Very happy with this Dunkin location. There's a large parking lot with usually plenty of parking near the Dunkin storefront. I ran in this morning to pick up some muffins and carton of coffee for a meeting. The ladies who waited on me were very nice. I wanted the heartier blend of coffee and they made a fresh pot - included cups, stirs, creamer and sweetener/sugar packets all nicely packaged for me. Muffins nice and fresh. Rude staff, every time I go in it's something. Order wrong or catch some stray attitude. Final straw was I asked for less ice in my large iced coffee. They fill it all the way to the top with ice so I get 8 ounces of coffee. They up charged me for less ice. . It's not so much the cost, it's the pettiness of it. The extra 2 ounces of coffee cost them a penny at most. It's comical capitalism at its finest. Place sucks. People who work there really suck. read more

I go out of my way to come to this location when it's not on the way to my destination. They are so fast, and friendly. Before I started the express pickup thing they knew what I wanted before I'd order. If they mess up my order (which rarely happens) they're very nice about it and quick to redo it, and they also encourage me to keep the wrong one to give to a friend or something. There's a dunkin a block up the street from me but I'd rather drive down to this one because of the service. Thanks guys! read more

I go to this Dunkin because the one I usually go to on Ridge Road is closed for renovations. The ladies in this place, particularly the one who is usually at the register... I believe she is one of the managers is the worst. She always looks angry and is very off putting. You can see there is an environment of pettiness and misery amongst the workers there. They seem to not like their jobs. I cannot wait to see the one on Ridge road open... the people there are always friendly and sweet. Smile a little ladies it's not so bad! read more

It's a DD. I went there on a sunday morning. Long line but the girls behind the counter were moving it fast. They had a weird system going. Took three of them to get one order. One to take it, one to make it, and one to ring it up. Chatting away in Spanish made it look very unorganized. And it was, the ticket was run up wrong ( in my favor) I ordered 4 sugars. But my coffee was not very sweet. It was still drinkable, but not as sweet as i wanted it. Other then that your standard DD. Would I go back? Of course. read more

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! This is the 3rd time I'm at this locations and every time it's been the same thing....THEY DON'T LISTEN TO YOUR ORDER! They ask you what you want with no smile then WHILE your saying your order they grab the size cup you want and walk away... trying to scream your order over everyone else trying to order and staff talking over you, they (all 3 times) have returned with the wrong drink. If they just listened to the entire order and kept eye contact with their customer they would know and not have to remake it (again, all 3 times). Working sales management myself, i understand the importance of customer retention and satisfaction and of course the value of not losing inventory and profit when things are made incorrectly. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I just had the WORST customer service experience here! I came in and ordered a muffin and coffee. The cashier took my order on the register next to the one I was standing at. I was distracted and accidentally reached to give my card to the register in front of me, where no one was standing. He seemed super annoyed and motioned for me to move over. Then he spoke in his native language to the other cashier while he was staring at me and they both laughed heartily while looking at me. Really? What are we, in middle school? It was a simple mistake, and if you are miserable working at your job, then leave and go find another cashier job. It doesn't even matter if he wasn't even talking about me, the fact that he made me feel like he was, is bad enough. I LOVE Dunkin Donuts, but this will be the last time I ever go to this one. There are so many other ones in the area. Perhaps if the management trains the staff at how to be more courteous and polite, then I would reconsider coming back here. read more

There is no option to leave 0 or 1/2 stars so I gave it 1 star. The staff here is terrible; they are always having their own conversations behind the counter. They walk away as you're giving your order, 7/10 times you get something completely different. Coffee is burnt. Go to Metro Bagel in the same mini mall. read more

This is one of my preferred DD locations to get my chai latte - friendly staff members who always make me a perfectly satisfying cup of chai. Pricing is good, haven't had donuts from here before though. Parking is very easy since it is located in a huge plaza. read more

DD is an American stable, so portion sizes and servings are ingrained into our expectations. I'm not sure but it looks as if the staff needs to be trained on how to make the donuts. The twisted bagel sticks are flat like pancakes, the bowtie donuts are 4 munchkins stuck together and shaped to mimic the bowtie. I could go on with this....But shame on them... read more

One of the worst DDs I have ever been to . The donuts and coffee are good , but I have never gone here without having an issue with the staff. There are several times I stand in front of the register, and the staff completely ignores me as they have conversations of their own. No greeting is provided. Then I have about 5 people ask me for my order , which is simply one coffee black . And if I order more than one coffee, they always mess up my order.. Cream or sugar in the wrong coffee. read more

Of all of the DD's I've been to, this one has the best service and is the cleanest. I'm especially impressed with the overnight employees. They manage to stay energetic, polite and complete all the orders perfectly, even in the middle of the night. read more

Several days ago I went to get a 10 gift card for father'sday. I gave the girl a twenty and I also bought a cup . She gives me back two dollars and she swiped the gift card. Today my husband went in to use the card and it has nothing on it, I'm bad because I threw out the receipt. A neighbor told me that happen to her , so my advise don't throw out the receipt and go to another dunkin donuts. read more
