I never make reviews I've been coming to this Dunkin for years and only had a problem this time I asked for the cookie butter latte and I got a latte with cookie butter syrup which was all at the bottom stuck to the cup it was literally hard chunks like it was just straight up sugar and then I asked for a pumpkin donut for theme to tell me they don't have it so I asked for a Boston cream and they said no they only had three types of donuts so I said fine I'll do the snackin bacon for them to give it to me with no seasoning literally just bacon mind you I was the only car in line and they are rushing like crazy read more

Ordered the new milkshake at Dunkin Donuts in the morning, they had me pull up in the waiting spot and had me sitting there for 30 minutes. It's just a disrespectful amount of time to wait for a milkshake, if I knew they were gonna take so long I would've just left. I've been to other Dunkin's ordering milkshakes and it takes 5-10 minutes maximum. Also the milkshake was just not well made. Wasn't even fully mixed. I came here in the middle of the week in the afternoon and it was very slow so service was quick. The guy who gave me my order was very nice and had a lovely conversation with me however, when I went to order my drink, I was going to get a brown sugar latte and was disappointed when I was informed they don't carry brown sugar flavor at this location. Gave me the wrong munchkins I asked for extra bacon on my bacon and cheese sandwich and they gave me 2 sad saggy pieces of bacon (the other one I went to gave me 4 nice crispy pieces 1 hour before I came here. I used to work for Dunkin so I know it's really not rocket science to make a decent iced coffee but for some reason this location has such a hard time. Ask for extra ice you'll get barely any. Want a swirl in your coffee?? Well when you get it have a spoon because no one here feels the need to actually stir the coffee. (No spinning the cup doesn't count). One day the coffee will be decent next it taste like burnt, bitter garbage. Gave this location so many chances but I'll pass now. It's really not that hard to read and follow company instructions. I would give zero stars! By far the worst Dunkin' Donuts. I have gone multiple times and every experience is bad. I'm assuming now it's the owner and management of this franchise. I ordered 2 coffees today and they made it wrong and it tasted like chemicals. Requested the coffee to be remade correctly and the young female working there at 9:45 this morning refused to correct her error because she said i had no receipt. Keep in mind she did not give a receipt there. We told her the coffee shows the time and date that they just made it. She got aggressive and refused to remake the coffee. Stay far away from this franchise!!! Take the time to drive to the nearby dunk locations in Odessa and the dunks near Home Depot in npr. Hey we all know the age old commercial, "everybody runs on Dunk in". I think the time has come for this to be obsolete. In its humble origins, it all started as a doughnut shop. I remember walking in & smelling all the delicious smells of doughnuts cooking. A warm & memorable experience. Now you smell coffee. I'll agree their coffee is usually superior, though overpriced. Let's return to their origin of doughnuts, which in my humble experience are worthless. They are always stale, some of the best varieties are obsolete ( who doesn't love a lemon filled doughnut) & most employees appear clueless. Both the food and the customer service was off. They didn't make the right iced latte and forgot to add the most important part and didn't tell us they were out at the window. I keep trying to give this place a chance but keeps failing me. Last time I got the new Spanish breakfast tacos with bacon and they forgot the bacon. I wish they would pay more attention to detail. I honestly can't stand how people can work at a fast food chain AND NOT LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER! Had to tell them twice that I want a mocha coffee which then they forgot to even give me the drink and I had to tell them. Then me and my husband got COLD hash browns. I was in the area and stopped by although I was very hesitant based on the low Yelp reviews. My visit was at about 8:30 p.m. I am very pleased. I bought two donuts and a sweet tea for my cheat day which is once every three weeks or so so I chose this place. Customer service was excellent. Make sure you download the Dunkin Donuts app which makes things a little easier. Oh and give them a chance. Alyssa the manager was nice. I will return again. read more

I have tried this place 4 different times just to give them a chance to make up for mistakes butI have been going to Dunkin' for years & have never had my iced macchiato come out like this. The lady at the window said it's the espresso beans but this amount is ridiculous & repulsive. I stopped in to get a half dozen donuts, and two coffees yesterday, and two of the donuts I ordered were Boston Cream that my husband wanted. Well we get home, and he eats one, and my daughter eats the other one, and neither of them had any cream in the center! Whoever makes the donuts should make sure they are making them right because we were very disappointed! You can't call them because you get a message that their voice mail is not set up, and then it hangs up on you! I will go down their and let them know about this, and never go their again! read more

They're so understaffed that the 3 people working there are all over the place. I placed an order for 2 coffees, the man who was working the coffee station left his station to go help other customers that had problems with their orders. After waiting about 10 minutes on of the customers asks whose drinks are on the side, he comes to me and says "sorry I forgot to give you your drinks". By then my coffees were cold and he didn't bother putting any sugar in them like I had asked. Don't order from this location if you don't have to. Poor customer service. read more

This Dunkin Donuts is one of the FEW that get it right every. single. time. If you are any thing like me, you frequent Dunkin for their delicious coffee treats. I tend to go to the one on Gulf Boulevard in Port Richey because they are the one closest to the doctors office I have to go to a few times a week. I HATE going to that one for a few reasons. One, they never, ever get the order right. Two...and this is a big one for me: often I see them handling the food without gloves on. As a retired nurse, this is a HUGE peeve me for me as most gastrointestinal illnesses as well as the flu are passed on through germs on the hands. I have complained to the manager over there at least six times about this and he doesn't really seem to care very much. However, the DD on 54 is right around the corner from my house and it is clean, bright, and the ladies there ALWAYS get the order right and best of all? THEY WEAR GLOVES without being told to. It may seem like a small gripe, but if you have a propensity for getting ill pretty easily, wearing gloves while having your food made is an enormous deal. The food is always fresh. Never received a stale bagel yet. As a displaced New Yorker, I have found that Dunkin is one of the few places you can get a decent bagel so I appreciate how fresh they are and usually, warm. I just stopped by here for the coffee. I'm not a donut kinda guy. It is better than most coffee that one could expect from a chain, fast food kinda location, like this. The employee at the window was just lovely. Very pleasant and helpful. The price isn't terrible either. I'm not sure about the quality of the ingredients, but one gets what one gets in this situation. I'll say this one last bit, though; they do very well with trying to make the coffee as you like it. Awful. I am done going to this location, as they just cannot get it together. There are so many things wrong here: 1. The drive thru takes FOREVER! More than once I've gone through and only ordered an iced coffee, and I have had to wait 10 minutes even though I was the only customer 2. There is an overwhelming stench that comes through the drive thru window. The best way to describe it is like moldy plastic. It smells toxic 3. On the rare occasion that I have ordered food, I could taste the freezer burn on the food 4. The majority of the staff has ZERO customer service skills (there is one guy there that is good but the rest are terrible) 5. The last 2 coffees I've ordered have tasted off & gross I don't know what the issue is, but I'm over it. I will gladly drive further to go somewhere else from now on. read more

I have been a customer for 20 years but since the last change of ownership the service has become horrible. Most of the employees do not seem to care about serving customers in a quick and efficient manner and appear to be poorly trained. I've been reading the reviews from this place and I simply don't understand it! We have two options: 1. This Dunkin improved a LOT from these last couple of months. Or 2. Some people got upset about something and decided to write some lies. I love this Dunkin! It's clean, the new staff members are really pleasent and joyful, the bathrooms are spotless most of the times. I've never had any problems! My sandwich had the wrong kind of bagel once, but they kindly fixed it! Their coffee is normally always fresh and delicious. The indoor doesn't smell like PLASTIC or TOXIC like someone wrote bellow and it's clean. I mean, I love this place and their crew! I come here every single day of the week - it's on my way to work - and there's always some one with a great, warm smile. I suggest this Dunkin to every one I know. Their staff is so charming and polite. But again... If you act like a douche, you can't expect everyone to stay polite and on character - just saying. I've had no problems so far...
