I just got done having lunch over at the Applebee's across the street here in Lodi. This Starbucks location is in the big Safeway parking lot. Plenty of parking. I'm driving back to the Sacramento area and I needed a little pick me up to stay away on the drive up the 99. OK, I could use the restrooms as well and use the free WIFI to check my work email to see if there's any fires I need to put out. I bring in my Starbucks thermo Coffee mug to get filled. That should get me to where I'm going and keep the coffee hot. The restrooms are OK, or just one of them, the other needed a little service if you know what I mean. I log onto the internet just fine as was able to do what I needed to do. It was nice and cool inside here and a comfortable place to spend a little time. My coffee was filled no problem with the house Pikes Peak and I paid with my Starbucks card. I think I get like 10 cents or something off by bringing my own cup. Good visit, like like how all these locations are co convenient to wherever I'm at. read more

Went this AM to get a fruit and cheese protein box. App said it wasn't available, when I got to store found out Starbucks has discontinued and replaced with a fruit and cheese trio. My favorite in discontinued item was the Brie cheese and it is not in the new product, nor are grapes. New cheese assortment looks dinky and little variations, primarily cheddar. Same price and calorie content, but looks cheap in quality. Very disappointing! Please note as usual staff was terrific! read more

I prefer this Starbucks to the one on Ham ln because when I make a mobile order, I don't typically have to wait. This location is super convenient but the parking/drive-through can be tricky. I have seen people drive into the bank drive through by accident and the parking is tight out front. I really recommend making a mobile order, even if you have to do it last minute in your car when you arrive. Customer service isn't always amazing these days so if you have an issue with that, the mobile order is a good solution. You just go in and say you have a mobile order and they hand it to you. This location usually has the danish I like as well and the bathrooms are usually pretty clean. read more

Gigi the manager is on a power trip about the bathroom. I ordered, left went to chase and then came back to use the bathroom and she would not let me go. I brought my drink back in with today's info on it and she still did not let me go because I left. Completely rude and not understanding, I'm a customer who has to use the bathroom, I don't believe because I left and came back with proof should I still of been denied or asked to purchase more. I just find it interesting that a Starbucks in a well off area of Lodi has 2 employees who blatantly curse and argue with each other with a store full of customers. After speaking with another employee who looked just as confused as the customers, was informed that apparently one of the yelling employees is a supervisor. read more

This place is so amazing! The baristas are so amazing and kind. The food is very good because they all all so well trained. The music is also really good and they have a good taste in music! I got the pink drink with chocolate cream cold foam and it tastes like a chocolate covered strawberry. 10/10 recommend! read more

I like this Starbucks. It stands out for two reasons. The first, their late hours...open till 11 PM six days a week and on Saturday till 11:30 PM. That's great for us night-owl's! The other reason...the employees. Outstanding! Specifically the ones that served us last night... Markie, Hanna and Kristina. All three are great assets to the business. You can get coffee pretty much anywhere so there has to be other draws. In this case it's their employees and the late hours. I will return to this Starbucks. Thanks ladies! read more

I come to Lodi pretty frequently and whether coming or going I stop by this Starbucks. Either for a morning coffee because I am staying here, an afternoon pick me up for the ride home or just because. The staff at this location is always great and have always had great service. Including this morning the gal working the drive thru was super upbeat and really kicked off my morning in a positive way...they have everything else a normal Starbs does but for me the staff is what makes it extra special. read more

I'm sorry but the service at the night time sucks. The customer service is so bad. I believe her name was Vanessa and when we had asked which drink was which and she said "a drink" Like no really... Sad because we didn't say anything rude and she just came off as rude from the beginning. The only reason i'm writing a review is because this not the first time there has been an attitude problem at this location. When we drove up to the order board she said "what do you want". This location needs to practice some manners and customer service. Also when you order Cold foam on top of your drink you should get the correct amount because we ordered 3 drinks with cold foam and not of them have a decent amount there skimpy with the foam. I went inside the lobby and the employee who took my order was very rude!!! They were out of oat milk, and as someone who is lactose intolerant I was VERY upset. The worker did NOT care and told me they only had 2%. NO! I also heard the employees cursing and using foul language, around who I assume was the manager, who stood around and laughed?? Horrible customer service. Was turned away today because I didn't have a mobile order. I was not the only one they turned away. Yes, I could have just made a mobile order while I was standing there but is the principle. They had at least 7 people working behind the counter so I can't believe staffing was an issue as it has been in the past. Honestly... in the past 6 months this store has been out of sugar and Splenda for weeks, their brewing machine was broken for a week or so, and now they're out of cream. Can you restock sooner? If it's a supply issue, maybe communicate better to your customers because this store is always out of product, or something is broken. Put a sign on drive thru. It's ridiculous to wait 20 min in line to get to the intercom and only to find out AT THE END of the order you're out of cream. Out of brewed coffee. Etc. The baristas I've encountered have all been amazing but the management needs some guidance. read more

I don't expect a lot. Descent service, coffee, fast. This location does all of that. It's not a 'feel-good' location. Meaning, it's not like Cheers, I wouldn't go hear so that everyone knows my name. This is normally my absolute favorite Starbucks in town. The staff was always friendly and I could always count on my drink being made right. Recently I've had a couple bad experiences here with rude customer service and nasty drinks, I brushed it off thinking oh it's after the holidays plus Covid. Today was the final straw and I made the decision to try another Starbucks in town because of the drink they gave me. Granted I'm 9 months pregnant and hormonal. I've been craving this drink since yesterday. I even researched the about of caffeine I'm allowed and the amount in this drink. This morning I woke up so excited for my husband to bring home my drink especially because I'm having contractions so this might be my last yummy drunk before I head to the hospital. Let me show you all what they gave me. I almost chewed my husbands head off because HORMONES and he accepted this drink from them. Luckily the online customer service representatives refunded me and apologized. Goodbye to my favorite location, I'm off to Reynolds Ranch location. read more

Visited this Starbucks on Thursday at 10:45 pm. Both the Starbucks App and the hours next to the door said the location closed at 11:00 pm. When I arrived, the drive through was closed, chairs were on the tables, the lights in the store (apart from the lights behind the counter) were off, and there was not a person in sight. Other nights, I've tried to come an hour before closing and the employees have already stacked the chairs on the tables, making it very uncomfortable to go in and sit. I understand the staff probably doesn't like that the store now stays open later than it used to, but they seem to purposefully be trying to keep people from coming in and getting coffee. Perhaps they think this will force corporate to close the store earlier in the evening. Luckily, this city has 4 other freestanding Starbucks locations. Too bad none of them stay open as late. read more

Frequented this Starbucks while traveling in the area because it was very clean, warm, and bright. Naturally, the free wi-fi and great coffee are big draws but in addition to those staples, it was great to experience roomy comfortable seating, clean well stocked bathrooms, and overall nice atmosphere. *Visit tip - The Starbucks is located in the corner of the shopping center so what seems like the closest parking is limited. There is plenty of free parking, just be willing to park outside of the designated lot right in front of the entrance and walk a few extra paces. read more

This isn't my favorite Starbucks to go to in Lodi but it does satisfy the Starbucks cravings. I do like that they have a drive-thru and it's not as busy as some of the other Starbucks locations. Just be careful that you're driving into the Starbucks drive-thru and not Chase bank's drive-thru. I wasn't wowed by my Americano during my latest visit though. Some locations get it spot on but I felt like my drink was a bit watered down. I needed that "caffeine punch" and felt like that this location didn't deliver that. Overall, I will probably still frequent this location. The staff have always been friendly and helpful and that's important to me. Every Starbucks location has a hit-or-miss day, maybe I came on a miss day. read more
