I'm not a regular DD customer. I make deep, dark espresso at home but felt like a change of late so I've been going once/wk. Pros: * The people have been welcoming & pleasant, no matter what time/day I visit. They always make my coffee to instruction... 1-1/2 creams/sugars. I always go inside the store rather than drive-thru... I prefer the face-to-face contact. They all seem to like each other & joke around a lot, which I like. * It helps that it's easy to get in & out of the parking lot. Lots of parking spaces, too... 2 handicapped right in front of the door. Good to Know: * Today, one of their doors doesn't trigger the alarm, so I had to call to the employee with his back to me. No biggie... just mentioning that if you think you're being ignored, they just might not know you're there (they do play music quite loud) so speak up cuz the gent alerted me that it's been a recent issue. I noticed when I left that the door didn't "ding" either. Kudos: * A nice touch is the gent there at 4pm today (July 2) made a fresh batch of coffee for me, even though I was the only customer... it seemed since it's close to the holiday weekend, they were probably pretty slow, so I appreciate the extra customer service. Cons: * Just the cost. $3.31 for a medium hot coffee! I prefer Starbucks & think it's either more or equal to SB cost, which is why I always make my deep, dark, espresso boot glue at home. 5* out of 5 for everything. -1* for cost only. read more

The morning manager doesn't put up with the rudeness and slacking off of the staff. But when the one manager is not present it is controlled chaos. We have given this location a chance numerous times because of its convenience and everyone has off days. But after the rudeness of the drive thru window barista this morning after giving me the incorrect order and my trying to object. I will gladly be taking my business elsewhere. i usually love this Dunkin', but this location has gone downhill ever since the new manager took over. The manager is incredibly unprofessional and rude. She snaps at her employees in front of customers, and it makes the whole store uncomfortable. When I asked a simple question about my order, she rolled her eyes and acted like I was wasting her time. She also ignored the fact that there was a long line and spent several minutes gossiping behind the counter instead of helping her team. The employees all looked stressed out and miserable, which I honestly don't blame them for. A place is only as good as its leadership, and this manager is ruining the store into the ground. I purchased a lg Iced Pumpkin Latte. The person LeeAnn K. Made my drink incorrectly and tried yo give me an iced coffee. When i explained that my drink was incorrect, she first argued then after I showed her that a purchased a lg iced latte, she snatched the drink off the count and flung it. I do not need this type of hostility over her own mistake. She remade the drink but then slammed it fown on the counter. This location needs to train HOSPITALITY AND NOT HOSTILITY. This is my last visit to this location. For the last few months I've been putting up with the for the most part rude employees and orders being sub par but getting chargrilled food is just unacceptable. I have a few helpful hints that might help improve business... 1.Don't burn the food beyond recognition then serve it to guest. 2. Stop putting 10lbs of sugar in the sweet tea. 3. Bagels with globs of cream cheese placed only in the center isn't really fun to try and eat. At least provide a plastic knife so we can spread it around or remove some. 4. It's not difficult. The drive thru girl was hella rude and cut me off when I was ordering. I had to repeat my order 3 times. Then when I got to the window she just stared at me. It took her almost 6 minutes to give me $4 change. No napkins. I ordered a chocolate milk, she gave me white. When I corrected her she stormed off and another girl got the chocolate milk. I was still waiting on a dozen box, she came back to the window and snapped at me asking why I was still there. This Dunkin was a lot better before the new owners took over. They went up on prices and only make donuts for the mornings. Once they are out that's it. Don't go there in the afternoon expecting to get the Chocolate Chip cookie donuts, they are always out. Some of the staff is ok but most of them are rude and act like they are doing you a favor by getting your coffee. Speaking of coffee.... The 99 cent refills are now $1.59. Slow service and incorrect order. Ordered two doughnuts, coffee, hot chocolate, and a breakfast wrap. They forgot the coffee and hot chocolate and breakfast wrap has gone up in price and gotten smaller. We came in at about 840am and there were two people in front of us in line. Took them 6 mins to take the orders in front of us, which by this time 7 people were lined up behind us. They finally opened second register but only one person getting orders together for all these customers. i come to this location every single day. the past two or three times have been quite frustrating. the coffee is fine most days, depending on who makes it. but yesterday after i ordered i realized i had forgotten something to my order. i work in food service and it is possible to add something to an order because the ticket is not yet closed. mind you, they were not busy. but this girl i don't think i've seen before was working the drive through. anyways, i asked if i could add something to my order, and she thought about it for a second, and then continued to say that i would have to drive back around. i wouldn't ask that if it would've been busy. i asked if i could just do a separate transaction instead and she straight up said no and handed me my coffee. it just didn't really make any sense. i went again today and placed my order and went up to the window and handed the girl my money, and she stood there talking to the employee behind her the whole time i was at the window. i didn't get a "here's your coffee, here's your bagel, have a nice day". instead she felt the need to carry on the conversation with her coworker. i'm always polite to other food service workers because i know how difficult it can be sometimes. after she handed me everything i waited for like a second to see if she would say anything to me but she didn't. so i loudly said "thank you!" and i think it took her by surprise. i think they've hired some new staff recently but maybe there should be more training involved in these areas. read more
