Local dunkin closest to me, however absolutely the worst one I've ever encountered. The convenience is not worth the experience. Nobody working is a mixologist or barista. Went here on Tuesday July 30th 2024 with my dad at the drive through. We wanted some nice refreshing drinks for dinner with coffees. Went to the drive through, and decided on a medium Frosted Smores, and my dad ordered the mocha coffee medium. order was ready within a reasonable time frame, and employees were very nice. did get a person who was hard to understand, but that happens sometimes. Paid via the dunkin app, which probably links to the credit card, and adds points if one is a member. Got our drinks, sipped it, and i very much enjoyed my frosted smores drink, and my dad liked his mocha. Maybe we will be back soon to get some more! read more

By far the WORST Dunkin I have been to. There were at least 6 + staff members preoccupied with drive-thru and walk-in service took 20 + minutes just to get a coffee. I had to remind someone of my order cause it seems everyone was so flustered. Please have more people cater to walk-ins and quality of service versus 100% effort for drive-thru. read more

The staff here is terrible they do not care about there jobs or doing anything correctly. Ive come here numerous times and give simple orders and they are still messed up. Today was the last time i will ever come back to that store i ordered a cold brew with oatmilk due to me having a lactose allergey and they gave me a iced coffee filled with regular milk and a little bit of coffee and also managed to snatch the debit card out of wifes hand and pretty mu h throw it back at her with no receipt. I placed an order via the app for one box of midnight coffee and one order of 50 munchkins and paid $ $37.85. When I arrived at the window I was told there was no midnight coffee and no munchkins so I asked for donuts and I was told there were no donuts either so I accepted a box of the regular brew coffee. I am due a refund for 50 munchkins which I paid for using Apple Pay. I am unable to visit the store and want a refund to my original form of payment please assist. The donuts were so fresh! Sometimes Dunkin' Donuts' donuts are dry and old but not here! They were moist and delicious! The lady at the drive through gave us 2 free "peel n win" pieces for no reason just because she had them. That was really nice of her! It was my first time at this location on "national coffee day" and they got our order right while honoring their buy one get one special today! The staff was all very friendly. We went through the drive through for the coffees then ended up going in to get 2 free donuts with the peel and win game! Great experience and I will be back. read more

Today I went in to try the new breakfast tacos. I expected them to be bigger. Maybe the size of the Taco Bell soft tacos. These new tacos they have are very very small. No bigger than the McDonald's. Breakfast burritos. And for the amount of money you pay for the small tacos, it is not worth it. At least today the person taking my order was friendly. Usually, many of the workers are very unfriendly and the manager belittles the workers in front of customers. Which in my opinion is very unprofessional. Managers need to lead by example. I'll start off by saying I have had worse experiences when it comes to fast food/coffee shops, but I've become accustomed to better service when visiting Dunkin Donuts. I came in on a slow Saturday evening and had a simple order. A medium iced coffee light and sweet and a large hot dark roast with regular cream and sugar. The speed of the workers was at or above part, but the quality of the coffee was awful. My darkroast tasted like a watered down regular coffee, and my wife's iced coffee just tasted like straight cream and sugar in water. The dark roast was so bad that I had to ask if they actually gave me dark roast. And when I asked, the girl rolled her eyes, gave my a look as if asking if I was serious and scoffed a "yes..?" at me. At this point I realized it was futile to complain or argue, so we just left and both myself and my wife disposed of 3/4 of our coffees because of how bad it was. This Dunkin needs to improve on the quality of their drinks and the personality/professionalism of their employees. read more

There is a girl who works at this location who is completely unprofessional. She is boisterously complaining about a customer who just went through the drive thru. She is cursing, distracting to customers trying to eat and do some work/reading and it appears to me she is making the other employees uncomfortable. read more

They renovated not much difference its still busy and the garbage is always over flowing disgusting. The new one down the rd on 17 m not much better garbage there is over flowing . its hot in the new renovated store who knew .. I cant sit there its to hot. and tables aren't cleaned up they run out of donuts for variety sometimes medical workers or office workers need to snack to have coffee about 2 or 3 -4 o clock and there no donuts really available or anything but the expensive sandwich bah. If it weren't for the drive thru, I wouldn't visit this location anymore. Every time I go to this location they are ALWAYS out of something. I ordered a large coffee--out of large cups. Consistently poor service and management, I wish I could give ZERO STARS. They regularly run out of coffee, donuts, munchkins, and bagels before 10:30am and do not make beverages correctly. I only go here because I have 2 small children and require a drive thru, but even today I ordered a Caramel Craze latte that comes with whipped cream as advertised and of course the young lady at the window hands me a drink without it. I asked about the drink not having whipped cream and the attendant looked at me blankly and asked, you wanted whipped cream? Management needs to train their staff better, prepare and order appropriate amounts of food so as to best serve customers, and do something to earn favor with the community and improve ratings. read more

Order from the App and never get your complete order. This is the 2nd time in a row I have ordered and not receive my complete order from this particular Dunkin'. I will order from the App and my friend would pick up the order for me, and BOOM, something is missing! Then they have to go back to pick up the missing item (like people do not have anything better to do with their time). When I contacted Dunkin' to let them know, the person (I presume is the manager) I spoke with basically told me it was my job to check that I received all the items ordered. No sir, I am not employed by Dunkin' Donuts! When I order, I expect to receive everything I paid for. In addition, if someone is picking up the order on my behalf, they would not generally know what I have ordered, so checking the bag is pointless. They are just there to pick up the order. The same if I was using a food delivery service. The delivery person would not check the bag to ensure everything is in the bag. It is up to your employee to make sure that the customer receive their complete order. Y'all need to do better and your customer service sucks!!!
