Yummy splurge with a bacon and egg bagel and a cinnamon roll. The bagel sandwich was freshly made and served hot! So nice! Cinnamon roll was not drenched in glaze so it was very tasty and you could taste the cinnamon. Also ordered a plain cake donut which was very fresh. It didn't have the old fry oil aftertaste which was excellent. Friendly service and excellent piping hot coffee were two big thumbs up!! read more

I've been to this Dunkin twice now and the first time I waited 35 minutes in the drive through with only 4 other cars in front of me. Unfortunately it's the type of drive through that once you're in it you can't leave until you get your food, otherwise I would've left. I was hoping it was just a bad day so I came back several weeks later and the second time was the same way. Not sure if it's a staffing issue or what but to have to wait that long in a drive through is a little ridiculous. read more

Not much of a Dunkin' Doughnuts fan anyways and even less after today. A member of our party wanted some blueberry munchkins so we stopped at this location. It is a combo Dunkin and Basken Robbins. Drive thru backed up 4 cars deep at 3pm and not moving. Go inside and where there are two employees. There are no more than 5 doughnut selections and 3 munchkin selections. Ice cream area appeared closed. If you wanted a coffee you were in business. Never again will we stop here. read more

Tried to order an ice cream cake at BR but the employee couldn't find the order book, wrote it in a napkin, and when she got a the particulars asked me, "is that all, you don't want anything besides the writing on it?" I said something to the effect that they would put some kind of design or something, like roses on it? She said she didn't know. I mentioned that this did not inspire confidence, and she said "I don't like your attitude." MY attitude!? I told her never mind the order, and she says "Yeah, you can leave now." And I did. I enjoyed this Dunkin' Donuts very much. I found the building to be clean and well-maintained, as was the men's room. The staff I interacted with were friendly and attentive, and my order for cold-brew coffee came out quickly. Likewise, the coffee was good and fresh (and even came with a free refill!). Sipping it, I then lunched on the sunny patio with a good book, before having my second course inside, on the dining room's homey arrangement of couches. All in all, my experience at this restaurant was rather grand, and I plan to return. My thanks goes out to all associated with this Dunkin' Donuts location. Went to this Dunkin' Donuts and got there at around 5:15am. The hours say it opens at 5am. They didn't have the donuts nor were the doors open, definitely not the drive thru. We pulled around just to ask how much longer till they would be ready, the girl looked and saw us and ignored us as did everyone else (3 people I saw inside). I've worked in a coffee shop before and you had an hour to get everything ready. Maybe they don't but regardless it was frustrating. We went to a Dunkin' Donuts a little further away on 17s and they were completely ready with only two people. Will not go to little river store again. read more

Every time I go to this location there is an issue. Today was the last straw. I always ask for cream cheese on the side for my bagel because it depends on who is working whether you get just a smear of cc or you get inches of it. I go here nearly every day and they are always fast, friendly, and have never messed up an order. Whenever they have taken too long to get me a drink, they've typically just not charged me for it, however that's very rare. Great Dunkin. read more

If I could give 0 stars, believe me I would. This was probably one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I have to pass through Little River on my way home from our beach place, and this morning I left the house at 6 AM in dire need of a coffee. I pull up to the speaker and started ordering a breakfast sandwich wanting a comvo. Very abrasively the voice on the other end barks "we don't do that anymore do something else". I ask for a pistachio coffee to which the voice replies "we don't do that pick something else" I then ask for a Heath coffee and pull to the window. She hands me an almond joy flavored coffee and I explained I asked for heath. To this she belligerently replies "no you didn't. I repeated the order back to you and you did not say that." I said "okay whatever I'll just take it." She then begins to.try to grab it out of my hands and request (rudely) to make the heath. I payed for my order and got the hell out. The sandwich was cold, the coffee wasn't mixed at all. WORST SERVICE EVER. My advice if you want a coffee in little river? Go to a gas sfation, McDonald's, someones house for God's sake before you go to that hell hole. read more

Donuts? Below average. Customer service? Lousy. This store is located in a resort area and we've visited there three years in a row. This time we picked up half a dozen assorted donuts. Most of the donuts were ok, though some were a little dry. The lemon filled doughnut had almost no filling in it, maybe one bite tasted of lemon. As I was driving by Dunkin Donuts the next day I thought to stop and see if they would make right with a free doughnut. I nicely explained about the "plain" lemon doughnut to the clerk who immediately referred me to the manager. The managers response was to become very defensive, almost aggresive, saying that there was nothing she could do and that the doughnuts "come to the stores like that!" That may or not be the case, but I can't believe a manager cannot replace a doughnut. I'll also add that previously the store had filled donuts with the flavor of our choice when none were available. Maybe they don't do this any more. I know for sure that there is a Krispy Kreme closer to where we stay, so we'll probably by going there next year. read more

My wife and stopped in about 2pm last Wednesday afternoon. Our daughter wanted donuts for birthday. The selection of donuts seemed nice (there were at least a dozen of each type/style donut available). We asked for several different types knowing what our daughter wanted. However we did NOT sample any...big mistake. When we got home about 30 minutes later and opened the sealed box, we discovered ALL (every one of the dozen) donuts (several different styles) were stale. It is hard to know exactly how long the selection of donuts was sitting on display, but the staff must not know how to anticipate customer traffic because it seems unlikely that we happened to only pic those types that were left sitting too long. read more

The woman taking our order was very rude when she told us what she did and did not have almost like she hated her job. I have heard a lot of people complain about this particular DD location but still went here very frequently because it was close to my house and I've never had a problem...until now. Janie rang up wrong drink and no food, then lied and said the drink was rung up wrong but made correctly...it was NOT the correct drink. I have been ordering the same drink at least 3-4 times a week for the past 6 months. Since the drink and food ordered, together cost more than the drink she rang up, she gave me the food and called it even; AFTER I pointed out that my order was wrong. I tried to drink the beverage I was given, even though it was the wrong item, but I didn't like it, so I had to return later to get the correct item but that was an inconvenience for me. I understand people make mistakes but it is unacceptable to lie to cover your mistake. I would not have minded waiting for my order to be corrected on my original visit, I wouldn't even have given a bad review; but she lied to me, like I wouldn't be able to tell the difference between an Iced Caramel Latte and Iced Cookie Dough Coffee. read more

Horrible customer service do not even go John as a manager can't even handle making a coffee and adding some doughnuts after they didn't get the whole order through drive through right. Called up there after I left because I was so disgusted with his comment when I asked him for the correct order oh we can't do that you have people behind you and that will take too much time. (The order wasn't correct in the first place) John presented himself as a manager on the phone and hung up twice when I was trying to speak so of course that would make anyone else upset,especially took time to call. All I was trying to do was treat my kids to a little treat and have a jerk ruin that and on top of that won't even act like a manager and act childish and hang up the phone because customer was talking and he didn't want to handle it and try to say if I called again he would call the cops when no threats was made. I was told to speak Jolene in the morning there general manager. I have never in my life dealt with so much Crap to get a coffee and doughnut. Seriously no threat made and then say that just because you don't want to handle a problem you caused because you want to be lazy and don't even deserve to be a manager if you can't even listen to a customer just keep hanging up.(FYI a customer is not always right but those customer's Keep you having a job and your income coming into your home. )Keep up with that in life and you may work at dunkin doughnuts for the rest of your life and ruin another nice family outing good kudos to you!!!!
