I do not recommend this location! One of the employees were extremely rude. She told me she couldn't hear me so I spoke up a little louder for her and she started speaking over me with attitude I asked for a regular chocolate donut and was charge for a chocolate donut cake. After telling her numerous times I only wanted a chocolate donut I still didn't receive it until the manager came. Not only that but I ordered two bacon egg and cheese bagels and only received one. Even after saying I wanted two the lady still spoke over me. I ordered a regular everything cream cheese bagel and you won't believe it but there was no cream cheese on the bagel. I don't know how you forget the main ingredient in a cream cheese bagel. Anyway it's not worth it definitely go to a different location. Or just go to Starbucks cause this place is terrible with Poor customer service.

Well I haven't been to a Dunkin' Donuts in a good while decided to bring the kids for ice cream, came in and they didn't have any ice cream only maybe 3 to choose from when I asked why that was cashier said because they ran out, I mean someone's not doing there job apparently if they don't have any ice cream so that was a bummer so then I decided to get a iced caramel macchiato they couldn't make because of not having all the ingredients, at that point I just got the kids the low fat vanilla yogurt icecream with sprinkles. As we sat at the table and the kids were eating there ice cream I noticed the table had hair on it extremely gross, I mean clean up the place a little sweep the trash, wipe the tables, have ice cream, and proper ingredients people so that us paying customers can have an enjoyable experience. Thanks.

Today, I walk in and there's a cashier (Jordan D.) standing behind the register. Jordan is standing there, looking as if she'd lost her donut. I initiate the transaction with "Good Afternoon" to see if she'd pick her face up. Wrong! I then tell her that I had a question about their cake flavors. She replies, "The cake lady gets here at 2." Jordan is obviously not having an awesome day. I tell Jordan I'd like an ice cream cone and 1/2 dozen donuts. While she's totaling my purchase, I ask if anything can be written on the cake. She replies,"Like I said, the cake lady gets here at 2". Jordan needs more ice cream, coffee and donuts...to sweeten up her sour mood. However, Jordan should not be the first person you encounter at this location. On the other hand, the young man mopping the floor was extremely courteous and cordial. Make him the face of this location and you might receive better reviews.

I just left the drive through. I bought my kids 4 frosted doughnuts with sprinkles. Who Are home. I was going to surprise them with a little morning Sunday treat. They put all the freshly frosted doughnuts in a bag. Everything was wet and stuck together. I asked the older blonde lady if she could put them in a box so they wouldn't be all smashed and messy. My kids faces when they see a pretty sprinkled doughnut is WHY I get them for them. They never ask for doughnuts. She replied with "no boxes only come with 6+ doughnuts". I asked her again if she would please just put them in a box so they wouldn't be ruined. She just stood there for a second .... I think processing. I don't know. I then said "if I need to pay for the box I will". She comes back with my doughnut box and New doughnuts. Hands me a receipt. Sure enough they charged me for a box. The .50 isn't a big deal but it's the customer service and nature of the business. So next time I go I will be sure to bring them their box back for a refund. I like how she charged me for two cups since buying a box isn't even an option. Oh yes.... and my 4th doughnut was not a glazed sprinkle doughnut. I threw the whole box doughnuts and all in the trash. I am appalled by this. It's doughnuts guys!!! I will go back to our usually doughnut place. Definitely worth the extra 4 minute drive.

We came here to use their free Wi-Fi. The place is pretty clean. There were a couple of flies hovering over the donuts. Staff was friendly. Comfy chairs and a larger table for a group of eight is in the back corner with the TV overhead.hubby ordered the mango banana smoothie and said it was really good. The French crawler and glazed chocolate doughnut seem pretty fresh especially for 4 PM.

Awful customer service. Icecream is about the quality of that in a supermarket and prices are high.

We first tried First…read moreWatch in Snellville and absolutely fell in love, so we couldn't wait to have a location closer to home. We visited the Loganville location this morning, and while the food is always great, it was the exceptional customer service that made this visit one we won't forget. I decided to try the Maple Bacon Croissant from the new fall menu. It was fresh and beautifully prepared, but unfortunately, it just wasn't for me. I ate some of my potatoes, picked off my husband's plate, and never mentioned anything to our server because there was nothing wrong with the food--it simply wasn't my personal taste. We paid our bill and were getting ready to leave. That's when Nicole, who appeared to be a manager, stopped by our table. She noticed that I had barely touched my meal and asked if I needed a box. When I told her no, she didn't just walk away. She genuinely asked if there was a reason I hadn't eaten much of my food. I explained that I simply wasn't a huge fan of what I ordered but didn't want to make a big deal about it. Nicole asked my husband and me to give her one minute and returned with a gift card for a future visit. We were completely blown away. I never complained. I never asked for my meal to be removed from the bill. I never asked for anything at all. She simply noticed. And that is what exceptional hospitality looks like. It wasn't the gift card that impressed us most--it was the fact that Nicole was paying enough attention to notice that a guest hadn't enjoyed their meal and cared enough to do something about it without ever being asked. In a time when great customer service can sometimes feel hard to come by, that small gesture made an enormous impression on us. First Watch Loganville, you have an absolute gem in Nicole. We will absolutely be back--and we're so happy to have First Watch in Loganville!

We travel to…read moreGrayson for a doctor and it is a long, annoying trip to make from where we live, depending on traffic, which is almost an hour away from our house. Every week I have this appointment for the last almost 2 years. One day, I missed my road and we saw this coffee shop. We stopped out of pure frustration at being a little lost and so we pulled in- rather than trying to find our way back to the other end of town we were more familiar with. The first time we tried it- it was an experience. My son and I were very impressed at the flavor profiles and on how they actually prepare the drinks. He is a trained barista that has turned into a coffee snob. There are steps to take to make sure the coffee and espresso is done right and a lot of larger coffee shops just don't take the time to care. We could tell with one sip that the staff did it right. The temperature, the taste, the added flavors- all were perfect. We have a very specific order and while my son will experiment with flavors- I prefer the content of caffeine to guide my purchase. The staff was amazing at suggesting different options and worked with me to create the perfect drink. Now I I get it every week. I actually look forward to my appointments because I have the excuse to get the best coffee around... or at least within an hour's drive from my home. The staff at this location also remembers you. I know they have a lot of customers, but when they can recognize your voice in the speaker and remember your typical order- that's just a more personal experience and welcoming on a different level. I really appreciate the "goodies" that Scooters offer. When I come through and I am given a sticker, badge or duck- I feel like I am an important part of Scooters and that they are actually appreciating me-when they don't even realize that without that beverage, I'd be a completely different person. The biggest problem with Scooters is that there is not a location closer to my house. My son and I even looked into starting a location of our own, but we don't have the capital to put down. We love it so much we looked into starting a whole business based on our addiction... that's pretty wild. The owner at this location really gets involved, too. That is a cool that he is actually a part of the Scooters family, not just an overseer. He works along side his staff and has a smile on his face while doing it. All the staff they have had have been wonderful and one recently moved and it kinda broke our heart to know she wouldn't be at the window next week. But, I know that another one of the people there will step up and fill her spot with another big smile and great customer service.

After you finish ordering, they tell you to "scoot around," which I thought was really cute . Overall, I was satisfied.
