AWFUL customer service! BREANNA was extremely rude and ignorant; she messed up with our drive-through order and didn't give us one of the coffee we ordered. Since she closed the window right after throwing our order to us, we had to keep knocking at it until she opened it again, but she didn't admit her mistake about missing coffee; instead she told us we have to drive around again. This location is very convenient to my house so I'm here often. The staff is super friendly and appear to love working here. I mainly visit the drive thru but I have gone inside as well. Inside is smaller than most locations. It's attached to a gas station and is located off of I95. My only gripe is their selection of donuts. Since it's a smaller location the popular choices go quickly. Other than that this is a good location to visit for your caffeine fix. read more

If I could give this place no stars I would!!! They served us frozen egg and when we went to let them know the manager came and rudely said do you want a refund or another one? She looks angry and she clearly hates her job!!!! We were hungry we just want our food to be served right not our money!!! While we waited for her to remake our sandwich someone was ringing the bell waiting forever to just order and the same lady the manager came and told him don't you see we are busy right now??? Wow ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich for my kid and the center of the eggs were still frozen . That shows you nothing is fresh. Had to go back inside and told her to check it to make sure were not making it up . I've been to many Dunkin doughnuts and have never had this happen. They replaced it but with hotter bread and still the yolk was frozen. It sucks they can't correct this problem. They need to learn how to heat the frozen eggs separately from the bread . Super busy location every morning. The staff is very friendly but quite slow on a regular basis. We use the drive-thru when it's too busy inside. Surprisingly, the drive-thru can be faster at these times. I was also excited to find their donuts still fresh even later in the day and even more so that they sell lemon filled donuts!!! (My absolute favorite that they stopped selling in NJ a few years ago). Get there early if you want variety because they sell out of the less common donuts early. read more

Stopped this morning and they take your order at the drive thru then tell you to wait there till they tell you to pull around. Finally get to the window and ask the question why we need to wait back where we ordered when there were 4 more cars behind us. After asking the question 3 times the person says so your food is ready when you pull around. I just said OK then he proceeds to hand me the wrong size coffee and I tell him that it was suppose to be an extra large he walks away and says I can't deal with them. This store is very friendly. However often they are out of items. Or order something and order not correct. I think my last order for a hazelnut latte all it was, steamed milk. That's it. I brought home added a hazelnut coffee from my Keruig. It was okay then.
