I personally think there drinks are to sweet like the refreshers. But if you like sweet I'd recommend here. It's fast and convenient!

We order too good to go bags from this Dunkin once or twice a month as a treat for after dinner and for $6 you really can't beat the value. Last night we were presented with a bag of at least 10 donuts! My favorite was the Rocket pop donut, it tasted oddly by delightfully like a rocket pop! We also always order a coffee when we pick up or surprise bags because we still want to make sure we're supporting the business. Last night I picked their new chocolate covered strawberry cloud cream latte- yum! It's almost always empty in here and we never have to wait and the workers are always nice. I'm confused why they have such a low rating. We love Dunkin! read more

My baby girls favorite hot chocolate is Dunkin's! So happy to see we have this location in Lodi. I thought the nearest one was in Tracy. This location is always prompt and welcoming, the outside is always clean. Drive through is easy to access. Staff is amazing. Love to come for their seasonal drinks. read more

A shared location with Pizza Hut, so not a lot of space in there. Ordered a MAPLE SUGAR BACON BREAKFAST SANDWICH 1/2 DOZEN DONUTS SMALL BROWN SUGAR SHAKEN ESPRESSO I tried 2 donuts, and hubby ate 2 so far. I also asked the gal at the counter for a suggestion on a hot breakfast item. The croissant sandwich was yummy. I normally order a quad espresso with 2 pumps of white mocha over ice from SBX, so I decided to try the brown sugar shaken espresso. They forewarned that a few patrons mentioned it was strong. It was perfectly comparable with what I order from SBX. I would recommend if you're wanting the caffeine with a little sweetness and less calories (since I like to eat at least 1 donut hahaha) We will definitely be back read more

I tried Dunkin for the first time in Boston, I got a blueberry donut and a black coffee. The donut was like other blueberry donuts I've had and I liked it! So, I ordered a blueberry donut from this store, plus a Boston cream. The dough was not the same! There's no way they're using the same recipe. It's dry and lacking in flavor. Something wasn't right! I didn't try the coffee here, though. I will be going to Krispy Kreme or regular donut shops from now on. read more

Went yesterday and ordered a medium iced dunkalatte and a bacon egg and cheese on the bagel. The employee gave herself a $4 tip after I tapped to pay through the drive thru. I brought it up at the window because $17 is ridiculous for a coffee and breakfast sandwich. I then went in my Dunking app and put the exact same order in and it came out to $13. Employees wouldn't give me her name and tried to blame on me saying that I hit the tip button, which was never presented to me nor an option. I've already reported to corporate, it is ILLEGAL to tip yourself on a customer's card, especially without them deciding to tip you. She did give me a cash refund because I noticed it, I wouldn't be surprised if they have been doing this for awhile, and this was my first time noticing it. read more

Wanted to try a cold brew. The drive thru was clear but when I pulled into the right lane, since the left was taken, the order box wasn't working or the guy at the window failed to ask what I wanted. So, I pulled forward to the pickup window and told him about it. Instead of saying, "Sorry about that, what would you like?", he says with slight laughter, "Oh, it's working. You did not hear me." Really? The customer is making it up? I tried the Cookie Butter cold brew, which was tasty but missing the foam on top. I suggested that he go out to check the order box as I pulled away. I've been coming to this Dunkin for a while, but lately the service has been disappointing. Several times now my drinks or donuts have been wrong. Most recently, I placed a half dozen donut order through the Dunkin app. The app clearly shows both pictures and names of the donuts selected, so there was no confusion on my end. When I picked up my order, it was wrong, and instead of simply fixing it, the employee tried to tell me "sometimes customers get confused." I showed her the app with my order, and only then did she acknowledge the mistake and replace the donuts. This wasn't the first time it's happened, and at this point I feel the situation should have been handled better--at the very least with an apology or an extra donut for the inconvenience. Instead, it left me feeling blamed for their error. The only reason I've continued to come here is because it's cheaper than Starbucks, but if the accuracy and service don't improve, I'll have to reconsider. read more

So I waited awhile to go back. Same lady at the counter. Same hard timing taking a simple coffee order-literally right off the picture menu in front of me. Took forever to take a coffee order. Then was charged more for 50 munchkins than what was clearly on the display case. The upper was my son & I got in the car and found hasbrowns in his bag. Stopped by this morning and had their new wraps and a cup of original. New location, very clean. Friendly team, and order was ready when we arrived. Wraps were very tasty and coffee was good as it usually is. Glad to see they opened this location as they are close to our Lodi property and Dunkin is my wife's favorite. read more

This is a fairly new location, and we are happy to have one in Lodi. We visited on a Saturday morning, drive thru was busy so we went inside. Tried to order on the screen but it didn't have the donuts we wanted so we went to the counter. We ordered a jelly filled and got munchkins (only had three flavors available. My jelly donut was yummy and munchkins were good. They could improve on customer service and having more available but since it's new we will come again to see if it improves. Worst service Ordered one of there Mocha's and a maple bar, this is through there drive through couldn't understand what the person was saying repeated order three times, continued to pay at window she handed me a regular coffee and said were out of maple bars. Opened lid and told person I ordered a Mocha she didn't understand what I was ordering she turned around and went to get another person to make story short all the girls were from India they didn't understand the language I gave her the black coffee back and drove away. Wish I could give this more than one star, but there's no way I could not understand the person taking the drive-through order whatsoever. The accent is absolutely SO strong. Not very friendly either. I got iced caramel macchiato, which was OK and the donut holes were so so. Went through drive thru and had a very time hearing the person thru the intercom. I just stated my order and drove to the window. The lady stated that they had no donuts only donut holes? Disappointing Experience at Dunkin' Donuts in Lodi I decided to give Dunkin' Donuts in Lodi a try, but unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfying. From the moment I placed my order, the service was less than welcoming. The clerk scolded me for not ordering a donut exactly as it appeared on their menu, which was unnecessary and off-putting. When I finally received my order, the donuts were dry, tasteless, and noticeably smaller than what you'd find at the many excellent independent donut shops in town. California has a long tradition of top-tier donut shops, and Lodi is no exception--there are plenty of places that serve fresh, generously sized, and delicious donuts. By comparison, Dunkin's offerings simply don't measure up. I also tried a breakfast sandwich on a bagel with egg and bacon, hoping for something better. Sadly, it was just as disappointing--dry, bland, and seemingly thrown together without much care. It didn't even seem properly heated, as if it had just come straight from the refrigerator. With so many great local options, I won't be returning. If Dunkin' had done their market research, they would have realized that Californians know their donuts--and these just don't cut it. read more

I guess they make their own hours. I tried to do a pick up and it said it was closed. I showed up just before nine and they clearly been closed for a while, the Pizza Hut part, let some guy pick up a pizza, and it showed a bunch of pizzas were ready on the screen. But the Duncan gals said they were closed. They have some black curtain room dividers up in front of the Dunkin donut window, and a cone in front of the drive-through. I guess.... I've come here a couple times and have ordered through the drive thru. My drinks were always made quickly and they tasted just as good as the Elk Grove, Folsom, and Roseville locations. Staff is always friendly. I haven't been inside yet but I'm glad that there's a location in this area now. read more

They took awhile to take orders at the drive thru and when it was time to take my order they spoke quietly and made me repeat my order a few times. When I eventually pulled up to the window they handed me my drink and took a few minutes to hand me my food items. My food items were cold and extremely greasy while my coffee was bitter. read more
