I'm usually a huge fan of dunkin donuts & you can probably catch me doing homework at one every other day of the week, hahaha. I ordered a medium caramel iced coffee with cream & sugar & a pumpkin donut, my usual!! The iced coffee was bitter & didn't really taste like it had sugar in it at all, this is definitely not what it's supposed to taste like. The pumpkin donut had a good taste but it was kind of hard & definitely not fresh, bc it had been sitting out all day I guess. Additionally, the selection of donuts was very, very limited-- they were out of so many classics!! The service was very slow. I gave it two stars because I love the space, it is super appealing. There is adequate seating & the restaurant was super clean!! Also, the lady who served me was very nice & welcoming, although service was slow. This was the absolute WORST DD I have ever had the displeasure of patronizing. The coffee was old, stale and full of grounds. The has browns must have been left over from yesterday and reheated in a microwave too long. The bacon egg and cheese sandwich was old and soggy, and had a burnt flavor. After nearly 15 years of going to this location each morning, I will no longer do so. We were treated HORRIBLY here. What a shame. I know that the manager and the morning crew are wonderful. I have always enjoyed their service, smiles, and work ethic. From the grill lady to the young women working. All amazing. If you are going to this location, go in the morning. My sister and I went to dunkin this morning around 12 on thanksgiving. The blonde cashier in red glasses was absolutely rude, she shook her head as the people in front of us were going over to wait for their drinks and when it came to my sister and I's turn she rolled her eyes after I ordered and the only words she said to us were "ok" I understand working on a holiday can get you down but don't ruin other people's vibes cause of yours. read more

I went there waited in line. The server ignored me alone with the other employees. After about 20 minutes serving other people and even paying attention to a baby in a customer's car. One of the ask, "What are YOU doing here?" I responded, "I am trying to get my order in but no one has helped me." She served me and my ice cream scoops were smaller than the customers in front of me. Then my donut was the wrong kind. I took the order anyway. While I was eating my food. She spoke out loud, "Next time I will ask him to leave. He is not from here and he has an accent." Other customers heard her. As I was walking out they lost more than my business. I could hear them talking, "This guy did nothing to them to deserve this! It's the last time that we will go in there. Just wait until I tell all my friends!" Came here on 7/1 for coffee after long drive. Two female workers completely ignored me at drive through 10 minutes before closing, pulled up to window and they didn't even have the courtesy to admit they were closing the store early (by staring at me and walking away). Parked and tried to go inside, but was locked out. Again, made eye contact and then walked away. All before the listed closing time. Just lazy workers too incompetent to follow Dunkin standards and stay open until the actual closing time. read more

Ever since Stacy became manager, this place has made a 360degree change. The staff she has now is fantastic. James,Kat and Megan as well as Stacy treats you with respect and know how to welcome you into their workplace. Fresh donuts and food, if coffee isn't right they will make it to your liking. Although the young lady at the drive thru was very nice, the lady doing the toasting has to go back to training. I ordered 2 coffee cake muffins , toasted with butter. When I got 59 where I was going I opened the wrap and got my 2 muffins, falling apart and no butter. Can anyone do a decent breakfast in this town read more

Came in with my boys for a late night treat and had a great experience the 2 ladys working were super sweet and nice and gave us excellent customer service even though we walked in literally 15 mins before they closed ! This place was extremely dirty, with flies buzzing everywhere. Including all over the donuts. The employees shirts looked extremely soiled. Employees coming in for their shift and not washing their hands or putting on gloves. They are touching cash and then grabbing the cups by the top and the inside. First visit here they made the wrong drink, second visit, waited 5 minutes at the speaker for the drive thru for service. The iced latte I was served was watered down and tasted nothing like what I have been served in the past at other Dunkin' Donuts. I work near this DD in Garden City. Co workers and I have come for years. It used to be excellent. Not now. The past three times I have ordered at the drive thru were terrible experiences. Long wait when there were no cars ahead of me, the parking lot and you can see inside the area behind the counter is filthy. My order was not correct, and when I brought it to the attention of the manager, a snippy young man with a bun on his head, he shrugged and said, " crap..it happens". I will not go to this DD ever again. And I don't post this lightly. The woman who cooks in the morning is very nice. Most of the time a hot coffee is served room temperature. angry pissed-off expressions on most servers. careful in the drive-through the potholes are about 12 inches deep and they're all over the parking lot. once every couple of months they hire some fly-by-night company to fill up the potholes with gravel and it lasts around two days. Everybody I have come in contact there except the manager hates their job or life or maybe even both. if you order inside you get the usual scowl and unfriendly unhappy attitude and sometimes they say "I'll be right with you". and you have to watch them slowly and carefully fill the machine up with ice, ignoring you, while you're waiting to order. there is no customer respect or priority in this joint. close it down and sell to Starbucks or retrain everybody and fix the potholes. my Car is starting to bottom out. Where is corporate on this location? Does anybody in the main office know what's going on in this dump? are you even reading these reviews? Do you even care? I'm usually very happy with my visits to Dunkin' Donuts. Now I had a big order so I went inside to not plug up the drive thru. I go inside and already it's busy but they got everyone pretty fast. The cashier was very nice, she got our order and we got our receipt to wait. So I waited for a bit we got our bagels and my sister and cousin went to check them. Now we had ordered 3 plain bagels with cream cheese. It was on our receipt. And well we only got 2. So my sister and cousin went up to tell one of the people making them and the woman looked on her screen and said it's not on my screen so you're wrong. Again it was on our receipt. So the cashier goes up and says we got that bagel so we think this woman starts making it. 30 minutes rolls around and we ask about the bagel again. We get the it wasn't on my screen so you can't have it. Finally one of the other girls checks our receipt and says no it's on the receipt. So in total we waited for 40 minutes at that Dunkin' Donuts. 10 for everything and 30 for one bagel. I'm not happy especially cause the woman was rude about the bagel instead of calmly checking our receipt. I will never be going back there and I don't suggest going to this Dunkin. read more

Vacationed for about a week in the area, and Dunkin was running a $2 iced coffee deal this week. So, my extended family and I made several trips to Dunkin here and there. Were the drinks made accurately and provided quickly? Yeah, for the most part. But the quality of service was all around terrible. Cashiers were rude, often carrying on conversations with each other instead of serving customers (I even heard one of their conversations over the speaker in the drivethru). No "please" or "thank you". No "come back again soon". The employees expressed no sign of kindness or empathy on any of my several visits. The only reason I returned so many times was the simple fact that the area around my vacation spot lacked coffee alternatives that were comparable in price and convenience. If there were a Starbucks, Tim Hortons, or even another Dunkin located within a mile, I'd have been there instead. read more
