My nephew and I went there last week to try their donuts for the first time. They were incredibly fresh and delicious. The variety is so creative, and the restaurant menu looked fantastic as well. You wait in line to be seated, and if you go at peak times, the line will definitely be out the door. My go-to is an omelet with hash browns and a biscuit. It's a bright & clean looking spot with lots of room. At 7:45 on a Monday, late in the season, I avoided the usual line out the door for donuts. With friendly, fast (& patient) service, the cashier filled the box to my meticulous instructions. 2 pumpkin iced, 2 key lime, one coconut, etc. until, all too quickly, my dozen were done. You can't miss with this place. I haven't had the breakfast but I can surely say they have the best donuts I've ever had. The apple pie filled donut was the greatest. I stopped by here earlier today with my wife and twins. We had decided to stop at Donut Hole because our gate agent at PIT had raved about it during check-in for our flight. Donut Hole is a standalone building right near where Highway 98 meets 30A. Outside, they have benches and seats along with a couple of games like cornhole and ping pong. Inside, they have a large display case full of baked goods as well as lots of donuts on display behind the counter. If you want to eat in, they can accommodate that too, with plenty of seating available. For my donuts this morning, I decided to go with a toasted coconut and also chose a strawberry angel. My wife picked a chocolate donut with coconut, while my son went with a sprinkles and chocolate icing donut, and my daughter chose a pistachio muffin. I started with the toasted coconut donut and thought it tasted good. I appreciated that the coconut was toasted, and the donut itself had the texture of a cake donut, but one that was still somewhat light. After that, I ate my strawberry angel. The donut was light and fluffy, and the strawberry cream filling was sweet and tasty. My wife also thought her coconut donut was flavorful, and my twins each ate most of theirs, which showed they liked them. The bottom line for me is that I would stop by here again in the future. A well known staple while vacationing in 30A!! I always try to stop in here when I can to grab some doughnuts. This place is packed so expect a line unless you're there extremely early in the morning. I got about 8 and got a chocolate cake, chocolate angels, vanilla angel, sour cream, blueberry cake, strawberry jelly and chocolate iced. I think these doughnuts are good! One small suggestion: Consider placing the entrance rules (for dine-in vs. to-go) directly on the doors at eye level. My family knows the routine, but we often see new or confused diners unsure where to enter. When I point out the signage above the doorway, people are always surprised--it's simply too easy to miss. Just recently I helped a first-time diner, and the woman behind me mentioned she's been coming for years and had never noticed the sign. We were over this way to run errands and decided to eat here because of the selection. I wanted breakfast and my friend wanted lunch. I had 2scrambled eggs and bacon , stone ground grits with their delicious biscuits. She had hamburger steak with onions, mushrooms,cheese and gravy and her side was coleslaw. Decided to skip a "donut only" visit and sat in the main dining area this morning during our yearly trip to Rosemary with a party of 9. The server really struggled. In years past the Mexican scramble was a favorite so I went with it. I asked to substitute bacon for ham for two of the scrambles and the server failed to put the order in correctly and they came out normal. On top of that issue, the tortillas did not come out and she was nowhere to be found so I sat for a good 8-10 minutes as my food got cold and everyone else ate. She was nice, but clearly wasn't getting things right. The scramble was covered in a salsa that definitely should've been on the side as it was cold and the cheese on top was cold and not melted. All around not an exciting meal. The biscuits are below average so I would stay away from them if you have had a quality biscuit in the past. The hashbrowns and bacon were both pretty good. If you're looking for a standard hash brown, egg, bacon and toast breakfast they will get the job done. Great place to go for breakfast. All of the food there was delicious. The space was very clean, spacious and bright, which really accentuated everything about the restaurant. The staff was friendly and prompt. The food came out very quickly so no lukewarm or cold food! And lastly, the donuts were delicious as well. The one sore spot about my experience here occurred after I got home and checked my credit card. I have this thing where I always tip an amount that will round out the bill for me (makes reviewing my credit card a little easier). However, when I checked my credit card bill, I noticed that the restaurant rounded up my tip amount to the nearest dollar, which then made the total not end in --.00. Granted it was less than a quarter, but it's an extremely lazy/shady practice and one I imagine could get them into trouble. It's infuriating when restaurants do this. The locals all informed us we could go straight to the donut line while we were waiting. My favorite donut was the toasted coconut. Everyone in our group loved their food. I am so happy we were able to stop by the Donut Hole! I had heard so many good things about this place, and it was definitely on my list while on our trip to Rosemary Beach! Our Airbnb was so close, that we were able to ride our bikes over in the morning. This place was so much more than I expected. I had no idea that they also served a complete breakfast spread, so if I ever find myself back in Rosemary, I will definitely try it. We only made a quick stop for donuts, and they did not disappoint. I absolutely loved the chocolate frosted donut and would 100% get it again. The staff were super friendly and fast paced. As a warning, you will find yourself waiting in line, but trust me, it is worth it, and it moved fairly fast! The line is a lot longer for the breakfast portion, but I liked the openness of the space. We ate our donuts on the lawn in the front of the budding, and it was super nice. The Donut Hole is a staple when vacationing at 30A. Open from 5 am - 10 pm each day they have much more than donuts. Donuts are made fresh daily and offer more varieties than I can list. The staff is friendly and professional and very patient when customers can't decide...I suggest getting a box and start pointing - $25 a box and it's well worth it. I ventured there a couple of days to grab to go lunch for the beach. A wonderful grilled chicken sandwich, nicely seasoned and piled onto a fresh soft bun with all the veggies - lettuce, pickles, tomatoes and onions with a side of fresh cut French fries- more than one person can eat. I also captured an egg sandwich one morning which includes a couple of fried eggs, bacon, cheese and lettuce, tomato - All included with a side of hash browns. There are two doors/lines - one where you wait to be seated and one for just donuts... pro tip - there is about 5 seats at the counter - I head right in there and order what I need, bypass the lines.
