one toasted bagel, instead of bacon on my bagel, they put sausage on it. YUK. I hate sausage, of course, because it took so long to get the order, I did not have time to go back and get it corrected. Very poor service for the past few months. Horrendous. The line was 10 people deep and was not moving. They had one cashier taking orders and two people making drinks. The cashier took her time taking one customer's order which seemed to be never ending. She was looking down at the counter for a good 3 minutes, not sure what she was doing. From the time we got in line to the time we walked out without ordering, she was still taking the same guy's order. The other woman making the drinks decided to take her sweet time too and looked clueless behind the counter, not offering to help take orders when the line was out the door. I'm surprised the cashier didn't ask for help at all. They obviously don't know how to handle a crowd. The sad part is this Dunkin does not even have a drive through, so there is no excuse. Absolutely no sense of urgency at this location. We were tired of wasting our time so we walked out. Never again. read more

What could be wrong with a Dunkin Donuts? Absolutely nothing but the service. I used to be a Dunkin Donuts junkie, mainly for the coffee and occasionally for breakfast items, but given my recent experiences I'm ok with passing them up. It's unfortunate that this conveniently located store has terrible service. Their service is so bad it's unbelievable. This location is very hit and miss when it comes to selection and getting your coffee/drink right. The staff during the day are mean and they don't listen to your order, they have a very limited selection of donuts in the afternoon because no one wants to make more. They are understaffed and overall I would not recommend this location. read more

Yesterday afternoon, stopwatch the Dunkin on route 309 below Schnecksville. I ordered my usual coffee only to be surprised at the price. It was actually 50 cents higher at the Dunkin I always go to. Whatever, this one was on my way. I go to pay with my Dunkin card on my phone and they say it only had 38 cents on it when it clearly showed over $18. Instead of being helpful, the snot nosed, extremely rude kid working there went off the deep end. I refused to pay any other way when other employees saw my balance as well. It had taken change off my card and when I wanted the change back it got nasty. I had been on the phone while ordering and taking this abuse, and all I heard her say was that customer service was unacceptable. I was then asking for his name and the store number and they refused since I hadn't paid for it. I will never return there again and advise others to check other locations out as far as price. Giving them 1 star was the ultimate gift on my part. It was really bad and I so wish you could actually give the negative stars they deserve! read more

Always stop in this DD whenever I'm in the area for work. No drive thru at this location and the parking lot is small. During busy times, it can be quite difficult to get in and out of here. This morning there was almost an accident in the parking lot because it was so tight and crowded. Of all the various DD I've been to, this one has some of the nicest service. I usually just get coffee when I stop in. This morning I was there around 5:45 am and I thought it was odd that they didn't have any donuts out yet. Maybe they had some in the back, but since I didn't see any, I didn't bother ordering any. I was going to get a box of munchkins to bring into the office. Oh well, maybe on my next visit. read more

I know it is the wave of the future for DD but this store does not make it's own doughnuts, they get shipped in every day. This is normally OK, but then when there us a run on a particular item, they do nit have the ability to make more and resupply themselves. Should a DD be "out" of blueberry muffins at 10:30 AM?
