I visited your store located at 121 Tom Hill Sr. Blvd Macon, GA 31210 on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at about 4pm. I had been up since 2am and was driving back from Savannah to Atlanta. I had just cleaned my rental property and was extremely tired and needed some caffeine for the last hour and half of my return home. I had on some jogging type pants, a t-shirt, and a jacket wrapped around my waist. A black female employee, and I am also a black male, was working. There was one Caucasian customer at the counter when I entered placing an order, so I waited patiently. The female cashier was the only employee on duty. She looked me up and down but never greeted me. As I stood behind the 1 customer 2 more customers entered (a male and a female both Caucasian). We stopped in here on a Sunday morning on the way to Atlanta. It was busy but there were lots of people working behind the counter with both registers open so things moved pretty quickly. The bathroom was clean. My husband ordered a sausage egg croissant and a 6 piece hash brown. He said his food was really good. I ordered an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese and a 6 piece hash brown. I usually like when places give you the cream cheese so you can put it on yourself. Dunkin Donut put the cream cheese on for you. It was an ample amount of cream cheese and would save you from doing it yourself if you were driving. I think my bagel was perhaps microwaved instead of toasted. But it was still very good. My hash browns tasted good but didn't taste like they had just been made. They tasted like they may have sat for a bit under the heat lamp before being served. read more

I try to go here because it's convenient but I'd rather drive to Forsyth for their great service. Every time I go here it's not a good experience. I pull up and say, "Hey! How are you?" At 5:30 PM saturday November 30 2019, my family and I went in to this establishment.  We waited for almost 15 minutes to be greeted, and or acknowledged.  We were finally greated by christina (the lady with the dirty blond hair and blue/green highlights) she was EXTREMELY rude when addressing us but was curious when addressing customers that were of a different race or ethical background. She was almost yelling when asking my wife for which flavor of icecream she wanted and didn't give her but 1 second before yelling the question at my wife again.  Putting the racism and human indecency aside,  Christina DID NOT change her gloves after handling money at the drive through window and stuck her hands in the Icecream container while trying to serve us. The young man who helped me was super helpful (bloonde, shaggy hair, I don't remember his name). I'm new to DD coffee. He took his time, I didn't feel rushed, he made sure I liked what I ordered, and even "reviewed" it once we got it the way I liked it, so I'd know for next time. Great service. I usually stop at Starbucks omw through Macon because of their healthy snack options. He even told me about DD healthy options. Also, they have so many more sugar-free flavors than Starbucks. I went to get two dozen donuts which I had anticipated for the whole week. I also remembered that Dunkin' has a happy hour promotion from 2-7 for 1/2 off drinks. I ordered my donuts and asked about it and the cashier informs me "I can't give it to you" because my computer needs a coupon. Excuse me?
