The customer service here is below par. Workers are heard saying profanities talking about customers behind the counter. The employee in question, had brown hair with a pink streak in her hair. If they don't like their job, they should quit. The manager Nikki acted like she didn't know what we were talking about and covering for her employees. The manager was saying they don't wear name tags. And it's not required. However, someone else I knew went in 20 minutes after my daughter had left and they were still talking about it and more employees were involved. The manager just stood there and didn't direct them to do anything. So disappointing. I will let everyone know not to visit that Dunkin. read more

1 star. I went to this Dunkin' location recently and it was honestly one of the worst experiences I've had there. The place didn't seem that busy, but I still ended up waiting way longer than I should have just to order. Once I finally got my drink, the coffee tasted super watered down and had barely any flavor, like it was rushed or made wrong. I also ordered some food, and it was not good at all. It tasted stale and like it had been sitting there for a while instead of being fresh. For how simple the menu is, it's kind of crazy that the quality can be this inconsistent. The whole experience just felt unorganized and not worth the time or money. Long wait, bad coffee, and low-quality food--it's just not it. I won't be coming back to this location. read more

I went to this location for a quick bite and i ordered pickup. i ordered a bacon egg and cheese and they gave me a sausage egg and cheese. Not only that i orderd a wamred blueberry muffin and they gave me a cold one. LASTLY I ordered 10 munchkins and they gave me 9 i dont know who they are hiring but whoever it is needs to get fired. I never write Yelp reviews but felt compelled to because our family always has such a great experience here! I'm not really sure what other commenters are talking about - we are consistently in and out of the drive-thru line in under five minutes, have had overwhelmingly pleasant experiences with all the staff, and the food is always hot and fresh. We live in NYC but frequently visit Kingston to see family and truly actively look forward to our morning routine of visiting this Dunkin'. It's hard to get poetic about a Dunkin' Doughnuts. If you've been to one, you've in a sense, been to them all. Service is what makes them standout...along with aesthetics. We came here on our way back from Newport and the good ol Waze app had as taking back roads to Narragansett. That's how we happened upon this location. We opted to go inside since we had some time. Plus, it was late afternoon and not terribly busy. It's a nice looking D&D; newer appearance inside and a tidy parking lot outside. Service was fine; nothing great, but nothing disappointing. But the Coolatta we had was so-so. Much too watery. Flavor was fine, texture wasn't. As we were leaving, we heard one of the workers say "No more Coolatta's! The machine is acting up...." Tried to order two coffees and Snacking Bacon, they told us "because we're closing in 45 minutes, we're not doing food" Seriously? Snacking bacon isn't Duck Confit, pal, it's SNACKING BACON. The two kids running the place simply didn't want to be bothered. Next, we get our coffees, one of them has a wrong label on it, the other one has no label and is half full. We're trying to figure out what's going on when one kid opens the window to see why we're still there, and the other kid says, very loudly "Is there a problem?!" We tell them that we're trying to figure out which coffee is which, and they literally tell us "taste them and figure it out". I get that there's a lot going on in the world right now, but honestly, if this is what we get, do you think they're cleaning things appropriately? Washing their hands the way they should? I frequent DD's from one end of the state to the other. Unfortunately, this one is the closest to me, and the by far the worst. I only order one coffee, but they get the order wrong at least half the time. Flavor of the coffee varies from o.k. to yuck. It's under-staffed by an ever-revolving roster of kids who spend a lot of time laughing and joking around with each other vs working, making wait times inordinately long. The manager needs to be more selective when hiring. It doesn't have to be this way. The DD up the road off Rt 1 is much better-staffed, gets your order right, and the kids there are obviously doing their job. I now pass by this DD to go there. My opinion is shared by other people in this area. Unfortunately, you can't force management or staff to care. read more

I'm genuinely disappointed that I cant even rate this place zero stars. I can't even explain to you how much money this place has cost me because I'm always too nice to say anything because I work in the overall food industry too so I get it and hate complaining but EVERY SINGLE TIME this place just gets EVERYTHING WRONG. Forgot part of my order and I asked for my muffin to be heated up with butter and they didn't even put butter. Not to mention that this is around the 50th time this happened. Last week they gave me a cinnamon raisin bagel with plain cream cheese when I ordered a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese. I've had hot drinks come out when I ordered Iced. I ask for cream cheese on the side with my bagel and 8/10 times they will put it on. And it sucks because I'm a particular eater but also too nice so I end up throwing everything away, not having enough time to stop anywhere else, then having to starve at work for 8 hours. It's just every time something is wrong it's crazy. I try to check the bag quickly before I leave always but sometimes I'm in a rush for work and only look quick just to see if everything is there only to be disappointed later. It's just annoying because I shouldn't even have to check like why has it been years and this location is still the worst. I've seen so many other reviews like this so I'm glad to know it's not just me. Like is anyone even looking at these reviews? Does anyone even care at this place? Like at all? A waste of a renovation. I love Dunkin and do not want to stop going there but it's the only one near me, so I have to inconvenience myself by not going to a place I love (where I haven't had an issue like this at any other Dunkin in my life) anymore because the workers or I don't even know what something might be in the air at that place is making everyone mess up at ALL TIMES? Too bad zero stars isn't a thing. I get a medium green tea nearly every day on my way to school. Most of the time the tea is old, and I can always tell because it's darker than normal. But, this is the only Dunkin from my house to my school (weird, I know). The kid that works the drive-thru is pretty cool, and that's about it. This is one of the worst Dunkin's. read more
