Still just 2 Stars for this Dunkin, although this time I ordered a breakfast sandwich combo (hash browns and coffee included) with the sausage, egg & cheese on english muffin. The Java hasn't really improved, likely because the water is basically the same hard tap flow. Unfortunately, the rest is likewise inferior to the competition. The hash browns are only six medallions bagged at almost room temperature, and thus unappealingly cool. The english is too lightly toasted and also not hot enough to save the entire magilla. It was also difficult to ignore the lack of smiling faces or pleasantries between customers and staff. No one behind the counter seemed happy to be working there and the unhappiness was palpable. This Dunkin' is not good. Many times BAD DONUTS. I really like Dunkin' Donuts -- as long as prices don't go up more, it's a solid value and I like the food. I'm a regular at Dunkin' BUT.....this location I only go few times a month if I'm in that area. This is a First World Problem, I am guilty of that BUT - - when most Dunkins are so good, why is this one allowed to be bad? 1st off...... the guy who runs it likes to shoo people away from the parking in front of store. I go here constantly out of convenience, but I think it may be time to reconsider. They mess up my order half the time, because it is apparently difficult not to put an egg or piece of cream cheese on a piece of bagel that I did not order egg or cream cheese on. One time one of the workers approached me and told me what he did wrong but did not offer to fix it. The good news is that the place is quiet on most non-Friday weekdays, though I noticed that one of the closing employees' high school friends like to come in, bring in outside food, run around, and be very loud when I'm trying to eat. I used to stop at this Dunkin' everyday before work but now I gladly spend double the amount to go to Starbucks. The workers here are so lazy and ungrateful it's not worth my time anymore. Everyday I get my large mocha iced coffee with cream and there is no consistency, also half the time it's not what size ordered. Today was the last straw when I ordered it, and he handed me the iced coffee not stirred so mocha was on the bottom and cream was resting at the top. Just went to a pig sty called Dunkin Donuts in Newtown. I wished I was with the health department so could have sighted them multiple violations. Apparently when asked who the owner was the answer was he never comes around - this was from the 3 young workers standing behind the counter. Dunkin Donuts is consistent... that's for sure. They are consistent in coffee quality, donut variety, moderate prices, adequate but not overly friendly service, being busy all day long, and so much more. I stopped by this location today with my friend and her kids and we ordered a couple of coffees and a couple of egg sandwiches. All of the above met our average expectations. The kids gobbled down their sandwiches and we slurped up our coffees. (Mine was french vanilla and my friend's was hazelnut flavored). This location is conveniently located in a central New Hope strip mall. They have a public restroom, which may come in handy, especially if you've got a drive ahead of you. Well we had an enjoyable time at Shady Brook Farm and scenic drive thru Newtown, but we entered the DD just at 8 p.m. and were denied service. If you like being rushed while giving your order, having the cashier looking at the person behind you and giving you the impression you need to be faster, and then finding you are given the wrong size coffee when your order is up......this is the place for you. The store wasn't even busy When you say mildly "oh, we ordered one large coffee", your answer might be like mine, "you paid for a medium ".....In a cursory dismissive tone. I wish I would have answered "I ordered a large, FIX IT" in the same tone used on me, but I didn't. I'm not that fast or rude. I may come back, but I resent giving my money to rude people. This dunkin' is hit or miss, and usually a miss. I always get iced coffee and it's usually burnt and watered down. Yea! Baskin Robbins corporate has gotten the ice cream cake stuff straight on their website. So we placed cake orders 2 times in the last month, paid online and this store has done a great job with the cakes we've ordered. Delicious and beautiful custom ice cream options and cake choices. They always seem to have what I want and the staff is friendly. The only bad thing is their donuts always seem to be stale. If you want good donuts go to the Richboro location. The only reason I go to this Dunkin is because it's basically my only choice for coffee on my drive to work. It's Dunkin Donuts, so you don't expect the donuts to be that good. And if you're like me, the real reason you go is the coffee. I have loved DD coffee for years. Unfortunately, this location fails miserably when it comes to the coffee. Sometimes it's good (never great as at some other Dunkin's). Sometimes it's okay. Most of the time it's terrible. I'm usually pretty easy-going when it comes to dunkin donuts ordering. When there are long lines and everyone's in a hurry, there's bound to be mistakes made. This place, however, is consistently making mistakes. There was one other person ahead of me in-line today. Yet, it took more than five minutes to get my caramel iced coffee and turkey sausage egg and cheese on English muffin. And that was after the female employee working there gave me an English muffin with just a 1/2 slice of turkey sausage/spinach egg white on it. That was certainly not what I ordered? When I approached her she made it out to be my fault, claiming that's not what I had ordered. Seriously? The rudeness of that employee was the straw that broke the camel's back. What happened to this place? They have been messing up a lot lately. On several occasions, I have had to go back into the store and ask them to correct an order I was given. Sometimes the error is on a breakfast sandwich (forgot the cheese, or gave me the wrong meat), but more often, they mess up my drink. Even if I order using my app, and everything is clearly spelled out for them, they still manage to mess it up. Why does the app even bother to ask how many pumps of flavoring or milk you want, when the people behind the counter just give you however much they want? I get the sense that they aren't really paying attention to what is on the order. I think I will try going to the Coffee Room or Starbucks in the future because, even though they are a little more pricey, they get my order right the first time. read more

I have been coming to this Dunkin Donuts location twice a day for 10 years. I never had a problem, service was always great and I knew the staff well. They always had my coffee ready, knew how I took my coffee and were very pleasant. A couple of months new management took over. What a terrible experience it has been. My coffee order is always wrong. Especially if I use the on the go app. I specifically use the app so the coffee is ready when I get there. Well, when I get there and there is no customers even in the store they forget to make the coffee or the order is wrong. The purpose of on the go is to pick up your coffee when you get there. Well its never ready like they don't even look at the order until I walk in and I give plenty of time to make the cup of coffee before I get there. This is by far the WORST dunkin donuts I've ever been to!! My order is never correct and when I ask the employees to fix the problem, they're nothing but rude!! I've gone in there multiple times and when I've ordered an iced tea I got a coffee with ice and lemons, I've ordered so many iced teas with extra lemon and they tell me they are out of lemons and aren't going to cut anymore, I've ordered frozen Arnold Palmers and was told "no, not right now"......this is just a horrible establishment and it's dirty!
