We started my daughter's 23rd birthday here to fuel up before hiking. We had the breakfast wrap, bagel sandwich, waffles and coffee. Everything tasted amazing and reasonably priced. The guy working went above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. We had brought candles to put on our daughter's breakfast and without being asked he brought out a lighter to light the candles. While we sat and ate-another patron who had a dog was welcomed in and he offered a dog treat to the sweet dog. Then before we left he wished my daughter a Happy Birthday and gave her a choco chip muffin for the road. His energy was uplifting and contagious! Highly recommend this place! read more

Service isn't great. Employee who took my order was rude, didn't make eye contact, and acted very annoyed throughout my ordering. The food wasn't great, eggs were overcooked and the coffee was kinda gross. We stopped in this past weekend and found the service to be friendly and upbeat. I ordered an iced caramel latte for my husband and I got the cold brew. The cold brew was tasty! This is a great place to stop in and grab breakfast before you head out on an adventure! I needed something to eat before I enjoyed my coffee on the morning we had to sadly head back home. Moose on the Run had great reviews, so we decided it would be the best place to end our vacation. The Moose Wrap was SO yummy and my iced Pemi Pride really hit the spot. I'm a big fan of maple and that's not something I can get a lot at home. The Pemi Pride was by far the best coffee I had during my entire Maine/NH vacation. I only wish I could get it more often! read more

Went here for the second time this weekend. Great spot, reasonable price. The service and atmosphere is possibly the best I've seen at a coffee shop. I got a breakfast wrap and coffee etc. very good... more importantly it was fast. Most importantly, Peter and the older blonde woman (I think that's his name) were super nice, irregularly nice. All the servers I saw had regular hair and no face piercings. It was a coffee shop anomaly... no woke political statements or crazy flags. I think this is the best coffee in Lincoln. I come here every-time I am up. I have tried the surrounding coffee shops and I don't think anything compares. Their lattes are delicious and I always get a breakfast wrap that never disappoints. It is very busy but worth the wait. read more

Formally Half Baked Fully Brewed, Moose on the Run reopened earlier this winter with an expanded menu offering more coffee and food than before. This is a decent place to grab a quick sandwich and coffee on the way out of town. We got a Chai Latte, a Matcha Latte, and 2 sandwiches and it was ~$45. These prices are expected in a ski town, but unfortunately the food and drinks fell flat. The Leftover Thanksgiving Panini was a little too dry, I would get something different next time. read more

Gotta say this place was MUCH better price wise and flavor wise than the Moon Cafe (sorry) but it's true. I'd definitely go back to Moose on The Run but not the other. The burrito The MOOSE was good, it was panini pressed so hot and crispy on the outside. We added a "salsa" made in house which was definitely much different than what this Texan is used to, but it wasn't bad. It had a definite vinegar kick with fine diced tomatoes and maybe a little cayenne. No hot peppers in It at all. The blueberry muffin tasted fresh, sweet, it was big and fluffy. Not sure if they outsource that, but it was good. Overall, I'd recommend this place for sure especially if you're in a hurry. read more

The atmosphere was good. The food was poor; soft eggs came overcooked by a long shot. The Belgian waffle had large sugar nuggets in the batter and I couldn't taste the waffle. The avocado toast was flavorless. I believe serving everything in aluminum containers was a huge waste. I left hungry and disappointed. The few stars are only for service and atmosphere. read more

This cafe was pretty good. Cute ambiance. Quick service. I was with three other people; my dad, my brother,my mom. My dad ordered a spicy ham and cheese, my brother the moose, and my mom a buffalo chicken sandwich wrap. I ordered a grilled cheese Panini. Although we all thought my grilled cheese panini was top-notch, my mom and dad didn't like theirs as much. They liked their order but they thought something was missing. They liked mine better. We stopped in to grab breakfast as we headed to slopes and it was awesome. Fresh bagels and muffins and hot coffees. They have wraps and avocado toast options as well. And you can just about add anything you can think of to your bagel if they don't have it on the menu already. It's a small little restaurant but the service is with a smile and they are good about getting your order and getting you back on the road. They have seating also if you want to hang around and eat. I got an oatmeal cup -- which was about 3 bites of oatmeal. It was $6 for a tiny amount. It was very good, but very sweet. If I were to ever go there again, which I won't, but if I were to, I would get it without maple syrup. But, and a big BUT, the main reason I went there was for a mocha. Why are there so many cafes and so few can make a good latte? The "mocha" was made with super sweet, powdered chocolate instead of high-quality syrup. It tasted like a hot chocolate. On top of that, the powdered chocolate was not mixed up enough, so I had clumps of powdery chocolate in my drink. Not tiny ones that can sometimes be sweet little surprises, but large ones that coated my mouth with powder. What little attention must one give to provide a customer with a hot drink with large clumps floating in it? The consistency of the foam was loose and bubbly instead of tight and smooth. I took about three sips of it. I probably would have said something if I thought the woman working there cared at all-- but from the moment I walked in, she had a cold demeanor. I'm really surprised this place has such great reviews. read more

Belgian waffle was a package waffle put in a toaster. It was extremely sweet. Fried egg was cooked hard. Bacon was cooked hard and cold. You have to pay for a refill of coffee. You can buy coffee ice cubes for extra money. They nickel and dime you for everything. 2 strips of hard bacon $2.00. Only went here because Flapjacks had a line out the door. Should have waited there or found another place. Very small, tables were all full, had to sit at a high top counter. Was not a fan. read more
