Starting 2023 on a high note. I was hesitant to go to this location with past reviews but needed a stop at this location. I was pleasantly impressed with 2 employees that are hard working and kind. Yes the location could use another employee with the amount of business but isn't that everywhere lately. It's real sad this is the only doughnut shop in Bellevue, because it's just not that great. Doughnuts seemed stale and less than what I normally get from DDs. I came at 9am so I expect the doughnuts to be hot and fresh but think again. I had been waiting all week to take my 4 and 5 year old to grab some doughnuts on the weekend and even they didn't finish their doughnuts which speaks volumes. I took one bit each from my blueberry and maple doughnuts and decided to save my calories. Not worth the stop should have keep driving to five daughters or foxes den. Great team here! I roll through this Dunkin every single day now and every day my drink is ready as I am paying and I'm greeted with a smile! I know you guys know how it is when you order a coffee and it's too strong because they didn't put enough creamer in it. It's every coffee drinkers waking nightmare. Lived in Chicago for 2 years. I miss Dunkin donuts being on every corner. This one is a pathetic excuse for a DD. Slow service. I was literally just told they do not sell long johns. Yes you do. Don't lie to customers just because you are out of everything all of the time. Indeed....I am the Dutchess of said Dunkin Donuts, so I should have something to say about it, right? Umm....it's a chain store that sells donuts and I like donuts? Okay, kidding aside for the next sentence or three, I'm never going to slam a Dunkin Donuts in TN. I'm a northeastern er and having DD move into our neck of the wood was a BFD. Krispy Kremes are lovely, but for the cake donut afficianato, they just don't cut it. The location is small, has a drive thru and is clean and well kept up. They don't have butternut donuts (Esquire magazine's professed "ULTIMATE DONUT" - I agree with that - but they have a good selection on weekends. If you go past 5 pm, its pretty sketchy in terms of selection. It's a win for Bellevue if not a great step forward for mankind. read more

Ordered in drive thur the person(lady I believe she was the manager)on the intercom didn't seem helpful or friendly at all. So this put me in a unsure head space but when I got to the window the gentleman there was really friendly. The system even messed up in the middle of my transaction which ended up having me waiting for an extra 5-8 minutes and me having to give him my card to swiped again. During that time the guy was chatty and honesty he helped me not get upset at the situation but the lady was no help at all. Hopefully you're not in a good mood when you get there, because by the time you leave, they will put you in a bad mood. I have never been to a more consistently rude establishment. You are lucky if they get your order right, as they often get it wrong. Then, when you do get your order, the employees are often extremely rude. I recently had a girl get my whole order wrong and then roll her eyes and get very angry and nasty with me. That day, they actually had a note that their speaker wasn't working properly, so I'm assuming they misheard my order, and she took it out on me. Today, I went there and the attendant was unapologetically, downright rude, as expected. It makes you feel sorry for ever going there, the way they treat you. By the time you leave, you actually somehow feel mistreated, all for ordering a coffee. It's very bizarre. They obviously hate their job, which I don't like that for them, and maybe it's an internal issue with Dunkin itself, and/or the management there. However, it is passed on to the customers and it's very disheartening. Almost every time I go there, I get poor treatment, again, just for wanting to order a coffee or maybe an occasional few donuts! They're often rude from the time they begin to take your order, to when they hand you the food. I try to be nice and smile and tell them "thank you", but I'm often met with them shoving my order at me, with a rude look, and no response back. I'm left with an eerie feeling as I drive away. That's actually a decent experience there. You're lucky if they don't argue with you or roll their eyes and make YOU feel bad for them getting your order wrong. Lots of issues there, and it looks like I'm not the only one that feels this way. Wait times are also very long, which can be understandable, but the mistreatment of customers is very bad there, and also seems to be constant. There have been some very nice employees there, too, but more times than not, I have been met with poor experiences at this location. I used to frequent it regularly, and stopped going, but recently wanted to try their Holiday drinks. Still the same extremely rude treatment. There aren't many places to get coffee in this part of Bellevue, I wish they would improve and make this Dunkin a more positive place to go to. read more

This Dunkin is the worst I've been to . I've been here several times because of the convenience of it being next to my apt on the way to work. But the lines are always outrageously long. When you get to the speaker they ask to to wait every single time . The food is always undercooked or missing an ingredient . For example, I ask for the ham grilled cheese once and they gave it to me with out any ham. The coffees are always disgusting. I got a hot coffee one time and it tasted so bad I went to pour it out and the whole bottom cup was filled with thick coffee grounds! Some of the ladies there are very nice and well mannered but my most recent visit there was a young man and he had no manners at all. Not one time did he say have a nice day or use any customer service skills. He also forgot my straw for my coffee and I went back to ask for one and he just hands out the window . No apology or anything. I will no longer be going to this Dunkin location anymore. I hope things improve but it's been years and it's gotten worse. read more

Worst.Dunkin.Ever! The last 4 visits (2015) to this location, each time, the "manager" was having a screaming match with a customer. Or a customer says "you know what...just give me a regular coffee because I'm going to be late for work"... Today, I went in with my little "$1.99 macchiato or latte" from 2-5 pm. The "manager" had a wooden stick poking it into the expresso machine & told me "it's goin' be 10-15 minutes cuz I has to clean dis". I am not kidding. You.Can.Not.Make.This.Up... Wait time is frankly beyond stupid. The lack of management in this location is beyond anything I've seen. And it continues! If the owner reads this, my message is "do yourself a favor & close it, if you're afraid to fire the manager for whatever reason". I have had it. Not going back. I was in the middle of giving my order and he said you don't know what you want Im taking the next in line and just completely skipped me while I was telling him what I wanted. They always screw up orders. The iced coffee is such a disappointment. There's literally sugar floating in the bottom. I got a mocha iced coffee to see if that would be better. Nope. Pure chocolate. I ordered a second drink and sandwich after placing a combo meal order at the window. They decided to just give me the combo meal only. They weren't even listening to my order. My donuts were stale. My drink was filled up too much and spilling out of the lid on one occasion. This is one of the worst business experiences I have ever had. This is my local Dunkin' location and my quick fix for coffee on a busy morning. I myself have been in customer service industry almost my entire working career as an adult. I have never felt so poorly treated like I do at this location. Being in this industry as long as I have I have to place most of the blame back on management. It's always the managements responsibility to make sure that the communication and that all employees are properly trained. I never ever submit reviews for a business because I myself know how those reviews are read and perceived. My hope in leaving this review is that it will truly open the eyes to the management of this location that they may want to take a closer look at the training amd communication that is in place in their store. read more

I've had to leave multiple times from this location without my full order. The last time I went I ordered pick up because I was short on time. When I pulled up to the restaurant they had the doors locked and said drive thru only so I had to get in the line to get my order. I waited in that line for 40 minutes, the line really wasn't that long I would say about 7 cars ahead of me before I got to the front. My pickup order wasn't ready. They went to make my drink and he handed me a coffee that was smaller than I ordered with a lid on it that was too big so it wouldn't fit securely. There was also whip cream all over the outside of the cup. I literally asked him if he was serious and he looked me dead in the face and said yep have a good day and closed the window. Dead. Like it's hilarious looking back but completely frustrating. I wish this wasn't the only location close to my house because I definitely won't go back here again. I get being busy and I get being understaffed but when you have employees just standing in the back alley when you clearly have a line and then just straight up being disrespectful, I don't see how to excuse that. read more

Dunks has the best coffee hands down. However, this location has service issues at times. Today I went through the drive-thru after a fiasco at Fox's Donut Den. All I wanted was coffee! I waited... And waited..... Finally I park and go inside. I asked why I got no response from the drive-thru and was told it's broken. The man behind the counter was nice and even gave me the coffee for free. Zach and Scott are both phenomenal and they work the afternoon // evening shifts, and they will take care of you. This DD used to be great but lately (the past 1-2 months) I've seen nothing but it going downhill. A couple of weeks ago, we went in for donuts at 9:30am on a Sunday. Now, I realize it's a Sunday so I expect it to be busy and maybe to be out of one flavor or two. But they were out of EVERY SINGLE DONUT except maybe 5 glaze sitting in the case. Now, it would seem to me that whoever is in charge of prep (most likely a manager) would know that Sundays are one of the busiest days and therefore should prepare accordingly. Then this morning (a Friday, 9am) I was asked by the girl behind the counter, "yeah what do you want?" Um...excuse me? I'm not a friend of yours but a paying customer so it would be great if you could be just a -tiny- bit more professional. She was rude, didn't give me a receipt (even after I asked for one.) I got home and 4 out of the 6 donuts were stale, but still slightly edible. I tried calling just to notify the management so they could pull the remaining flavors to spare someone else buying barely edible food, and after the 5th time of trying with no answer I gave up. This DD used to be fantastic! I loved the staff that worked here and they were always so friendly. There was one girl who worked the drive thru and would always be sure to tell me to "drive safe." I never had an issue with my drink orders, food was always fresh and abundant, and the employees truly seemed to care. Now? Food isn't fresh nor does there ever seem to be enough, and drink orders are almost always wrong. You don't get your receipts even after asking for it. But the worst offense? You now have employees there who don't care that you know they don't want to be there. The employees clearly want to be somewhere else and that's fine - just don't work in customer service so that the owner of the establishment doesn't suffer a blow to his reputation. My advice m, DD? Hire people who want to work, not who are rude, reek of stale cigarette smoke, and emanate an air of boredom. read more

I like that even when the staff is in a hurry that they will slow down and answer my questions regarding any allergens present in their kitchen or on the display. (I do this almost every time I show up to this location due to a peanut allergy in the family.) That has made this location a neighborhood fave for us. The coffee is, of course, amazing. I really don't like to drink any other brand. I would order anything off the menu, though; it's all good! Not a lot of seating, but there is a drive-thru here. The bathroom has been clean every time I visited, and there are plenty of highchairs should you need one. These are important factors for us caffeine-crazed mommies. Attached to Twice Daily's convenience store and gas station, so you could easily fill up your tank and grab breakfast and coffee before heading to work. You won't need to spend more than 5 dollars on the latter. read more

I walked in and no line two men working one on the phone and the other looked to busy to take my order. Had to get there attention to order a coffee wich was terrible but worse that I had to ask one of them to help me. That was one out of two times I was not happy with my first or second time going. The second time I went I asked for large iced coffee with cream and sugar, but tastes like a heart attck about to happen was there coffee in it ? I asked if they could poor some out and put just coffee in it and the manager told me I ordered it wrong. I just said "sorry thats how I usually order it." The point is the staff is rude, and you never tell a customer there wrong' even if they are. Ive worked in food industry for 8 years, so I know this motto. I am from the northeast and absolutely love dunks and was extremely excited when this location opened up in bellevue some years ago. This Dunkin donuts provides hands down the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. The staff has proven itself incapable of correctly fulfilling any order, regardless of how simple. I am a sucker because I keep going back, but this is because I love dunkies and don't want to start going to Starbucks. My husband and I always joke when we go there about how they will mess our current order up. I have gotten an everything bagel given to me with BLUEBERRY cream cheese on it and just left with two coffees and a breakfast sandwich and literally each component of the order was incorrect- iced when should be hot, pumpkin in the wrong drink, etc. unless you are a fool and die hard Dunkin fan like myself stay away!! read more
