Our visit was on 9/3/25 around 545 pm. The food was great. The person who took our order was very nice while taking our order. Apparently on Wednesday nights they have a large group of elderly people that play a card game in the restaurant. When we arrived there were about 3 other people in the restaurant waiting for their game to start. As it got to 6-615 more elderly people began to arrive. Some of them standing around staring at us while we ate. Apparently we were sitting at one of their tables. We thought it was odd that our food was packaged in to go containers. I specifically mentioned it was "for here". Now we know why she made our order to go. After we decided we were done eating and went to leave, we saw one of their group had parked their car as close to our car as possible. Preventing the driver of our car from getting in so we could leave. We kindly asked whoever the car belonged to if he would move it. His response was, no I'll just stand here and watch you hit it. At this point I went inside to get help from the employee or manager of the restaurant. She shrugged her shoulders. The owner of the car announced to his friends he'd wait about 5 minutes and then go outside and move it. They allow a group of people to meet at their restaurant. The group doesn't appear to order hardly any food, so it's not like they make a lot money off of the group. Not sure why the business allows the group to create issues for paying customers. Like I said, food was great, but based on the service and attitude, we won't be back. The employee packaging our food to go was a rude gesture. If you really want to eat here, if suggest trying a different night. read more

Definitely the best Thai restaurant in Navarre in my opinion. The wonton soup is actually made with steamed gyoza dumplings and a homemade broth that is very fresh. Staff is always friendly. Just moved in the area from Hawaii and this was Knott the Asian food we get on the Islands. The guy came out from the kitchen chewing/finishing up his meal so I waited till he stopped chewing. After looking over the menu, asked several questions and decided to try the Lo Mein. It was stir fried with Green peppers, cabbage, carrots, onions and mushrooms topped off with some flat dried out & overcooked chicken. No bok choy or other green veggies as it usually is cooked with. The noodles were tasty but that's about it. I'm sorry that Yelpers recommended this restaurant but I'm sure they make other dishes better? Today we at here at Knott's Asian cuisine, and when I tell you it took forever for the food to come out, it's an understatement. It took over an hour from ordering the food to receiving it. They did have a short staffed sign on the window but the servers never mentioned how long it was going to take. They were polite and professional, but it is absolutely unacceptable for that wait. There were only 3 groups inside the restaurant including our group. One of them refunded and left at about the 55 minute mark. Also the tables were so sticky that when you peeled the menu off the table it sounded like Velcro. 1st Visit: 5/29/21- Hands down just had some of the best Thai Beef Salad. Nice crisp Romaine Lettuce, Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Onions - I got the Hot it's Their sauce/marinade is on point. ( Not watery) Beef well cooked & tasty! Rice was cooked & fresh. We also order the Chicken Mixed Vegetable medium with steamed noodles, again this dish was incredible. I'm a beef person, because of the texture of most Asian cuisines. But theirs was so good. I think I found my new Thai/Asian local spot! Also to the staff, not only was your Kitchen/Prep Crew on point and above what I expected but so was your Server/Hostess and the rest of the crew. We will be back! 2nd Visit: 6/5/21 again exceptional service, and incredible food. We ordered the same food, just to see the consistency of their food and it's definitely consistent. After eating our food I asked for a recommendation for our next visit and she suggested the Drunken Noodle with Beef. This place is great! I've eaten at quite a few of the Thai restaurants in Navarre and Ft. Walton Beach and Knott's has been my favorite so far. Everything we've had here has had a level of depth to the flavor that most of the competition is lacking. So far my wife and I have tried pad thai, drunken noodles, pad see ew, yellow curry, tom yum soup and beef noodle soup. All of it has been delicious. The inside of the restaurant is clean and inviting and the staff are always very friendly, but it's the food that will keep us coming back. I don't rate a place 5 stars very often and in truth, I'd probably give these guys a 4.7 or 4.8, but a 4 wouldn't be doing them justice so I decided to round up. Give them a shot. Very clean Asian restaurant. Food was good although lacked some flavor. Portions were hit and miss. See-ew chicken was a normal portion with minimal chicken. Lots of noodles and again not enough veggies. Flavor was good. Pepper steak was excellent flavor but was almost like a child's portion with very little beef. White rice was good. Crab Rangoon was excellent and included 8 pieces which were full of flavor and a homemade sweet and sour sauce was a nice touch. In town for a vacation. After driving 8 hours, we wanted something that would be easy and tasty. We found Knott's on line. We placed our order of orange chicken, crab Rangoon, fried rice and pad Thai with chicken. Delivery was on time. There was no soy sauce or sweet and sour sauce included. I had to hunt for the chicken in the pad Thai , the orange chicken tasted like it came from a grocery, crab Rangoon was tasteless and the fried rice was sweet, not savory. My favorite spot in Navarre. I've ordered so many times in the last year and I'm never disappointed. When I find something I like I stick with it, so I usually order the garlic chicken. The spice level is different depending on who makes it I think. I switch between mild and medium because I never know how hot medium is going to be that day, but sometimes mild is like no spice at all. That's my only complaint. I like heat but I still want to be able to taste the rest of the food. When I need comfort food, this is my go-to so I will definitely keep coming back. read more

Among the plethora of Thai restaurants in the area, Knotts really stands out. Portion sizes are great, the dishes are discernibly different, not some generic spicy sauce. Hot means Hot. Thai Hot means TP in the freezer! Our favorites are the Drunken Noodles, the Crab Fried Rice and the fact that squid is an available protein option. They can get busy, so I call ahead.
