There's a guy working there (skinny, ponytail) that smokes weed by the dumpster out back in full view of the customers in line for the drive thru. Overall, the staff are pretty great! Very friendly. Manager leaves a bit to be desired. I'd say 4/5 times my coffee is really good but sometimes it's not up to that par, but that is to be expected. I usually do the drive through but the inside is just like most DD's. read more

Had bad experience with manager who would not help young woman at register who clearly was new and very confused at entering orders into the computer. The line was almost out the door so when I told the manager about the problem she told me " she's on her own". I also sent a letter to dunkin customer service that went unanswered. It's at a busy intersection, and I pulled in during a morning rush. There's obviously some wait to be expected... I went inside since the drive thru was long, but I still stood in line for 35 minutes. That's not a terribly awful amount of time since I would have taken much long left to make my own donuts. It looked like 5 people were working drive thru and only 1 person was on the walk up register, so I would have been better to go thru drive thru. Worst Dunkin ever. Every time I go my order is wrong. I was going everyday before work for some food and coffee... I order my coffee with 10 creams 2 sugars... It's not difficult... Every time I get it it's very dark and so sweet it hurts my teeth. They're obviously confusing the two when I place my order... No big deal... However when I ask them to remake it and watch them take it over and pretend to remake it then hand it back like they fixed it that. That was a big deal!!! Then, she asked her "teammates" for help and someone came out popped bacon in the microwave and when it was done she bagged it and tossed it on the counter, the teammate could not even hand me the bag that she forgot to give to me the first time I received my food. Ordered a smoothie and a breakfast sandwich. Somehow, it was thought that I wanted 2 smoothies. I overheard the employee at the window asking for a second smoothie to be made (I'd tell you her name, but I did not get a receipt). I explain that I only ordered 1 smoothie, and she apologizes to the other employee making the second smoothie. Then she asks me what I'm waiting for. My total had come to $12 and change, for a smoothie and a sandwich, so I ask if I got charged for 2 smoothies. She says no, and I don't want to hold up the drive thru, so I move on. I considered going inside, but I decided not to deal with the hassle, and I did not have the time. How can you not give a receipt for a transaction, especially one involving a card. Coffee here is the same as all the other Dunkins in the area, and the baked goods are usually fresh and delicious. I do have a few favorite workers there who are always very sweet, but apparently management there is bad because my favorite people are now either quitting or transferring to the other Dunkin on Little and Troublecreek. Anyways, my only complaints are that sometimes the service can be slow as they'll usually have only person behind the counter, and they definitely do not clean the lobby as often as they should. There are many times where I'll go and see a broom with a bunch of dust and trash nearby -- not pretty. Or the tables will have crumbs, etc. I haven't been to the bathrooms, so I don't know about that. There is also no wi-fi here. (Most people would know that, I think, but I still see customers asking that question every now and then). read more

You definitely do not feel welcome at this location. I usually drink coffee at home, but I was in a hurry today and went to the drive-thru at this location. At the drive-thru, they seem very annoyed you are there, very short and unfriendly. While sitting at the window waiting for our drinks, we could smell they had burned something and noticed them packaging up someone's breakfast sandwich that was clearly very black, very burnt. I can't believe they would serve that to anyone like that, but the unsuspecting person in the car behind me was more than likely going to receive that very sandwich. Everyone is entitled to a bad day and maybe it was just that for this location today, but I will most likely pass up this location in the future. read more

My husband lives on DD coffee! I mean several cups a day. But the coffee is often not fixed as requested. For health reasons he uses Splenda, not sugar, but either they do not listen to the order or they do not care. Also how can you get donuts at 8 am and they not be fresh! Plus they help turn over tells me there is a management issue. The good ones leave! Plus the owner needs to visit the over DD in the area to check out their prices and the quality of their products, freshness, size and the service. This location of Dunkin Donuts is perhaps one of the absolute WORST I have ever had the displeasure of patronizing. Unfortunately, it is the closest location in proximity to where I live, so I am left with few alternatives when in a rush. You can ALWAYS count on your order being WRONG and if you are ever seeking to enjoy an onion or everything bagel, after 7:30am on ANY given day, do NOT visit this location. You will be told the same untrue story every single time about how some "person" came in, first thing at 6:00am, and bought them all up! If you try at any other later time in the morning, you will also have no luck. And, if you're holding out hope for any afternoon times, well, don't hold your breath. On another note, you will be told company policy, as a whole, is for all the locations to toast every single bagel, croissant, bread, etc when it comes to all sandwiches, breakfast or otherwise. THIS IS A FLAT OUT LIE! You will be made out to seem like the crazy one and that unless you specify otherwise, it will always be toasted. Funny, then why bother asking customers if they would like something toasted or not toasted when placing the order if they are only going to do what they want and toast it anyway? What it is actually, is some high school dropout trying to cover their own ass for their mistake when your order is wrong. Passing the blame seems to be the name of the game at this location. Also, if you insist that your egg and cheese bagel was clearly NOT supposed to be toasted, do NOT expect to receive a fresh sandwich, re-made the way you initially wanted it, untoasted! You will get your egg and cheese slapped on an untoasted bagel, not a freshly made new one, thereby having to endure the far from hot or even warm temperature of the "corrected" sandwich. And, if you thought that your hash rounds would be hot or even warm, well you would also be sadly mistaken in this regard as well. Chances are, the incompetent staff was never shown how to operate the little convection oven that they use. So, cold will just have to do. Too bad customer, just suck it up and move on. And, to add even more insult to injury, when you call the store once you've arrived back home to let them know about the issues you had, and you ask them for their corporate phone number, you will be told that they do not have it, nor do they know it, and the manager, (who's completely useless as well), will tell you to Google it!!!! Are you effing kidding me?!! What business does not know their corporate phone number? And what kind of "manager" tells a customer to Google it? A worthless, useless one, that's who. Perhaps the icing on the cake is when you do your due diligence and Google it, and the owner of this particular location gets in touch with you and you tell him what happened and what has always happened at that location, and you are having a conversation in an attempt to list all the constant problems you have had since it opened its doors, years ago, you get nothing but a very argumentative old guy on the other end of the call who clearly doesn't want to hear about it, and ultimately hangs up on you! Now THAT I will NEVER, EVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES just accept and "go away!" Hence, my Yelp review. Bottom line, save yourself a whole lot of headaches and aggravation, and probably food poisoning, and stay as far as humanly possible away from this location. Most of the incompetent employees could be the poster child for any given stay in school campaign, that's for sure. As for the manager, well, about as useless as they come and unfortunately, the franchise owner of this location, is living in denial and is not welcoming to any kind of possible remedies to all that is wrong with his store. So, save your time, save your breath, and most importantly, save your hard earned money. There are lots of other locations to choose from. May be a fluke, but the guy at the cash register yesterday mid-morning was rude and annoying, like he was on speed. Slow down, buddy, and don't make your customers feel like we have to fit into your snappy pace. I buy at least one large cold brew every day, sometimes two, and the one I got was not right, was light in color and tasted like a weak regular iced coffee at best. When I asked, he pointed to the pitcher and said that's what it came out of (the "cold brew" pitcher) which proves nothing if what's inside isn't right. I seriously should've asked for my money back and left, but decided with his attitude it would go nowhere. Others around him also seemed uncomfortable. Staff is nice but this business makes a large profit by ripping off the customer. I go into this location at least six days a week. Each time I'm there I order the same thing a hot latte and every time I do I get the same thing, over half the cup is foam. I have brought this to the attention of the staff numerous times but they can't seem to get it right. I don't understand how a company plans to stay in business if they don't provide the customer with the item they paid for.
