Terrible. Genuinely the worst service ever like nothing comes close. Waited 45 minutes to get the ice cream and it was mid. The workers were horrible i don't know how they even got hired. The girl with the red hair had both AirPods in and didn't even say a word or help with any orders. The one guy with the goatee looked lost and had no idea what to do. The other guy was okay but like was awkward and again barely did anything. None of them said anything to any of us and just had us standing at the counter waiting to be served while they worked on mobile orders (I'm assuming). And the options for mix-ins (both in making your own sundae and the options which they have available), will always be endless. At this location however, and one similar to this one as well, the two servers looked as if they absolutely hated their jobs. They couldn't have seemed any more disinterested or unfriendly when we all in on a Monday night. It was definitely a big bummer for the mood when several of us, and another party walked in. We went to Cold Stone on 12/27/2025 at 10:45 PM, with 15 minutes still left before closing, and were flat-out refused service. This was especially frustrating because we had family visiting from Miami and specifically came out for ice cream together. There were only about six of us, which is more than reasonable to serve in that amount of time. If a store says it's open until 11:00 PM, customers should be able to walk in and be served until then -- not turned away early because the staff has already decided to shut down. The ice cream itself is great, but this experience was completely ruined by the poor attitude and lack of professionalism from the closing shift. Appalled at the health safety at this store. They definitely could have used another 2 people's assistance in there. It was swamped and I'm not sure it's just Valentine's Day or it's like that often. But kind of a shame on management and ownership not to be better prepared. First off. There were 3 staff members there this evening. Only one was wearing gloves. One person had long dirty looking fingernails (no gloves). They make you sign receipts with these pens with spoons taped to them that not only look like they have been there since WWI but they do t even sanitize after customers using them. Then to top off this chaotic charade, there were at least 20 people cram packed into this store. No one was 6 ft apart and even their "stay 6 ft apart" stickers on the floor are more like 4 ft apart. A lady took off her mask to start eating her ice cream inside while everyone was crammed like sardines. No one said anything. Another person didn't even put their mask all the way on their face. This is my first time getting cold stone from this branch and normally we get it delivered- but after seeing how they conduct operations, I don't think I want anything coming from this store again. read more
