This place used to be my favorite Dunkin location a couple years ago until they replaced their entire staff with complete idiots. And it's only gotten progressively worse since then. They just reopened after being closed due to the pandemic and the staff they have working there now are entirely incompetent. They don't know the menu and don't know how to get orders right. They also aren't wearing masks whatsoever in the middle of a pandemic, while processing transactions or making your food. The service industry is not the place to slacking on this. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts is amazing, they go outside, pick the beans, go in and roast and grind them, and then they brew your coffee. Of course they do all this while you're waiting at the drive-through. It usually only takes about 40 to 50 minutes to get a large regular. Keep up the great work! read more

This is the slowest Dunkin' in the area, typically I have to wait for a while before I am even acknowledged at the drive-thru. If there is a line, prepare to wait even longer. Also they frequently make me repeat my order or read it back to me incorrectly, even for simple things. I was in line behind two cars this morning and after about 5-6 minutes only one car had ordered - I left and went to Honey Dew. I think I'm done trying to get coffee here. read more

The drivethru staff are nice and friendly, the food and drink are okay... although they ALWAYS seem to be out of something I order... which is kind of weird. My only major complaint is that for some reason, ALL of their freshly brewed Iced Tea have a nasty coffee aftertaste (I hate coffee). Worst Dunkin Donuts in Marlborough. They are slower than the second coming, and don't seem to care, and almost always seem to mess something in your order up. Also if you want decaf, be prepared to be poisoned with caffeine even after double checking 5 times that it was really decaf. Save yourself and drive to one of the other DDs in town. read more

This Dunkin Donuts isn't bad. The staff is for the most part polite and friendly. However what annoys me most is having to repeat my order at the drive-thru. I tell them once at the menu and speaker then again at the window. And it's not they ask a couple of questions about my order but I have to repeat my whole order over again. My order typically consists of 5 items or less. I'm giving them 3 stars because the employees are friendly but they need to step up their game at the drive thru. read more

I have tried using the drive through several times. I'm a mom of 3 and taking all the kids in with me is not an option. Each time that I have given my order I have had to repeat it at least 2 times, and then the order is still wrong when I pick it up. If they run out of something they should let you know before substituting with out asking. read more

I went through the drive through this morning, 2/27/15, 8:39 am. I placed my order for a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant and a small coffee (drive through order number 418, cashier Maria R.) I paid then pulled up to see the cashier COUGH into her gloved hand then proceed to make my coffee using the very same hand and placing the cover on the coffee using said hand. I then said to her, rhetorically, "did you just cough into your hand and then make my coffee?" she replied of course not. "But I watched you do it" then she walked away retrieved my sandwich handed it through the window, shut window and walked away. I had and appointment at 9:00 and decided it was not the time nor place to take it up any further. I dumped the coffee into the trash and tried to call the location after my appointment. The phone number listed for this location is out of service and none of the other Marlboro locations have the number for this one. SUPER FAIL! read more
