Parlor was on the way to the Conrad from the Hutton Hotel, which was great since it allowed me to pick up some cold brew and some breakfast before going into conference mode. My wife loved it because she was able to order gluten free doughnuts that are made separate and cooked in a separate fryer. I had a taste and it was wicked good. For me, I went gluten and ordered the maple bacon and the chocolate peanut butter cup doughnuts. They were very magical. The batter and way of frying was different from what I have been used to but incredibly delicious. Their breakfast sandwiches were also very good. They take the fresh doughnuts and use it like a fresh ciabatta roll. Slice in the middle and put in the bacon, egg, and cheese. Very magical. If you have time, you can enjoy your treat and coffee in the clean and spacious dining area with table and counter seating. Just make sure to come early enough to pick up something fresh as I am sure the doughnuts go quickly.

Founded in 2019, Parlor Doughnuts is a rapidly-growing chain offering a variety of very tasty bakery items, including more than 20 varieties of their famous 'cronut'-inspired "Layered Doughnuts™ - a flavor-forward doughnut with layers of buttery dough fried to be crisp on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside, and a variety of sweet and savory toppings; hand-crafted breakfast items such as acai bowls, avocado toast, and breakfast sandwiches and tacos; as well as a vast selection of fruit- and coffee-based hot and iced beverages. Parlor also accommodates most dietary restrictions with a variety of vegan/gluten/keto friendly options. I stopped into the West End Nashville location for breakfast dessert and was quickly overwhelmed by the range of tasty-looking options -- ranging from the "Plain Jane" ($4), a classic doughnut without any glaze or filling, to the "Turtle Cheesecake" ($4), an exquisite creation topped with a layer of homemade cheesecake, pecans, peanuts, and a drizzle of caramel and chocolate. After careful consideration, I opted for the "Bourbon Caramel" ($4), a doughnut with a generous spread of bourbon-flavored glaze, which was excellent! Will definitely try Parlor Doughnuts again.

When is a doughnut not just a doughnut? When it comes from the creative minds (and hands!) of the parlour donut folks! The menu is inventive and mouth watering. No matter which way your taste buds are leaning, these donuts are really something to sink your teeth in to! Prepare to moan!

We went specifically because they had gluten free donuts. My husband got their regular donuts, and I got their gluten free. They were so good. Their coffee was good too!

    Great place. Cute decor.

Ok so we didn't try the doughnuts, so we'll definitely need to try it next time we're in town. The breakfast sausage egg biscuit was awesome tho. Only thing was the flaky biscuit was not strong enough to hold it together as a sandwich and it crumbled. Other than that, the overall flavor was great! The coffee was ok. We prefer darker roast. Staff was friendly, but maybe one gal was in training because I asked for napkins and she pointed me to an almost empty roll of paper towels, lol. There was also dirty plates on a table and the dining area was empty aside from us. Decor of the place is cute tho.

A short walk from my hotel (Hotel Hutton), I enjoyed daily London fog tea latte and a gluten-free doughnut. I don't get to have doughnuts often so this was a nice treat. My husband can eat gluten and enjoyed their regular doughnuts and breakfast sandwich.

Wow this was my first time at Parlor and these donuts were delicious. I got half a dozen to share with coworkers and asked the cashier to help with the selection process. He recommended some of their most popular, the Sandy Beach donut and the French Toast which ended up being my favorite. I also got a cold brew while I was there which was the perfect amount of sweetness. This location has kind of weird parking so keep that in mind but it's in Midtown which is a central location to a lot of hotels and apartments nearby. If you're visiting or live here is a great stop for breakfast and coffee. The service was awesome too and the two guys who helped me were very friendly. I will definitely be getting donuts from them again.

Form the left: lemon, strawberry, carnival, French toast.

All of the donuts are the same, except for toppings. It's a croissant type donut - different but we all really liked them! French toast is covered in maple and definitely a the top pick for all of us (me, hubs, kiddo). We also tried the strawberry, lemon, and carnival (glazed with sprinkles). The seating is plenty, it was a cozy atmosphere, the staff were friendly and helpful, restrooms were very nice (baby had a blowout!! ‍) including a changing station in the men's room. They have coffee drinks and other things, but we were there for the donuts. We would def go back again.

I saw someone eating one of these doughnuts and they looked so good I decided to go try it for myself. There are at least 2 locations in Nashville, maybe more. The service was extremely friendly and efficient and the decor was industrial neat; supremely clean and inviting. I got a selection of 5 different doughnuts (blueberry, sandy beach, French toast, blueberry, and caramel) and they all looked delicious. The French Toast is what is stated as the most popular, but I found, of the ones I tried, that the Sandy Beach was the best while blueberry took 2nd place. It seems as if they use different dough for different doughnuts because some seemed soft (Sandy Beaxh) and other seemed a bit more chewy (French Toast) I most likely will return to try some other flavors given how pleasant of an experience it was.

OMG these flavors were amazing! I went there because I was told to get the French Toast donut and it did NOT disappoint. I also got the Caramel Bliss and honestly it could've used way more caramel, but it was still tasty. These donuts are bready, but a good kind. It was chewy and rich in flavor. The place was empty on a Tuesday at 3pm and that was ok by me. Definitely worth it.

Change up We saw this place on the city tour and stopped in as we were walking by today. Yes, they sell out so come by early. The seasonal favorite for us was the turtle donut. Not busy, a group gathered but we could tell a lot of people stopped by because by 11:30, they only had a few donuts to choose from. It was light, airy, not too sweet. A great buy for the money. Oh, don't drink the local filtered water. It's a so it not why you stopped in. Pass on it, lol.

They don't have the flake of a croissant or the light airy vibe of a yeast donut. I also tried the Strawberry Fields, Milk Chocolate, Blueberry Lemon and the Chocolate Sea Salt. The Blueberry Lemon was good the first day, but it seemed that the donuts don't hold up beyond fresh. I feel that may have changed my opinion on some of the other flavors. However, the vanilla crème was good the next day. I conclude they are not my favorite and I would probably stop in for something special to get the Purist or the Vanilla Crème. It was definitely an experience. I'm glad I tried them. However, I think I'm super spoiled by my pastry shoppes in the city and my favorite Amish bakers on the Shore. The shoppe was cute and the service was fine. No complaints. It's nice to know they have an ingredient list to check, I appreciated that. I'd say give them a try because I definitely think it's a preference because the locals raved.
