I tried to explain what I wanted he shut the window in my face so I waited, until he opened the window then I let him know my about my coffee,so I asked for a refund instead. He immediately turned his head and called someone named Jerry and then he said REALLY LOUD"I AM NOT DEALING WITH THIS TODAY!" then he slammed the window again. I waited until Jerry showed up at window, he was calm, he apologized after I explained how rude the window person was to me. I will not return to that Dunkin donuts after going for so long sad but not worth giving them my money for ugly behavior. Lesson for them is if you know you have a bad attitude when you wake up dont go to work and take it out on the customers! Also, just realize the truth, the service industry where you are customer facing may not be the job for you. Needless to say, I went to McDonald where they were much nicer!!

Starbucks is truly notorious for being understaffed or having employees who socialize and just don't care. This location appeared to be understaffed because the employee were truly all hard at work.
