My first time at this location. They have the kios so you can order and not have to wait in line. Good service, I ordered the $5.00 meal and I notice they sell tea's by the box for $6.99. I didn't see the Hibiscus tea I like I asked the cashier if you have more in the back, she did. Other locations don't sell there tea by the box. It didn't take long before my order was ready. They have seating area towards the back. I will definitely stop at this location more often. read more

This Dunkin is absolutely horrible. They speak over you and rush you to take your order. Rush your order and don't make your food or drink correctly. They're rude and don't pay any attention to the customers. I rather drive a few more miles after my shift than to come here again. read more

Happy National Donut Day!! To celebrate you know "we all run on dunkin"...so I made the pit stop today on 6/1 to celebrate. Purchased a tasty medium Thin Mint Latte and happily received my free donut for this special day. The eyeballs spotted an old favorite of mine...the Apple Crumb donut. Talk about super fresh today. Line goes fast here even in the morning. Theres a large selection of donuts even at night. The customer service here is excellent. I have DD app on my phone so there's coupons. I got the frozen coffee and it tastes funky. There is a huge bathroom here that is always clean. Over 20 chairs available and a semi-big parking lot. It is 2 blocks from the Lynbrook train station and 1 block from the bus. One time the people forgot to give me my hash browns and when I reminded the guy, he gave me a few extra! read more

I don't always post reviews but I wanted to for this Dunkin .. now just being honest here, Dunkin in NY is never that great. I always have problems with mostly every Dunkin I go to.. they don't make ny drink right and they don't listen to the specifics etc etc. this Dunkin location is literally the only one that ever gets my drink right and makes it the way I ask. They always have fresh donuts and food. Where every other Dunkin the donuts are all hard by afternoon.. I come all the way to this location from queens or garden city, I don't go to any other Dunkin cus it isn't worth the headache. Just go to this one ! read more

The main problem here is that their coffees are usually only half full. People are paying full price for only half a cup, sometimes 2/3 of a cup, and it usually happens when someone else is picking up my order or else I would say something. DD is cutting costs here and there, and then bam they will lose customers. What is the real cost of tricky behavior? read more

I was a bit concerned that I had to keep repeating my order. The cashier was Latina (as I am) but she couldn't understand what I was ordering. Eventually, I had to speak Spanish. As I waited for my order, the following guests had the same issue and it took the cashier a pretty long time to understand them. As far as food, I ordered the smoked sausage on a croissant (no eggs and no cheese) with a side of hash browns. Both were okay. Hash browns were cold because they make them first and then wait for the sausage to be ready. The smoked sausage just needs to be browned more. So, I give 3 stars. It wasn't bad but not good. Most rude people work here. Used to be great. Two young girls behind counter,no eye contact ,no hi hello can I help you ....nothing. if you are going to work doing a good service and see customers close up your job is to be friendly even if you have to fake it. Went to this Dunkin donuts less than a week ago as I do every morning, sometimes even twice a day. Got my drink and as I'm drinking it something shot up the straw and hit the back of my throat. I was hoping it was a piece of ice but when I spit it out I realized it was half of a painted pink acrylic finger nail that clearly broke off one of the staffs fingers. I went back right away and showed them the nail and all they did was apologize and give me a $10 gift card. I don't think $10 is appropriate for a dirty bacteria infested finger nail in my mouth and my health being put at risk. That's not even enough for my copay if I did get sick. read more

Location cleanest I ever seen. The staff is okay very very slow. Don't come here thinking you'll get your coffee right away, you'll miss your train. Come here with a good 10 mins just to get a coffee. It's slow even when there is no one around. I had to ask if anyone was taking orders. Update: I went once again today and had to walk out. The person taking the order couldn't understand the customer. I was next in line, but I could miss my train. Sometime there is a manager that comes in the morning, he's fast. I stopped by here on a Sunday on my way to Tcby. They had plenty of free parking and there were no other customers in the store. This location had a lot of different donut hole flavors. I ended up buying six. The marble glazed cream filled munchkin was my favorite. I was surprised to find cream in the center and it really tasted fantastic. Powdered sugar and blueberry were great as well. The sprinkles flavor looked great but that was about it. It didn't taste that good. Their bathroom was locked and they had to buzz me in. It seems since the recent remodel they have forgotten how to clean the store. I'm in the area once a week, I stop in for coffee and a muffin to kill an hour. Every week this place is messy tables dirty stuff on the floor and muffins are not always the freshest. And always one person working with a line to the door. This is my home base Dunkin' Donuts. This place has a pleasant staff, both day and night, and it's open 24 hours, so if you ever needed a cup of DD coffee at say, 3 AM, you could come here and get one! I've also sat here and loitered for hours and never had an issue. Love my Lynbrook DD! read more

Always a fast, friendly, efficient staff. How does this location manage this? I have no idea, but they should take the counter staff here and make them train other DD on how to treat customers and provide great service. The only problem is the parking lot can get full quickly. Also, this location happens to be a frequent hang-out spot for local dirtbag teens....yuck! Like, go hang out in someone's basement or something and get out of here. LOVE this Dunkin. Not sure why I never reviewed it. This Dunkin Donuts has what most of them do not. Consistency. The coffee is always good, always fresh, and never burnt. If you ask for coffee light and sweet, it's always the same amount of light and sweet no matter which staff member is helping you. Speaking of staff, this place is always staffed by awesome and friendly people. Especially the night guy Luis, who always greets you with a smile, even if it's 4 in the morning. I wish I could muster that much enthusiasm! The only thing I wish is that this place had a drive thru. But you can't have everything in life I suppose. read more

Terrible. I had to throw away my order at home. The employee messed up my order twice (night shift like at 8 pm). The caramel latte was horrible. I understand if the employee is overwhelmed, but they need to add more staff. Other customers who picked up their order also complained about their order. This place use to be good. 4 stars considering it is what it is - I'm rating this Dunkin Donuts as a Dunkin Donuts, not a gourmet coffee shop. With that in mind, this is one of the best Dunkin Donuts I've ever frequented. They're consistently correct with their orders and if you're there more than a handful of times most of the staff will remember your order. They handle every type of customer well - whether it's late-to-yoga moms or potentially-skipping-class teens - and everyone in between. It does get busy in both the parking lot and inside, so it's definitely a pop in and out kind of place as opposed to planning on hanging out there. I haven't gotten stale donuts or cold coffee there (unless I order iced obviously) which has been a problem at other locations. read more
