Fantastic shop- no line, fast service and delicious drinks and bakery. The baristas gave us a cordial welcome and were efficient and fast. The shop has ample seating and clean bathrooms! The food is not consistent example bacon Gouda the bread is like hard not fresh. My banana matcha had no cinnamon sprinkle on it whereas before it did. Date of visit: March 2, 2025 I needed a little pick me up and our friend needed a bathroom so this cute little Starbucks right off the freeway really hit the spot. I was able to use the Order Ahead feature and save myself a little time and the drink was ready in just a few minutes. My coffee (a White Chocolate Mocha, of course) was not perfect, think they skimped on the syrup a bit, but I have definitely had worse! Restroom was clean as well, a nice bonus. read more

Visited briefly on our way to Cape Canaveral. Access is right off of the high way and easy to get to. Store itself is clean, receives a lot of natural light, and has lots of seating. Always packed drive thru. Most of the time they get the order right. The last 2 times (including today) they messed up my drink, and first time, they apologized and made a new one. Today, it was different. I had ordered my drink w/o scooped strawberries but clearly as seen in the pic there are strawberries. At first, I thought maybe the barista at the register didn't hear me, so I didn't say anything. Picked up the drink, label clearly says no scooped strawberries. I mentioned to the barista that made the drink that I said no scooped berries. She took a deep breath, sighed and with a slight irritation in her voice said she could make me a new one. After all that, I just said no, it's fine. And walked out irritated. Honestly, now that I think about after paying over $5 for a drink, I should've had her make me a new one. I should've got what I payed for. But I knew there was a back up in the drive thru and there was a line inside as well. I was being courteous. What started it all off, was after I payed for my drink via the app, the balance leftover was 1.01 and I gave her $1 and she was legit looking for the 1 cent. I made a comment after digging through my big ole purse for a stupid penny saying "does Starbucks really need that penny?" In which she replied "yes they do." Never again will I come here. I normally do not write reviews on single transaction purchases that do not mean anything to me or to the owner as it is such a small sample size for anyone to pass judgement about the business as a whole. My experience at this Starbucks store was not good. I have hardly ever encountered mistakes/issues at drive thru places, and I have been to a countless of them. All my orders have been correct, and never once did I have to complain about anything until now. I do not leave a lot of bad reviews either. This review is more about this store's policy than employees executing them. We opted to go through the drive thru before hopping back on the interstate. After we placed our order and asked sugar to be put in, employee politely responded that they are out of regular sugar and that they only had artificial sweetener available. We asked that she cancel our order as splenda does not do it for us. Employee then gave the option of adding syrup. So we requested that, paid at the drive thru counter and pulled away. First sip into the coffee was so frigging bitter that we had to drive back to the store. I walked in to the store and noticed Pure Cane Sugar packets at the condiment station. I used the packets to sweeten up my coffee. Crisis averted. Last night while I was taking the picture of the receipt to Yelp it, I noticed a $0.50 charge for syrup. I am going to be honest and say that it bothered me a little. If I am being a little drama queen, so be it. However, 1) How can a coffee store run out of sugar? The employee stated that they have been out of sugar for a day now. (-1) 2) Ok, YOU do not have sugar. YOU recommended syrup. Why do you have to charge me for that? Besides, it was not even disclosed that it was going to be an extra charge for that. (-1) 3) Why is my coffee still bitter when syrup was added to it? I asked for 10 packets sugar. I do not know the equivalent of that in syrup. But if you are going to charge me for it, I am assuming the store does? (-1) 4) How is Pure Cane Sugar not an alternative for Regular sugar? (-1) Again, $8.14 business means nothing to me as I may never be in this area again, and $7.60 most definitely means nothing to the owner of this store. But I hope he/she re-evaluates his/her policy when items run out. read more

The service can be a hit or a miss, usually when they're out of blonde roast they offer to do a pour over but I've received some resistance before.. they still end up doing the pour over.. not really thrilled that they let me pay for and order the bantam bagels through the app for pickup only to be told they sold out. I should've just received a refund for them but opted for the plain ones.. eh. Overall, Starbucks isn't the best quality coffee but I'll still come here because it's convenient and better than the alternatives. This one actually has plenty of parking and enough room to manuever as well which means there is plenty of business here. Each time I have been here, my order came out quickly and as ordered. The exception being that an additional item was added that was not ordered. Upon further discussion it was given free without any hesitation or the sometimes wasteful take back and throw away a perfectly good item. The team here welcomes you with a smile, but the getting to know the customer at this and many other locations around the nation in todays modern era are either much to busy or deswayed by the politics of hurting someones gender identity feelings. Stopped for a quick cup of coffee on my way to Palm Bch and this Starbucks wowed me!! Everything was super clean, signs for free WiFi all around the coffee shop. It had a very warm welcoming feeling. Once I walked in I decided to order and sit down and relax. I normally take my orders to go but the sitting area was inviting and I decided to just try out a new cup of coffee. I ended up ordering a pumpkin spice latte when I was called for it I didn't expect to see such a beautiful cup of coffee. It was hot and the taste was beyond my expectations. This Starbucks has a staff that is friendly, more above average which was nice for the Orlando area. They had all Fall seasonal cups available! This location is super popular and usually has a big line up at the drive through. So be prepared for a bit of a wait. My favorite is the cold brew coffee. It has a bit of sweetness to it so you don't need any sweeteners. It also seems to have more of a kick than regular hot coffee. read more

I was on a road trip this past weekend, and I was very impressed by this Starbucks when we had a pit stop there. First of all, it's very close to the I95, which is good for travelers. Second, it's a very spacious facility. It has one of those large sharing tables, plus many smaller ones. It also has plenty of seating outside. Last but not least, the staff was pretty much the friendliest staff I've ever encountered on a Starbucks. They were all smiles, very helpful, cordial, and fast! Wowzers! The only thing I would suggest is that they add garbage cans outside, as they didn't have any. We had to run inside every time we needed to throw something away. There's an employee there named Chester who THINKS he is the manager and he's the one who got all involved and shouldn't have. Apparently Chester is just a barista...Spoke to the manager on duty, Josiah and he tried to make it all better by giving me a drink and pumpkin bread for free. This is a great stop off I95 when you need one. The location is great. The baristas are always friendly and it is a great place to work or read. It only took about 5 minutes to get my iced americano, and the drink was made well. Easy to access the location and hop back on 95!
