We order from these guys only to get to the store at 6:40 pm with a sign on their door that says they say they are taking takeout only but their lights are off, not a soul in the store and the sign on the door that says their hours from Monday to Sunday are now 11-8. No notice on the mobile app of any schedule change or why there wouldn't be any one in today (12/1). Where the fudge are you guys!!! Why does your sign say that's when you're open and you're not f-ing open!!!! I am ABSOLUTELY IRATE at this turn of events. $63.02. Called the store to try and get a refund. I honestly love Moe's in general, but this location has gone above and beyond to keep me happy. I'm always greeted as I walk in the store and both of the employees who are usually there when I stop by on Moe's Mondays are really nice and friendly! As for the food, what can I say? It has been awhile since I last visited the location. Service has declined terribly. Server was nice but not dressed appropriately, shorts and tee, nothing indicating he was an employee. Our food was sub par at best. Flavor was ok, but the tortilla was equivalent to a wet paper towel, all of the ingredients were piled rather than spread and fell out of the bottom. We eat at a Moe's at least once a month. This is not our usual Moe's, but we have eaten here several times. Today may have been our last visit to this location. The staff today was the most unfriendly I've ever experienced. The short blonde girl seemed particularly annoyed that we were even there. Not a smile or thank you or please, come back. After I paid, she walked away and I just got my own cups from the stack as she didn't put them on the tray or hand them to us. When the baskets were put on the tray, a chip fell onto the counter and she picked it up and put it on the pile of chips. GROSS! I do not want to eat food that fell onto the counter. Then, in order to fit 3 baskets on a tray, she put the 3rd basket on top of the other two. I am sure those baskets are not washed. Who knows what is lurking on the bottom of the basket and whatever it is ended up on my chips. I just grabbed a bunch of chips and put them in the trash. I ordered through their website for food to go- good sized burritos with lots of options for fillings and great tasting meat. They also give tons of chips and fold the burritos every so perfectly. They have lost a good customer. Went in today and got my usual but didn't realize I received white instead of dark chicken. They usually just give dark and I wasn't asked white or dark because the employee was new, whatever. The problem is, I told the other employee, who's white, that I wanted dark and he said what do I want him to do take off the chicken? So I said No make me a new one. So he turns and says I think you need to handle this to the black guy. Why because I'm black he needs to "handle it"? He also poured 1 scoop of queso on my nachos and if anyone knows about mexican food you need at least 2 and he charged me 5.00 for 1 more scoop in total of 2 scoops. Okay, I tried out Moe's for the second time after a few years. I was really hoping for a different outcome today. I was really disappointed with my order. New YELP star system ... 4 stars of awful. I love to eat a Moe's in general, however I would never go back to the Moe's in Loganville. The young man taking my order would not close the lid when heating the tortilla, his method was to hold his hand on the tortilla until it was "hot enough" (without gloves). I asked if the hot press was broken and he said no, it's just better this way. All of the items on the hot bar were mixed together and looked like they had been there for days. He removed an empty item and I could see the water below was not steaming (as it should have been). The cold items were the same mixed up mess. From the looks of the floor I can only assume your broom was stolen. I was in the store around 6pm, not right after a lunch rush. No excuse. None of the items were hot. The queso had lumps of other food items in it. I had to alter my menu decisions based on which combination of items were less likely to cause me to be sick. The chips were not taken out of the chip warmer, but scooped from a plastic bin in the corner. I asked about this and was told the warmer was broken. The cashier, another un-gloved employee was El-scooper. When I got home the food was stone cold. Suggestions to keep this business open because no one will eat where it's nasty: (1) Train your staff. It's too easy to blame "the young people". Staff live up to the standards given. There seems to be a failure to communicate health laws, food prep laws and Moe's quality standards to the staff. If they are unable to follow directions - fire them. (2) Give a dam about your customers and the business you are supposed to be running. (3) Eat here yourself. Take a look at what is happening. Signs of a good leader are a business that runs like you are there, even when you are not. (4) Don't be a coward. Respond to my complaint to your corporate headquarters. I used the work at this Moes about a year ago. I came in today to find it a disaster.The staff are not friendly or inviting and seem annoyed at everything. The floors and tables were messy and my girlfriend and I were the only ones in there. They also left our stacks on the grill for so long that the sour cream in the middle curdled. DON'T EVER CATER WITH MOE'S I ordered from them on Monday 6/26 a taco bar for 50 people for today, 6/29. Felt the need to check on the order Yesterday, YEP!!!!! they couldn't find the order. Had my order ready today yet, I made them show me everything so I would know that all was complete. Loaded it up and went back in and asked where is my queso? Decided to drip into my first Moe's since the Chipotle conversion only because there's no Chipotle near me right now. What a sacrifice. The ingredients were so bland and mot fresh. The tofu was tasteless and forget about adding guac and sour because what you pay for ends up on the foil wrap. The chips were stale and salsa on the bitter/spoiled side. This is my second visit to Moes. I went with just the typical homewrecker meal. I went through and picked my veggies, chips queso and drink, but as I proceeded to eat the burrito I found a lot of hard rice in it. I only ate about a quarter of the burrito, and went and spoke with the manager. This is where the five-star came in, the manager on duty Jamaine,insisted on giving me a brand-new burrito for free with no exceptions. In some places as is common, but I still run into a lot of managers who don't believe the customer. I usually visit the Moe's here in Loganville, GA several times.. I have had some bad experiences as well as good ones here!~ But.... Today was definitely the BEST experience I have had here!~ I have an Onion allergy (very rare), Unfortunately, I have to ask for the server to change gloves and pull lettuce from a different container to avoid in contact with onions, most servers have given me grief or look at me funny, Krystle ACKNOWLEGED my allergy, and without any problems immediately changed gloves and checked all food before making the Billy Barou Nachos I had ordered. Wow, what a filthy place, My wife and I went in this dive june24th at 2.30 in the afternoon for a late lunch. There was 4 people on staff and no customers, The drink machine was not working and after I seen the staff with no gloves on and how filthy dirty the booths were, we decided to get the heck out of there. Went to here for dinner. It was not very busy at all and they were out of ground beef and said it would be 30 minutes before any was ready. Ground beef is the most popular ingredient used on burritos so it surprises me the ran out but it definitely does not take 30 minutes to cook ground beef it takes 5-7 minutes max. I've been to many Moe's Grills over the years but can honestly say this location is probably the worst out of all of them. When I walked in there was only one other customer which is really rare for Moe's, especially this time of day. They are normally a packed house! Not the case here. The employees were okay. They didn't really smile and show proper customer service. Fast forward to the salsa station, total wreck. Mess all over the area, and again there was only one other customer in here so it's not like it's been crazy busy and they haven't had time to clean. I noticed quite a few of onions in my burrito bowl. Strange thing is, I didn't order any onions. My daughter got a chicken taco. Her chicken was burnt she couldn't even it it! I'm normally not one to be picky about the softness of rice but my rice was hard! Point is, this was not a fun experience. I will probably never return to this location. There are very few restaurant experiences that are as life-affirming and impressive as what I witnessed today. From the moment I opened the door, I was exhilarated by the aroma and welcoming atmosphere from my first ever, truly sincere, "welcome to Moe's!" The employees were friendly, energetic, and willing to accommodate. For example, the lady in front of me asked that everyone change their gloves because of her food allergies. She wasn't even nice about it, and nobody hesitated or flinched. The ingredients offer a variety for all types of diets, and even the pickiest of diners are sure to find something satisfying. Out in the dining area, the tables were clean, salsa bar stocked, and an employee was even wiping down the high chairs in preparation for the "kids eat free" night. The restrooms were clean, probably in part to the healthy offerings of the menu. I'm sure if the meat was of inferior quality, it would be bowl blasted all over the porcelain. The pricing of the menu is more than what you pay at similar fast food restaurants that are "south of the border " or "outside the bun." However, the overall quality and experience is well worth the extra pennies. In short, this place gets it. read more

This is the dirtiest....filthiest restaurant ever. Staff doesn't do or know anything about anything. As a former restaurant owner I'd be embarrassed by all of their standards. Tell me they will replace my order...i drive ten miles and am told no manager on duty....after i just called mind you....and can't help. Dirty floors...tables bathrooms and counters. No condiments and no call from manager. I'm gonna have the health dept come out tonight and shut it down. Embarrassing..... and liars about freshness and source of ingredients...ie..steak. DO NOT EAT HERE....EVER. CAN'T OR WON'T EVEN TELL MANAGERS NAME. Chipotle is so much better its like the NFL and Moes is peewee. Gross gross gross.
