Boyfriend went out in search of coffee and unfortunately my medium coffee had two sugars, two *milks* in there even though he requested cream. Kind of his fault for not noticing... can't drink coffee with just milk, but I added powdered creamer from the room and it was OK. Very fresh jelly donuts! I wouldn't say friendly.... Or to me at least. I walked in and used the rest room which appeared to have the same nasty hair lined along the sink as yesterday. I came out and went to the counter and at first no acknowledgment then "I'll be right with you." Another girl comes up and barely says hello and I said "Good morning!" I order a decaf with cream, ask for extra cream and the young lady says "can you add one more cream..." Stingy with cream much.. The worst part the next customer that comes to the counter the lady that didn't acknowledge me at first and only greeted me with a be right with you rings a loud long "Helloooooo" and takes his order right away. We visit Lincoln, NH a few times a year and always stop by this Dunkin' when we are in town. The lines are usually long, but that's to be expected since it's right off the exit to the highway and it's the only coffee spot with a drive through around for miles. While we were waiting in the drive through lane with 10-12 cars ahead of us, I just ordered what we wanted on the Dunkin app and it was ready and waiting for us at the window when we got there. We did the same thing every morning we were in town and our order was always correct and the window service was friendly. Because this location closes at 3pm each day, which is inconvenient and unfortunate for those of us who need an afternoon "pick me up" I just ordered an extra beverage to keep in the fridge at the place we were staying so I could enjoy it later when I wanted it. Stopped here as we were heading home. Ordered two large teas, egg and cheese croissant, and a heart shaped donut. Got up to the window and went to use our Dunkin' cards to pay for them. Told they don't accept them at this location. Got the teas one teabag (any other location puts in two and we have been told it's in the manual), asked for a second teabag, told thiis location doesn't do that but they did put them in. Got our order and started driving home. Opened the bag to find the croissant and, surprise, an everything bagel with cream cheese, hardly the donut we asked for. So much for getting the order right. Can't say the staff was very friendly given the 'not at this location' attitude that we got. Wont be going back to this place if we are in the area again. Being from Boston, I grew up with Dunkin' Donuts, and getting a coffee and donut for under a buck pretty much got me through college in the 70's! Since DD went nationwide, however, things changed for the worse, and on the few occasions I went I found surly employees who couldn't be bothered to make the visit remotely pleasant. So, being in NH, and too late for breakfast anywhere else, I reluctantly gave Dunkin' a chance. Imagine my surprise when the order taker was so friendly and helpful, who offered me a cup holder as I was bobbing my drinks, and helped me put the drinks in. She gave me an honest smile when she gave me my change. The order was correct, and I went happily on my way. First nice DD experience I'd had in 25 years! I will be back. read more

Horrible Dunkin' Donuts with horrible customer service. The person who takes the order makes you feel like he is doing you a favor and does not want to help you in anyway. I asked him to refill my Dunkin' account balance which I have done multiple times at many Dublin's before ordering but he did not seem to care. They messed up someone else's order who came before us and they were not even apologetic about it. Ideally I would not go to a Dunkin' but we wanted some coffee before our hike and this seemed to be the only quicker and nearest option. Also I am not too sure about the quality at this particular Dunkin' as after having the bagel I started having stomach issues which has never happened before. Absolutely the worst Dunkin's I've ever been to. Placed a mobile order because it was a bit too large for the drive through, showed up to get it and had to go around the drive through anyways due to staffing issues and the lobby being closed. Get to the window, and I heard the absolutely miserable older woman going to get my drinks say "what an asshole." Every time I come to this store it look terrible. I can not walk into Dunkin doughnuts without seeing all of the employees sweating everywhere and bugs chasing each other around the store landing all over the food and countertops. My wife and I stopped by after hiking in the White Mountains. What you would expect from Dunkin Donuts but it was pleasant nonetheless.

Solid service in this resort town that is flooded with tourists. Clean counter. Friendly, prompt service behind the counter. They nailed my drive-thru order here 100% during the frequent stops made here during a week-long vacation. No small feat. Oh - and clean bathrooms for the impromptu restroom break with the kids as you drive through town. read more

How the heck does this place keep its Dunkin Donuts franchise? We were up north again last weekend and the outside trash barrel was overflowing, the lines was around the room & backed up to the entrance doors, the counters were cluttered with plastic bins and equipment, nearly every one of the dispensers (napkins, straws, etc) were empty, and they got my order wrong again. Shame on me for going back in there. While I was waiting on my mis-order, a young lady had to come from the restrooms and complain that there was no paper left. I can't even imagine how dirty those restrooms were. I would like to say I've updated my review to report on the improvements but it very much the opposite. Just when you think it could not get any worse. It amazes me that word hasn't gotten back to the parent organization yet. Steer clear. read more

Is it really that hard...? I recently went on a camping trip with some friends and of course, I need coffee.. psh.. so I popped Dunkin' into the GPS and lo and behold, I arrived at 44 Main St. North Woodstock, NH. I got excited entering the drive-thru knowing that I'm about to get my caffeine on! We order some pretty simple coffees 2 Med Regulars, 2 Dark Roast w/ milk & caramel swirl.... Nothing too snooty! We repeated it just to make sure... Drove up to the window money in hand.. We exchanged money and were passed our tray of coffees. Moments later as we pull out of the drive-thru, I dive into my electro-charged cup of caffeine I realize.. phewy NOT what I ordered!!!!! It wasn't caramel and barely had any milk in it.. ugh... disappointment.. I know you know what I mean.. you get soo amped for that coffee and it's like you can taste it before you get it and as soon as you get it you're so elated... but when it's not what you think it is.. you are beyond bummed... Although this happened.. I forgave the Great Dunkin of North Woodstock.. and I returned 2 more times that weekend.... EPIC FAIL!!! If America Runs on Dunkin, so does Lincoln. This Dunkies has a drive thru which works out well for us lazy people that doesn't want to walk out in 10 degree weather! We ordered 3 Medium Regular and 1 small black at the drive thru. When we reached the window to pick up our order, out came 1 Med Reg and 1 Small Black. What happened to the other two? Much improved! We came to this Dunkin 3 years ago and found the coffee terrible. I am glad to report the product has greatly improved and the service was fast and friendly even when they were ridiculously busy, this time around! Dunkin of course makes a mean iced coffee, and this location is no exception. The staff here are courteous and my drink was perfect. I am visiting NH for the weekend. My husband and I went in to DD to get a quick bite, the drive thru line was very backed up. I was in line for the counter and my husband stood to the side to help me carry everything out. A guy with a big mouth behind the counter asked my husband if he was all set and my husband said yes he was waiting. The guy said there isn't enough room you need to leave. When my husband stepped out the big mouth yelled "that's right if you can't follow the rules, get out. Now, everyone else, 6 feet apart, there are marks on the floor for a reason" He yelled out orders and when he yelled a coffee was ready for pickup and the person didn't respond quick enough this same guy says well thanks for the coffee. If he is management I don't give this place long before it's closed. I have never seen anyone so rude in my life. I am from Massachusetts, near Fall River. If he had done that in Fall River he probably wouldn't have gotten out a second sentence. I will NEVER go there again and I will tell everyone of my horrible experience. Did this jerk think my husband was just standing there for no reason? No, I was left inside and felt like an ass with his comments about my husband.
