Went to Dunkin today ordered 39$ worth of food and coffee got to the window realized I had only a 50$ bill I gave it to the lady at the window who was EXTREMELY rude and said we cant take a 50 I simply said I will need you to cancel the order then because I only had 50$ cash on me, she rudely said "WELL THATS JUST GREAT " if Dunkin doesn't take 50$ bills anymore on a order of change of 19$ fine but don't be rude and disrespect to me because you didn't want to take my money. 192 Dunkin needs to get nicer staff read more

Don't Go Here Without time to Kill. I go in and order 6 sliced bagels with a side of cream cheese. The person behind the counter must be new because she did not seem to be familiar with the bagels. I have been here before and there is always a new person at the register and they never seem to know what they are doing. Rather than fill my order, she takes the order of the man behind me who says, "This is a big order. I hope that is okay." I am thinking someone else is going to take care of my bagels. Boy, was I wrong. The person at the register starts to fill the "big order." So I go to a second person and ask about my bagels. So, she lied. She apologizes and tells me it will be right out but no one is pulling bagels. Now I am in the store for 10 minutes and they are still working on the "big order." Finally, I. go back to the second person and ask for my money back. She "strolls" to the back like she doesn't have a care in the world. After another few minutes, the manager comes out, all apologetic, making excuses that she too is a "new manager" here. Then she proceeds to try and engage me in a long conversation. This is the worst dunkin I have ever been too! There was no one up front to take my order. The place is dump is trashy and dirty, it looks like no one works there, they don't trained there employees properly or correctly. I was there one morning they was a new person helping me take my order was having trouble and the store manager Tammy Marshall was so rude and mean! She yelled and berating the new person because didn't know where this on the computer. She was also rude to me she was helping to take my order. Then she was yelling and screaming at the employees. Amazing new Dunkin' Donuts location. It is right before the Wickham rd intersection and you cant miss it. As always, the iced coffee is phenomenal. The service is much better than the DD on Wickham Rd and Babcock St. Since this location is brand new, the drive through is clean and there is outdoor seating as well!! When you order coffee and ask for ice, they wanna charge you $.80. Just for the ice!. To me this is just bad business.

I've been a customer for years and this morning I was told for the first time, there is a 50 cent upcharge for a Cold Brew Coffee with no ice. I was upset, but agreed to the upcharge. I also ordered there $3 breakfast sandwich, but when I got to the window, there was no sandwich. When I asked, she said those sandwiches were $3 only if I bought a hot coffee. At this point I was even more disappointed with their customer service. I will no longer visit Dunkin! read more

I ordered a large coffee and received a large cup with some amount of coffee in it. It seemed like a medium or small amount of coffee poured in my cup. the people working were too busy for any questions regarding my order. I spend a few minutes attempting to resolve the issue, but I had to move on. perhaps this is an under-staff issue or maybe a training issue. All I know is I received bad service. read more

Well, all I really have to say is....COFFEE!!! Everyone loves themselves some coffee. Whenever I got I make sure that I get my Large Iced Mocha with 2 and 2. It is amazing as always. Sometimes I make sure I get some breakfast which is the turkey breakfast sandwich. Every time it is so good. Everything is cooked well and the temp is just right. The people there are always super friendly. They do have an awesome slogan, Everyone Runs on Dunkin, not that is the TRUTH!! Keep up the amazing work and if you ever hire new people, make sure they are as good as the ones you already have. read more

Horrible service! One slow person at the cash register that was just chatting away. 3 other workers just standing around doing nothing. Took 10 minutes until I was able to order (only 2 people in front of me). Waited 15 minutes after ordering, looked around and saw everyone else had their orders except me and all the workers (except cashier who had 1 customer) were doing absolutely nothing. The coffee was good, hot, and fresh! I'm very picky about my coffee but this was good. What I was most impressed with though was the kindness. We went in to order but took it to go. When we got in the car, my wife spilled her coffee all over! (It was hot, but she was okay.) Anyway, we tried to clean it up but needed some water to rinse the floor mat because of the sugar she had in her coffee. I asked for a large cup of water, explaining the situation. They gave me the water, but also offered to replace her coffee completely at no charge! They didn't have to, the fault was ours but it was just good customer service. read more

I never stop here, but forgot my tea at home the other day. So I stopped in a pinch for some vanilla chai. After ordering at the drive thru, I get a mile down the road and realize it's only 2/3 full. Since I didn't have time to go back, I called when I got to work and explained my disappointment. A lovely girl apologized and said to come back when I could and I could have another on her. Absolutely awful service. Bagel had not even a half of a tablespoon of cream cheese on it (even though it costs a dollar) so we asked for another one. The cashier refused saying that we would have to pay for it and that she would have to take it out of the inventory. Worst customer service. Went in and was only person in line. They took my order for a breakfast sandwich and told me to go to the pickup portion of the counter.
