OMG! The food at Dunkin is so delicious! I would eat all the Chocolate Frosted Donuts with no sprinkles. Service is one of a kind! Polite employees, happy employees, and employees who care about their jobs. I also draw things for Dunkin like Little Caesars. And the employees really love his drawings. 10/10 do not recommend. Drove through to grab a quick breakfast after an appointment across the street. The girl who took our order had zero customer service skills. Came across as very "over it". The girl at the window was very kind and that's really the only good thing I have to say. I ordered 2 bagels - 1 everything bagel with extra cream cheese. 1 plain bagel with butter. First issue - they toasted both bagels even though I did not order them that way. I requested new bagels and they did that for us, but wanted their mistake back. I never understand why some places do that when they're just going to have to throw them away. Next issue - the bagel with extra cream cheese had just as much butter on it as it did cream cheese!!! WHAT?! Luckily I don't hate butter so since I didn't know until a few minutes after leaving, I ate it anyway. But come on guys... seriously? I also ordered a vanilla bean frozen coffee - again, didn't get what I ordered. It was just an unsweetened plain frozen coffee and the cup still had about 2 inches of space in it. Unfortunately I didn't even notice the incorrect drink until we had driven away. The nice girl at the window was clearly embarrassed by having to ask for the bagels back and was very apologetic, but I absolutely do not recommend this location. read more

I love Dunkin' donuts for thier fast service and good food. I stop at this branch just about every day. But over the past several months the quality has just gone down hill terribly. For example this morning, I stopped in and ordered a drink that cost over $4, and I could see them discussing it through the drive-through window that it was only 2/3 full. Then I saw one of them swirl the cup around so that it would hide the fact with the ice drink sliding down the sides. I brought it to their attention, and they said I had to pull forward to wait for them to make another. Then, when they brought the new drink to me, it was overflowing so badly that it was running down the sides of the outside of the cup. I'm not sure what is happening, but I hope they improve the quality before it gets closed down like previous businesses have at that location read more

They prioritize drive through over customers in the building. There is one other customer in here other than me and I don't know how many in the drive thru (I saw one person ordering at the drive thru) and every person that is working (3) has told us they'd be just a moment every few minutes. I stood in the order line for 15 min before a young lady told me she would be right with me. 5 MIN LATER... still standing there! Very disappointed in this location and the quality of the donuts that were sold to me! I was at work and just finished up lunch when my co workers and we decided to stop and get snack! It was 12:15pm on 2/17/20 my order number was #363 and we were looking to enjoy this bite of delight! I am so grateful there's a DD just minutes from my home! Yes!! (Fist pumps and gleefully bites a fritter while writing this review.) Many do not recognize this space as Dunkin' Donuts and that's because another fast food hot spot with mini corn dogs used to home to this quiet little corner for years. There's never a huge line out the door and always many many baskets of fresh doughnuts all for my choosing. I used to play Frogger to get across the street to the busier one in Evans and sometimes leave empty handed because there were no fritters by 1 pm. This location always has a great selection and the drive thru is never crowded and treats are always handed off by a smiling, cheerful person. They're so nice to my dogs and always give them the nicest compliments. The interior is beautiful and you should give it a little whirl and enjoy the quiet. read more

I am very upset!! Everyday I go to Dunkin' on Washington rd in the morning to get my favorite drink before I go to work but today I was running late so I went to the Dunkin on fury's ferry and I was greet by a rude little girl named Jade who seemed to have an attitude. I told her my drink was made wrong and she snapped her teeth and said "just give it to me then" and proceeded to snatch the drink away. She then walked away and I could see her being rude to other employees and cussing. She came back to me and rolled her eyes and said he you go. I told her I wanted to speak with the manager and she said "I am the manager" and I asked to speak with someone else because how rude she was and she said I'm holding up the line and walked away from me. Do not order the bacon, such a rip off. It's like $3.50 and they give like three pieces, so a dollar a piece. The service is so rude but I get that I go there at 6:30am. I LOVE THIS DUNKIN!! My friends and I came here for my birthday and we passed the other dunkin in Augusta to go here. The staff was super friendly and quick. This business definitely has their act together and is always quick and efficient. I got the sweet cold foam cold brew for my birthday drink and it was the best I've ever had. Dunkin is always a go-to for donuts and coffee, but I rate this location two starts for the service. My family and I have been to this location several times in the last six months. The only thing they seem to get right on drive-through orders is black coffee, and donuts (mostly). They have given us the wrong or no donuts before. What they can't seem to ever get right is made-to-order items, and they like to blame the customer when they bring it up. I'll preface by saying my son cannot eat eggs. Today, for example, my wife specifically asked for bacon cheese croissant with NO egg. When I checked knowing they've had issues in the past, sure enough it bacon and egg with no cheese. Then, when we bring it up they give us a look like it's on us. On a previous visit, my wife heard them talking to each other and saying it's what she ordered. It's not even worth arguing with them about, but I don't know, maybe they should repeat the order back to each customer as they type it in. We will still go here because it's convenient, but we can't trust that they'll ever get our order right. read more

Lesson learned for me! About a month ago, my family and I pulled through the drive-through at 8:57 PM to order a dozen of donuts. The girl came over the intercom and informed us that they are no longer open and they close at 9 o'clock. We informed her that it was 8:57 PM. She repeated I'm sorry mam but we are closed. Just to confirm I asked her again, so you want me to leave and take my business elsewhere. She replied, Yes, like I said we are closed!! We then happily drove to Krispy Kreme to purchase two dozen donuts!! This evening, on the way to pick my daughter up from swim practice, I decided to give them a second chance. Huge mistake! I pulled through and ordered a large caramel latte hot and a powdered doughnut for my son who was also in the car with me. I pulled around the window and gave the guy at the window a $20 bill. My total was $5.92. I should have received $14.08 in change. Instead, I received $5.08. Five $1dollar bills. Then explain to the guy that he made a mistake and handed me the wrong change. He told me that he knows he gave me the last $10 bill in his drawer. He even said ma'am I'm sorry but the $10 bill just did not disappear. He tried for the second time to hand me the incorrect change and told me that he was sorry there was nothing that he could do. Then a very rude young lady from behind him yelled at me and said that if I had a problem that I needed to park my car and come inside and talk to the owner who is sitting in his office. I demanded that the owner come and talk to me at the drive-through window. That did not happen! I handed them my coffee and donut back and demand my $20 bill back. The food and coffee here is amazing and I usually have the sweetest drive through people, however I was extremely disappointed with one of their employees. I had just heard upsetting news about my mom, so I went to Dunkin right across from my neighborhood where I knew I could see a smiling face and know my day would be a little bit better. I went around 12 pm on Wednesday afternoon and a lady with black hair in a ponytail took my order. When I went to the window to pay, I had 2 separate orders because my friend had also ordered something, and I had forgotten to put more money into my card so I kindly asked her if it was okay to pay for the second order first. Rather than telling me it would've been a hassle, or saying it was or was not okay, she proceeded to look extremely annoyed and ask me what I was saying many times. Generally I understand when people ask me to speak up since I have a soft voice, but once she heard what I was saying, she proceeded to dramatically roll her eyes at me and take off her mask just to show her general irritation with my request, and make me feel like I was causing a problem. I work in customer service as well, and I understand that some tasks can be challenging. However, I found it really unprofessional that she would make a customer feel like a nuisance and a problem rather than a priority. I'm sad to have to write this due to such a otherwise nice staff, but I hope you understand why I'm upset. I thank the other employees that continue to make me feel like a valued customer. read more

I live in Aiken but stopped by this Dunkin Donuts yesterday to get a don't, an Apple fritter and two small coffees. I asked for a senior price on coffee but they said there was no such price available. Later I asked for a coffee refill, but they said free refills were not available. On top of this the donut was very dry, and there were zero apples in the fritter. And the real kicker was that the total cost was an outrageous price of $6.44. Next time I will go down the street to Krispy Kreme. I recommend staying away from DD. read more

But the way the workers there treated her with such disdain, and lied to her saying they had no applications on hand, she left in tears. It really broke my heart because she was so excited for the opportunity to work there. So if this location ever see this review, please be kinder to people.
