I've been to a lot of Dunkin' Donuts and this one places last. Went early and only a couple of customers. The girl at the counter was engaged in a continuous conversation with another worker and only stopped when she asked what I wanted, repeatedly asked what I ordered and how much I owed. This place didn't have much variety as most do and when I asked about that the answer was we don't make a little of things. The few donuts I got were not fresh. read more

Gave this establishment a one star because I had to. I go there all the time. Last two months have been way short of their potential. Every time I have gone in the last two months they are out of something or the perks don't work. Just embarrassing but they don't seem to care. Today because I am fed up, I asked the kid in drive thru what his managers name was and he replied I don't know, I am new. Lol which is a direct lie. I come that much. Got into line and ordered then proceeded to wait 25 minutes with only one car in front of us, then it was time to get my food at the window and they had to ask everything that I ordered which was half a dozen donuts and a sandwhich. Finally got my food and they still got the donuts wrong. I am so frustrated and DONE for good with this establishment. My family goes for ice cream several times a week, we have always gone to Dunkin' we will not any longer. They have been out of chocolate and mint chocolate chip every time! We have had to repeat our order over 5 times after we got to the window and constantly repeat what we ordered on more than two occasions. Management needs to seriously step in. We left our regular coffee place due to their new company policies and decided to try this Duncan Donuts location instead. We were totally delighted! The barista was friendly and patient with new customers. Our order was promptly delivered and throughly yummy. Can't wait to try some of their other many selections! I placed a mobile order today & had possibly the worse customer service experience ever. I pulled up to the store where the line was wrapped around the building so I thought about just going inside to avoid my drinks becoming cold. The door to the lobby was locked and there was no note as to why they were locked. So I hopped back in line and waited 25 minutes. When I got to the window the lady only gave me 2/3 of my drinks when I mentioned something to her she went and grabbed a receipt and put it in my face to "prove" I had only ordered 2. Whether it was my error or an app error the solution shouldn't have been putting a receipt so far into my face that half her arm was in my suv. I would've been more than happy to pay for the additional drink and pull around to the front to grab it but that wasn't even offered. read more

Dunkin's is my favorite place to get coffee, especially the iced coffee. And of course they have their speciality flavors for the holidays like pumpkin spice and such. There is a variety of doughnuts too, as well many different breakfast items. Try their hash browns, they are AMAZING! The staff is extremely friendly too they are always happy to help and greet you! There is also a variety of teas and smoothies as well as ice cream since there is a Baskin Robbins attached to it too! I strongly recommend you sign up for DD Perks, you get so many coupons as well as a free drinks any size when you sign up. Accumulating points is very fast and you get more offers for free drinks and such. I recommend this location for dunkin's however I wish they had a closer location to the Texas Tech campus. read more

Coffee and food are good, but lacks customer service. We go very often and every time there are no friendly faces and zero effort to greet the customers when they approach the window. They hand us our coffee without a word and send us on our way. Love the coffee and how close it is to home, but hate how rude they can be. read more

This location is so poorly ran. I've been here 3 times in the last month. Every time I've gone something is broken or they are out of flavors. Whoever the manager is isn't doing their job with inventory and keeping up the machines. The employees are nice, but the last two times my order has been wrong and who has time to wait another 20 min for that. This location is HORRIBLE!!!! My son and I would stop every morning for a iced coffee and breakfast. Apparently they were short handed and Randy the manager was angry we ordered a iced coffee that he would have to make. So after 20 mins I asked about our coffee. Randy begins to call me a STUPID F@CKING B@TCH AND TO GET THE F@UCK our of the store. I would admit if I did something wrong... but this attitude was unnecessary. I did nothing wrong. I contacted corporate and the location manager Steven. After 10+ calls he finally answered from a hospital number. He wouldn't answer my calls from my number. Corporate states the owner was contacted but no contact from anyone. THIS AREA MANAGER AND store manager Randy need to be unemployed due to POOR customer service! Like a previous review said.. I used to drive passed Starbucks to get to DD.. now Starbucks has gotten my $20+ dollars a day. And I will continue to let all my coworkers, drug reps and employees know to stay away from DD! Just ordered a medium latte during "happy hour". The clerk said they'd give me my total at the window. It was regular price not happy hour price. The manager told me it was only plain coffee now. I told him he should change the photograph of an iced latte with the caption "all medium coffee $2.00 ... 2-4". They get four stars because last time I went to get one (while the special was still on) I inadvertently ordered a large and the CLERK said he'd take care of it. Thanks to whoever that was. People make mistakes, and it's okay that I just ordered a large iced coffee and a medium milkshake and y'all tried to hand me a small hot coffee. It's how you respond to being told that wasn't what I ordered and that must be for a different car. Rather than being responsive and trying to correct your error, I received eye rolls, mumbling, and overall poor service. I ordered a specialty coffee drink that was $3.50 but was handed a large coffee instead. I didn't discover it until i got well down the street. Went by at 5 pm to get some Bavarian cream filled donuts, needless to say they didn't have any. I was ok with that but then I saw that they literally had nothing that I wanted and I like a wide variety of their donuts. It really is a shame that this company doesn't care enough about its customers to make their employees get off their lazy hineys and make some donuts every few hours. I drove to another location a few miles away and it didn't have any either.
