Charging $7 for a cup, it should at least be full Normally I prefer Dunkin over Starbucks, personally. I do feel that this location needs some love, and management that cares. What they are allowing right now simply isn't it. Tense and hostile employees make you feel not welcomed and a large coffee filled to the equivalent to a medium is a bit of a turn off. I visited this location and ordered a dozen blueberry cake donuts. The drive-thru staff immediately told me I could only have six and would need to choose other flavors--despite being fully willing to pay for twelve of the same item. When I asked about it at the window, the manager "Timothy" came up and instead of explaining calmly, he became argumentative, repeatedly used profanity, and told me to get out of his line. He stated he was "rationing" donuts so other customers could have some, which makes no sense for a first-come-first-served business. He eventually handed me all 12 donuts while still telling me to leave the line. The entire experience was disrespectful, hostile, and unprofessional. I waited a long time for a loaded hash brown and an iced latte around 4:40 today, which is no big deal but when a boy brought the wrong coffee to the window and told me to pay when I already did, I nicely told him it wasn't mine. I had already paid , then he paused and asked me if I had an attitude. This caught me off guard and had me confused, I politely said no and he said again that it seemed like I had an attitude and I didn't need to have one. I try to give this location a try so often and they disappoint every time. They are very slow and understaffed. The food is typical for Dunkin, nothing spectacular. They are not remodeling the inside, which is making the drive thru even more slow! I hope when they reopen the inside, the service will be better read more

Service in the morning shift is great, but the quality of employees greatly decline with shift change. The drinks seem to be different, but the environment is relaxed as long as cashier doesn't get too loud. Coming back the following day, around noon, made a world of difference. This used to be my fav Dunkin, but the last few times I've been in, the drive thru has been awful! The waits have been super long or no one even bothers to check the drive thru so you're literally just sitting there. I watched one guy get out of the drive thru line to go in and he was back in his car with his drink in his hand...all while I was still waiting in the drive thru to be serviced. We stopped by this Dunkin' drive thru for breakfast. I got a bacon, egg, & cheese sandwich that tasted like dish soap. It took a long time for them to prepare the sandwich, but when we got it, it was cold. I guess the microwave was on the fritz. This is a good Dunkin' Donuts. I have only been through the drive thru in the morning but it seems to go fairly quickly. Since this is a new store everything is still shiny and new so it looks very nice. It's amazing to me that this was ever the drab looking Sonic. The menu is pretty much the same as most other local Dunkin's. Unfortunately they don't have my favorite salt bagels but they have everything else. The service is good. The staff is friendly and I hope it stays that way since they are still hiring. The accept payment and coupons through their mobile app which is my favorite way to pay and earn rewards and coupons! Getting in and out isn't my favorite but that is only because the light on wells can take a few minutes to turn so you can go back east on wells. I have had a few little issues but they are great about it and fix it right away. Overall I am pretty darn excited to have this Dunkin' close to home! read more

We love Dunkin Donuts and have been loyal customers for years. However, Sunday we came here ordered 2 burritos. By the time we got home we found out she made them wrong. We returned and not only was she rude she had pink eye and it looked so bad a gross. She kept on touching her eye and then opened the burrito to look at it. There were more than enough people working, but the young lady taking my request engaged in a non-work related discussion with another employee right in the middle of the request. After completing my order there was no acknowledgement, nor was there nay further communication, until I heard her basically yell at me to pick my order up from the other "window". When instepped down to pick it up, she had not filled my drink order. While i was seated and eating, another patron knocked on the front door and asked to be let in. The young lady behind the counter told her to go around to the other door. I got up and opened the door from the inside. The young lady had lost the key to the front door, and also, apparently, the restroom as the patron had to ask to be let into the locked bathroom. There were a number of unprofessional conversations held between staff while i ate in the dining room. I guess not a big deal, but i will not stop in here again (probably best for my waistline anyway). read more

At 10am I drove to this location to place 4 small orders of coffee for myself and coworkers, the only people in the restaurant were myself and one other person who had already ordered and was eating. While placing my orders employees immediately start screaming and yelling "where the f*** are these drinks coming from!!!" While waiting for my bagel an employee approached me and said "oh you must be the bane of my existence, here's your order" and stormed off. After that I was waiting on my own coffee and the employees started trash talking me behind the counter saying "why is she still here?" "She should leave." Then one came up and said "what are you still doing here?" And I said "waiting for my coffee." If you're stopping for AFTER RUSH HOUR coffee better go somewhere else. Got back on the road to find they had given me a croissant something sandwich. Turned around, went inside, and had them swap it out. My Husband and I eat here almost every other weekend and they ALWAYS get our orders wrong! They are always out of sesame bagels, I don't think I have ever been able to get one at this location. The staff members are not very professional and if they make a mistake they are never really that apologetic. They need to hire some better quality workers, these people don't really care about customers or their jobs. read more

I went by here again on 05/19/16, seems they have a completely new staff which has fixed the issue! The person at the window was very nice and prompt/ lady that brought my coffee had made it right the first time! I'm very happy they resolved the poor service by new employees! A+++++ read more
