    raspberry danish and hot chai
    Queenie H.

Cute french bakery with large, fresh pastries! We came in an hour after opening and was glad to find a large selection still available. I went with a raspberry danish and split a sausage egg and cheese with my boyfriend (at the time) and a hot chai. The danish was delicious but quite thick.. the raspberry filling was mostly globbed on one side so a lot of the times I just had bites of sweet flakey croissant. The sausage sandwich was fine and nothing to rave about.. I will say I enjoyed the cheese that was on it, had good chew to it. Spent almost $30 so the prices were a bit steep but for the quality of the pastries it wasn't too bad. Service was okay, it took a bit for our hot sandwiches to come out. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The environment www pretty lax and had cool decor.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This is a great cafe with ample seating and a nice open, spacious atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We had teas- tazo - a nice variety, smoothies -the berry moon was our favorite, chocolate chip cookies and tomato bisques which were warm and filling and flavorful. We also tried the Dubai chocolate bar which we were really excited to see and try. The owners were really chill and kind about our large group hanging out for a while and playing a card game there. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We enjoyed the space themed decor a lot als[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

We are in Lincoln for work this week. I remembered the Moon Cafe from when my friends got married nearby at Owls Nest and was excited to go to the cafe again! Every morning we get iced americanos- 1 for now and 1 for the midday crash. They sure do the trick! My cousin got the Harvest Moon smoothie today and it's so smooth and yummy [[HIGHLIGHT]]The cafe is super cute and staff is really friendly and quick.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Loved this place. There was a line when we got there on a Sunday which is always a good sign to see in a small town. I got a hot coffee with cinnamon flavor (I love when this flavor is an option). I also got the egg and cheese sandwich that is made on their homemade bread. My fiancé got bacon, egg, and cheese, a blueberry scone, and an apple croissant. I tried the croissant and it was delicious. It was almost like an apple pie because it had the apple slices filled inside of it! My sandwich was delicious. The bread was good and it was filling!

Their croissants are the biggest I've ever seen!!! Purchased only their chocolate croissant as takeaway. The chocolate inside is Swiss chocolate. It was served still warm. It's crispy on the top and soft overall. 5/5 I noticed they sell their day old pastries at a discount so I'm assuming they never sell leftover pastries from the day before at full price. If so, that's awesome.

Awesome coffee shop right in the heart of town. We came here in the afternoon and unfortunately there were no more baked goods, however the coffees we ordered were terrific.

From the moment you walk in, the experience is different. If there's a wait, you can help yourself to a complimentary cheese and dip tray while you wait for your table. Even if you're seated right away, you can still grab a plate for your table. It's such a nice touch that you don't see very often anymore. Their beer and cocktail selection is fantastic and changes with the seasons, so there's always something new to try. Then the famous homemade dinner rolls arrive and they're so good they put Texas Roadhouse rolls to shame! For an appetizer, we ordered the Mexican street corn dip. It had just the right amount of spice and was absolutely delicious. My wife had the blackened fish tacos, I ordered the Asian tuna bowl, and my daughter got the same bowl with salmon. Every dish was cooked perfectly, fresh, and full of flavor. Just when you think the meal is over, they come around after you pay with a heaping scoop of homemade white chocolate. It's another thoughtful touch that makes the experience memorable. The prices were more than fair, the portions were just right, and the service was excellent. Restaurants like this where you truly feel welcomed and can enjoy a genuine family dining experience are becoming harder and harder to find. 5/5 stars. The Common Man is an absolute must-try if you're visiting Lincoln or the White Mountains. We'll definitely be back!

There weren't many people lined up, but we still ended up waiting about 30 min for a table. This seems to be caused by a lack of staff - we noticed tables weren't being cleaned up for a good 10-15 min after people left, and waitresses were rushing around. Honestly from what we observed - they could slash their waiting time by half by being more efficient and/or hiring busboys. But moving on. Food was definitely worth the wait! Boyfriend and I both had the "Cadillac" breakfast (because, well, our car) and we both loved it. He had pancakes with it and I had French toast - I *loved* the French toast. Delicious. Boyfriend also had a side of corned beef hash and I had a bite - it was my first time trying corned beef and I liked it a lot! He liked it too, and says he's usually picky with that dish, so... Overall we would return! Food was great and service was super friendly.

Made me feel speshiul. Atmosphere was diner-cool, families galore were indulging and enjoying. The food was a mixed batch. Decent portions, poor presentation, mediocre taste, but beef quality & cook was good. Mashed potatoes were ok, but appearance was a lil funky. A bit more pan jus would've helped because it was absorbed by the potatoes. I love a diner breakfast, so I'll go back another day for that. And maybe come back for an edit here...

I had requested a window table when booking and we got one! The restaurant seemed full, with mostly resort guests. Very lively bar area, great atmosphere and lighting. No children in sight while we were there. Our waitress was very polite and efficient as well. We had the Caesar salad and fried calamari as appetizers; that's what we had last year and we loved it - still great this year. Boyfriend *loved* the calamari, it did have a "kick" to it - watch out for those jalapeños! He gives me that big parmesan chip from his salad and I love it! He had the 14oz striploin steak as main dish and unfortunately, wasn't too impressed. He found it a bit overcooked (had asked for medium rare) and it was kind of bland (that's probably his fault though because he had asked them to remove the garlic aioli usually served with it). Also - this cut wasn't a bone-in so the steak was bigger than he expected, and he couldn't finish it. He loved the asparagus and other veggies however, which were prepared perfectly. I had the napoleatan Ragu which I thought (from seeing pictures on social media) would be a MUCH smaller portion than what was served. It was tasty but I couldn't finish half. If you are boxing up leftovers it would probably reheat really well the next day (we couldn't as we are on a road trip. I mean, maybe I could have anyway. But it's a bit late to think of that now, Amelie). Overall it was another great evening... ambiance is most important to me when eating out and this place has it right. We liked our main dishes better on our 2025 visit though (pizza and shrimp scampi) - and would keep that in mind if/when we return...
