We stopped in here for a snack before a show at Maryville College. Staff were friendly, store was pretty clean and we were greeted promptly. The shift leader/manager was very polite and had EXCELLENT customer service. We ordered a couple drinks and a couple snacks. He threw in an extra donut for free. So kind of him! Only reason it is 4 and not 5 stars is my hubby said the cream cheese on his bagel was ultra sweet, and it tasted like icing, and my small drink was only filled about 70%. This Dunkin has gone to shit. When they first opened, the staff were nice, the food was good, and the coffee tasted alright. Now everytime I go there, they're out of croissants and biscuits before 10 a.m. The staff is not rude, but they sound like they hate their job. The coffee is NEVER good. It either tastes watered down or has like this weird burnt taste to it. They never get orders right. I went today at 9:45 and got avocado toast and a CHOCOLATE FROSTED doughnut. NOT a chocolate frosted with SPRINKLES. They gave me one with sprinkles instead of just telling me they were out of the regular ones. I would've chosen a different doughnut bc I have an allergy to sprinkles. Thanks for the health hazard. I am not kidding when I say that for the past several years, this location has given me horrible coffees every time I visit. I resisted the urge to review this location for a long time because the employees were sweet... but no matter who's working here, the drink are awful. Frozen coffees are either not sweetened or they taste like coffee-ground sludge(or both at the same time). The macchiato tastes like it has no coffee in it at all, and lattes are (so far) the only drink I've ordered here that are semi acceptable... But, they barely fill the cup when they hand it out to you so what's the point. I don't blame the workers, I'm just deeply deeply confused because I've only experienced this problem at this specific location. Stopped in this morning to get a coffee. I was going to use the drive through but there are two different entrances for it and it appeared people we're confused. So I parked and went inside. The interior was clean and bright. The young lady behind the counter who took my order was very friendly and pleasant . (She gets 5 stars). They appeared to be very busy. Most of the employees were preparing orders for the drive through. Looks like they do most of their morning business with the drive through. If that's the case they should rethink/redesign their drive through line. (just my opinion) It was nice to see they had an adequate amount of employees to handle the volume. I only had a medium black coffee so I can't review much more. So in closing: my experience was positive. The inside was clean, the employee that I interacted with was pleasant and the coffee was hot. If you are in a rush or you are impatient (which is understandable if you haven't had your morning coffee) you may want to park and go inside. Terrible customer service. First time there was about a month ago. I ordered 3 doughnuts on their app and when I got there they had next to nothing on the shelf and they told me they were all out of what I ordered and didn't know how long before more would be made. I was told I would need to get a refund online or choose some other random doughnuts which were plain or some other crappy kind. Then some employee told me she would just write a note stating I'm owed 3 doughnuts and then she walked away. Never got refunded for that. Went back today and ordered a nitro coffee which cost almost almost 4 bucks. When I walked in, my food items were sitting there and an employee asked me if There was anything else with the order (she was holding the receipt as she asked) and I told her a small nitro coffee. She said okay and walked away. I waited for 10 minutes for the stupid thing thinking the girl was making it and finally a manager asked me if i was waiting for something and I told her a nitro. Turns out the first girl said okay and just walked off and did something else. So the manager made the coffee and what She made was ridiculous. I refuse to go back to this location. We tried to eat at Dunkin Donuts on Washington this morning, once again our order was given to another customer because they do not call out order numbers. We had been waiting along time and the young lady told us she would bring the food to our table, well that didn't happen then when someone else took our food even it was put on the counter , and no number called out. They of course ran out of the items needed to make our food. This is the 3rd time this has happened to us. Last time we accepted a substitute that was awful we ended up throwing it out and just going somewhere else and getting something else. This time we asked for a refund. We love the coffee but we are getting tired of our orders being given to others and the them always running out of stuff. The only thing this Dunkin has going for it is it's location. After that you might as well just roll the dice and take your chances. I'm pretty certain it's poor management. That's because when you ask to speak to a manager there is not one on premises. There is no standardization of the way things are done from employee to employee or day to next day. When you ask to have your food prepared a certain way, you are looked at like you have 4 heads, argued with and made to feel like you're asking for something that is impossible by simply asking for them to heat up your food. All that was needed, was for us to bring a receipt in and be given our money back. But he wanted to argue about it. I went in on Thursday, April 8 at 2:30 PM. Two young guys who were behind the counter completely ignored my three-year-old son and I while they continue to joke and laugh with each other. No greeting, no "we'll be right with you", nothing. They finally get to us, and there's a terrible donut selection, and the young man actually said "it's a terrible day for donuts" Thinking it's funny. It's 2:30 in the afternoon with crazy traffic and a drive through line into the parking lot and you can't have your cases stocked? Did I mention the donut case full of fruit flies? I usually have good service here, but I have tried to reach corporate for a week now with no response. The problem started when I ordered and paid through the app and my husband picked up the order where he was charged for the full amount again cause he added two additional donuts to the order. He didnt realize there was an issue when he left but I did cause I knew I was suppose have 4-5 dollars remaining and my total was zero. Whatever you do, skip this Dunkin' donuts and go on down the road to the next one. I ordered a dozen donut holes and they taste it stale and were hard and chewy. The yeast donut holes tasted like they were yesterday's and had set out overnight uncovered. I ordered a cold brew with cold foam and when she handed it to me I asked her if it was really coffee because it looked like very weak iced tea. I told her I drink cold brew at least 3 to 4 times a week and that did not look like coffee. She said well that's how we make it. I can make you another one and I said it would just look the same because you're using the same watered-down cold brew. So I prefer my money back. Then. The manager came to the drive-thru window and said I just made a fresh batch of cold brew and I can make you a new one. Which means the other batch probably set from yesterday?? So I said okay and it did look a little bit darker but when I saw her making it they did not even foam 2% milk to make cold foam. They took a whipped cream can and squirted some stuff on top and when I questioned her about whipped cream she said it's not whipped cream. It's sweet cream which was a can of whipped cream that had sugar in it and I specifically said no sugar so they don't even foam their own cold phone. We went in around 6:30 tonight and ordered 4 egg and cheese wraps. My daughter found 2 bed bugs in her food which was absolutely disgusting!!!! Had to check them from head to toe after we got home! Went in and had a coupon for a free drink. They said the coupon wasn't valid bc they haven't ever seen one on Groupon before. I said okay that's fine I will just pay for it. So I paid for it and they put cinnamon on it. I am allergic to cinnamon and I asked if they could make me another one. They said you should have told us before we made it but we will make another one. So they made another one and didn't add the whipped cream on it.
