I did notice the overall rating for this restaurant are pretty low, however my experience was a fairly good one. My and me family came into this restaurant for some good ole pancakes and for a nice time. We did have to wait about 10 minutes to be seated. Upon, being seated our server came to ask us for our drink orders. Once that was taken, she came back for our orders. The food was very good, the pancakes tasted fresh and my steak tips plate was very good. My family enjoyed their food as well. Due to the pandemic, they have removed the syrup, salt and pepper off the table so you have to ask for that from your server. There is no social distancing in place however servers are wearing masks still. Overall a good experience and the food was plenty and savory. read more

10 of us went to this location on Friday, December 30 and had an incredibly long wait. The staff was very helpful and continued to look in on us as we waited for a table to open up, and that worked out OK. The place was very busy at 10:30 AM on what is a week that most people takeoff of work. However it took quite a while for our orders to be placed. Our waitress was charming and very winsome and did everything she could for us. But 2 hours from arrival to departure seems highly inefficient. The food was surprisingly very good. We were happy that everything came out hot and at the same time. The eggs and ham I had were just right and the specialty French toast was fun to try. The coffee, like all IHOPs, is pretty bad when compared to the stuff you can get at a higher end coffee shop but tolerable with sugar. read more

I met friends there for breakfast. i ordered the country fried steak and gravy breakfast with hash browns, scrambled eggs and pancakes. The single item that tasted good was the pancakes. They were lite fluffy and hot. Disapointingly they have done away with their Boysenberry syrup. The rest of the meal was a total disappointment! The steak was undercooked & mushy. The gravy was pasty and tasteles. The hash browns were barely warmed and white not browned as shown on the menu. In fairness the Scrambled eggs were ok but a bit cool when served. For $13 I expect a lot more. My suggestion for a much better breakfast would be Bojangles or Waffle House. IHOP "Foreign Object" We went to the Loganville IHOP to enjoy a nice family meal after me and my daughter got off work. And we always go to eat at this IHOP, I ordered the 'All you can eat pancake," combo. And it was brought out with an entire bug on the very top pancake. The cook would have had to seen it. The entire bug was showing, the whole body, the wings, etc. I took a picture of it, and called the manager over. I showed him the pancake and he immediately said it was a grill marks. I was confused to as why he would call an intact bug, a grill mark. He left to go make more pancakes. He didn't clean the grill, or even make a new batter. He brought the new pancakes out and expected me to eat it. I asked him clearly two more times, "Do you honestly think this a grill mark?" And he answered with, "It is a grill mark, I promise." I even showed him I didn't eat any of my meal and after two tries he only took off $1.29 for the pancakes. And after another try he finally took off the whole meal. The service tonight was great. Kim took care of my family and was very kind. She gave just enough space so we were able to enjoy our meal but made sure we were taken care of. The food was typical IHOP food. The negative of tonight was the restaurant itself. We are in January where the temp tonight is 36 degrees outside. The restaurant should have brought some warmth from the outside but it was equally as cold inside. Me and my daughter were so cold we scarfed our food down and left (to go sit in the car with heat)letting the rest of my crew finish up their food. I love IHOP, and I've eaten at this one plenty of times; however, today's experience has led me to never going again. My husband and I placed a pick-up order this morning for the following: - spicy poblano omelet with buttermilk pancakes - quick two egg breakfast with toast - short stack of pancakes When we arrived, the parking lot was "hopping," no pun intended, but we were just there for a pickup, so we weren't concerned. My husband entered the building and was in line for more than 20 minutes (a standstill line) with all of the pickup customers. The customers at the front of the line were trying to tell the employees their names to get their orders, and the employees ignored the customers because they were too concerned with their seating situation at the time. After the customers at the front had been ignored for several minutes, they walked around the counter and grabbed their own orders, which is not only unsanitary but also concerning when someone could grab ANY order they want. After 30 minutes (which was 30 minutes after our meal was just sitting on the back counter), my husband finally came out with our pickup order. When we got home, we realized they forgot or messed up the following: - the omelet was now a hash brown scramble - a southwest chicken one to be exact - the toast wasn't even in the order - the eggs for the quick two egg breakfast were so runny and undercooked that they had to be thrown out Again, I've never had a bad experience here, but the disorder, lack of employee attention, the fire hazard of MULTIPLE people standing in a tight line in the narrow opening of the restaurant, and the complete mess up of our order has led us to taking our business elsewhere. read more

I worked for Doordash and had an order to pick up. I parked in the curbside pick up where a phone number was posted, so I called the number as the Dash app directed me to. When the phone answered, someone told me to come inside. I am disabled, and was wearing a brace on my leg at the time, so I assume the Manager who was working the checkout area who commented as I was walking away "people just don't want to come inside" to another customer as a reference to my disability or "laziness" as she also commented. I turned around and kindly asked her not to talk about me in that sort of manner and she snatched the food out of my hand (which was not even mine) and said she's ordering another driver. I called my customer to let her know what had happened and she asked to speak to the manager. I was then threatened by the manager to leave or the cops would've been called. I simply was just trying to do my job but got called lazy to another customer. I left the store crying and have not Doordashed since because of this incident. read more

Pancakes and eggs are always great. However, the other food items have gotten pretty bad. The bacon isn't prepared well and the hash browns are always awful. I don't understand how you can both burn and undercook the same serving of hash browns. They are the absolute worst item on the menu. The service always falls short. I usually never complain about food or service. I just choose to not come back to the establishment. This was my first time here and I ordered a pick your bag own breakfast plate with bananas foster brioche French toast, scrambled eggs and turkey bacon. I get toast with bananas, strawberries (frozen) and strawberry syrup and whipped cream. That wouldn't have been so bad had I not waited 30 mins for it and everyone that sat after us got their food first. Service is very subpar. And the kitchen needs training I believe. This last visit was during dinner time, and even though there were like 5 other tables taken in the whole restaurant, it took about 30 minutes for our food to come out to us. I ordered the Chicken & Waffles, which if basically a waffle and 4 chicken strips. The waffle was great, but the chicken was so dry. This ihop is extremly clean and safe to eat at. Everyone always has on a mask and i see extra cleaning measures being taken. The food is like a 5 star restaurant! I was shocked to see how beautifully prepared my order was and it was delicious..my plate could have easily fed 2 people. The average price was about 8 dollars. It is family friendly. When you walk in you will notice people eating pancakes. The service was good. Our server's name was Princess she was very patient with us. She had to serve 17 people. While I was in the bathroom I saw the paper towels and trash on the floor. IHOP serves a lot of pancakes and most American food. They have appetizers, desserts, kids meals, senior meals, breakfast, and lunch. My food was good and tasted spicy and smelled bad, but it was still good. The quality was good but not that great. They have breakfast food and lunch food and dinner food. My food was good, but my bread was tough to eat. Then I had a drink and, it was very sweet I wanted half- tea and lemonade, and it didn't taste that great. I would love to go back again. It was fun just hang out with my friends and family. It was a nice place to go and enjoy yummy food. The lady was very nice. She said to us thanks you for coming and hope we see you again. This was a different crew than the last time we were there and I was impressed by the difference in the food and attitude of the current people. Waffles, they're fine with. Cinnamon swirl French toast, they're fine with. But my friend ordered the spicy ranch chicken sandwich with no onions, and it was neither spicy, ranch, nor without onions. He took a bite of it and promptly sent it back, and they REUSED THE OLD SANDWICH (with the bite mark still there) and just put some spicy sauce on it!! That whole process took 15 minutes - you'd think they could make him a whole new sandwich in 15 minutes... The entire table's food took about half an hour to arrive in the first place, before any of that sandwich business happened. Unacceptable, especially when we're the only table in the whole place. The entire restaurant is always empty, yet they are incredibly slow and can't get anything right (except the pancakes, thank goodness. That's why they get 2 stars instead of 1). "HOP ONTO IHOP" My review at IHOP was awesome we had the best quick, and nicest server there to serve us on Monday. I honestly would say that if I had to serve 17 people at 6 different people alone i probably would go nuts. The wait wasn't really wasn't a wait it was more of talking about where they were going to put our large group. Monday their hours are from 6am-11pm at night as we got there we were seated. The average price on a meal there was $5.99-$8.50 per meal that was ordered. This restaurant was definitely a Franchise a great experience we loved our visit. The atmosphere was really great it was kid friendly and made us feel wanted. It was pretty good with lighting and there were some pictures up that what it used to look like. It was really warm and cozy to be at IHOP where usually cold. Our server was really awesome she was one of the best servers that I knew at IHOP in Loganville Ga,. Her name was Princess she was also very patient with us being that it was a large group and quick. The longest wait for me was getting a refill on my drink but there was 17 drinks she had to do but overall she did great with staying on top. Yes they have every vegetable that anyone would want to order and would enjoy. The meals comes with one 1 entree and 2 sides depending on what you order. I ordered 3 piece chicken tenders and fries with 2 honey mustards , I also ordered a order of mozzarella cheese sticks for an appetizer. They were hot and fresh and ready just for me to eat it. The chicken and fries were also hot and fresh I loved it because it was just what i ordered. Same with the cheese sticks awesome fresh and hot. My experience there was great and i would definitely go back anytime of the year. I would recommend anyone to go eat there at this IHOP anyone that likes american hot fresh food would love this. Overall going to the IHOP in Loganville Ga, was a really great time and i enjoyed the visit i would love to go back there and take my family and friends and show them the great visit.
