As many other reviews have stated, this Dunkin location has very slow service. We ordered two basic coffees and a donut. Not only did it take several minutes for the drinks to be completed, but both were made incorrectly. They also did not have any bagels available at all. It was not busy, and they were adequately staffed. It seems the employees need better training. I give it two stars because it's good to see they finally updated to a delivery order shelf. I live 1 mile from this Dunkin and this morning they forgot my bacon and hash browns. It's the 4th time they have screwed up the order. I'm done with them they deserve a 0! read more

Not surprised this place has 1 star. Store is filled with pre-Madonnas. 8 workers in there almost always in the mornings and they still can't figure it out. I thought they make coffees and sandwiches but I guess they're splitting the atom back there. Had an awful experience today as I ordered a large coffee, got handed a small, said I asked for a large and got the most nastiest eye roll from some punk. If I could give it no stars I would. I've tried 6 or 7 times and it's not close to ither DD. Stopped this am, ordered coffee and a bagel with butter. Coffee was so hot you couldn't touch the cup, once you did it was burnt. A typical problem at this location. The bagel was hot, the damn butter was frozen, frozen! DD should be ashamed to call this one of their locations. I tried far to long. read more

I cringe every time I go to this DD. It's the closest to my house, and unfortunately it has the slowest service of any Dunks that I have frequented. The staff are slow as molasses. It is not just 1 or 2 times, it is all the time! A good way to waste 20 minutes of a perfectly good Saturday morning. read more

The shop is a training store. They need to let people know that. Also not very honest They gave out a coupon when you donate a $1.00 , but when there were no more coupons they still asking you to donate at $1.00 the coupon was for a $1.00 off a dozen donuts. I worked there and was not happy with doing that.its not honest. The company just want to get your money. read more

Once again they can't serve food. (Jan 29) Amazing this place is still open. I guess maybe they survive on the morning rush when manager is there. The only reason I still try is proximity to my home. This place has been this way for years now.. what gives? Does anyone care? read more

Good Dunkin' beverages unfortunately this location consistently has the slowest service. Don't even try the drive thru. Better off going inside for slightly quicker service. I've waited for 3 cars in front of me at this drive thru for 10 minutes. Sorry but my Dunkin fix isn't worth it here. read more

This place can't get it right. Something is wrong with the speaker system or the employees are not all that bright. I'm really hoping it's the speaker. I generally just get coffee. Ice or hot, depending on the weather. I get dark roast, sometimes cold brew. Ice coffee is watered down. I usually get 1 cream, so it's not immediately apparent its watered down. The other day I got it black. The guy handed it to me. I told him I ordered a coffee not ice tea, you could see right through it. Guy tells me, that's how it comes out, oh one more thing. Make sure you have plenty of time. This place is wicked slow. read more

THIS IS THE WORST DUNKIN DONUTS ANYWHERE!!! They have the slowest service. Went in side today and it took 20 minutes to get to the counter. They have 2 registers, but only had one open, even with 10-12 customers standing in line. Whomever the manager is a this location, he/she should be fired for the service this location provides. I was in the line placing my order, when I got to the window to pay the guy told me to pull over and he will bring the two sandwiches out to me in a minute... I was there for about 10 minutes and no one came out so I called them and she apologized and said they must have forgot and she was going to make it and bring it out to me, well she did not make it fresh, it was probably sitting there from when I originally placed the order because it was cold and ended up in the trash because I was so annoyed. Worst dunkin donuts I've ever been to. The service is terrible and they are always out of product. The employees are rude and the whole place is just a trainwreck it should be shut down. One time I went there and they overcharged me and they refused to compensate me the difference even when I went in with the receipt and explained how they messed up; they proceeded to curse at me and tell me to get out. I am a regular patron at dunkin donuts and live less than a mile away from this location and still refuse to go there. read more

Another DD employed by kids without work ethic or any customer service. I was greeted by a young girl asking me "what". I ordered a dark roast black coffee and a sausage and egg no cheese breakfast sandwich. I got a decaf warm coffee and a breakfast sandwich with cheese. Cool. read more
