Refused to use my (clean) DD branded reusable cup for a latte. Other stores have never given me an issue. Woman took my order, disappeared, came back with my latte and poof gone again!!! Great new clean location located conveniently off of the interstate. The employees are always helpful and friendly. This location seems to be fully stocked of donut flavors. Drive thru can be really busy in the morning so I suggest going inside if you have time. Check out the menu board for different specials. Ordered 1 frozen matcha latte and 1 iced latte with caramel and an extra espresso shot (I don't know if this exists, I haven't been to a DD before). Received 2 iced matcha lattes (I will give blame to the masks we were wearing, although I did confirm twice). Went to the register to let girl employee know and she gave me a look like I was bothering her, she proceeded to make another drink, communication just given a drink with ice in a cup. Turns out it was just black coffee on ice. My son ordered a drink with hash browns. After 10 minutes and a line that was moving I asked how much longer the hash browns would be, no communication, just a walk to the fryer, guy employee, grabs a handful of hash browns throws them on to cook. They never started it. While we wait, a lady receiving her order states she ordered a hot drink after receiving a cold drink in a hot cup, girl employee, grabs the cup and steams her drink, again, short in communication, just grabs the coffee. Gave up on any modifications, we had no more time to waste. Ran to the car after getting the hash browns they like they were frozen for too long and cooked. Restrooms state they clean and maintain within every 60 minutes. The women's restroom was filthy and there wasn't any toilet paper. These guys clearly don't know what they are doing, are overwhelmed or they clearly don't give AF. On a positive note, the iced matcha latte tasted fantastic. I wish I would have just asked to keep the 2nd one before she tossed it into the trash. read more

Not that they care one bit about a review but the one on Garden street that have zero pride in anything they do. Customer service, you don't get acknowledged. We came in Monday at 6:15pm. Very little frosting on donut. The others they offered looked bad as well. I dont mind spending money but this is ridiculous. read more

Both women working at this location were not wearing face masks. We stopped at the drive thru for coffees for our ride home from the beach and were surprised to see the woman at the drive thru window had no mask on. We noticed the other worker inside the restaurant serving donuts also did not have a mask on. Honestly, i don't care that we just moved into Phase three. We are still in a pandemic with thousands on infections a day and wearing a mask while serving customers is the right thing to do. I will not visit or any location. I would not recommend stopping here if you are uncomfortable with employees not wearing masks. read more

The DD on garden St by I-95 Has the worst staff ever, I wrote a review last year thinking it would be better now, nope it was worse the drive thru girl was rude and I had to repeat my order about four times then when I was trying to pay I had to wait till someone else came and took my money because she was doing something else, then was told to pull out front to wait. When she came out handed me my bag Didn't say thanks or nothing I quickly checked my order I told her I payed for three bagels and only had two, so obviously they still didn't get it right so she kept waking in the store didn't say anything again so I waited and out she come hands me a bag with my other bagel in it and turned and walked away no thankyou or sorry about the error nothing. Then when I got home and looked at the bagels they are different now I guess it has a big hole in it and less bagel now. Way To go DD you stop selling my favorite bagels then cut back on the bagel size and still have rude illiterate help. Hire new staff the takes pride in their job, and has people skills, friendly, and gets the order right and isn't rude and wears gloves and a mask. This is the second time I've tried this DD and is the Last time I go to any DD again. read more

Great coffee, but it ends there. Service was slow but acceptable considering the Covid restrictions and popularity of DD. Food was a major disappointment. Sausage/egg sandwich was not fresh. It tasted like it had been made weeks ago and frozen until needed. Totally tasteless and dry. The one donut purchased was pitched after one bite as the filling tasted sour. Ordered at box, got soaking wet pulled up to window an couldn't believe they asked me to turn off my windshield wipers cause they were getting wet. Very busy area but no line so that was nice. I had a good iced Irish Creme here. The woman at the window was just so friendly. She could tell we were not from around the area and wished us a nice vacation. They charged for extra cream which is odd but some places seem to and some do not now. Not loving that overall corporate policy change. Interesting area with shops and food. Parking lot looked good here and coffee hit the spot. read more

Ok...I usually like Dunkin coffee, but this is the 2nd time I've tried this location and they failed beyond belief! The first time I asked for HOT black coffee and got cold coffee! Today, I ordered a Vanilla HOT latte' and received a luke warm coffee with NO flavoring! On top of the WRONG coffee, the girl had no clue how to ring me up and asked 3 times what I ordered! I also handed her $5.24 so I could get $3.00 back in ones, and that completely threw her off. Seriously?
