Also ordered at our table were crab rangoon, two rolls, chicken pad thai, teriyaki steak, and teriyaki salmon. All dishes were outstanding. Atmosphere small and quaint, staff attentive and friendly, food portions were large, flavors were excellent. Highly recommend!

We enjoy going to Dunkin for coffee but this one on Marco Island is disappointing. My husband has a medical condition and cannot have caffeine. Not once or twice but six times has he ordered decaf and was poured regular coffee while we are watching them. When we tell them about it they just shrug their shoulders and say oh. Today the lady in the back was rude and was saying goodbye. Like I said we enjoy our coffee from Dunkin when they get it right. Guess some people that work there don't care if you end up in the hospital. Just want the employees to pay attention and listen before someone gets sick. The store it self is a good location for us, that's the only reason we continue to go there. As for the ambiance, there isn't any. read more

As a local real estate agent in Southwest Florida I stay fueled on caffeine. I was showing my home buyers some condos for sale on Marco island and stopped to grab a quick pick me up in-between appointments. The location is very clean, staff was friendly and some of the best service I have had at a Dunkin. Oh yes my latte was pretty good too! read more

It is sad to say this place since established that it has been poorly maintained and has gone down as they say the tubes. It has gotten to the point where it is dirty looking and My friends and I refuse to go there. Hopefully one day it will be brought back to its original state when it first opened. Probably new management is in order. read more

Surprised to 2.5 rating for Dunkin' Donuts but now I see why. The manager Sal is a total a-hole. His customer service skills are completely lacking. My advice is go to Starbucks around the corner or expect to be insulted. read more

She then say what do you want I'll make it. Um, I want to never give you a penny of my money for being so abhorrent. Also, you could have simply said, I closed the grill, would you like a bagel. Instead she chose to direct me to a website for the time they close. Important note, this all transpired before they closed!!! Who checks the website of a gas station counter restaurant for their hours? More importantly, who closes a food counter at 11am? Good luck making a dime with that behavior. Shameful that you deliberately waste food that someone was willing to buy because you are too rude and obnoxious to stay open to sell the food to paying patrons!
