We went by around 7PM, i don't know when they stop making the donuts, but it seems they have very little left at this time. Usually we get a few bad donuts because of out timing and thats never good, also the selection is not that great. I don't come here for coffee or donuts however I come for their delicious breakfast croissants. I've had them made with veggie egg whites and chicken at times. The drive thru has only messed up may be once but that will happen from time to time when it's busy and having slightly complicated orders. They are happy to change it without hassles. I prefer this location to the one near UCF. all of the employees are very friendly. Christine is the best. they do tend to run short on doughnuts early in the day, but otherwise I have never had a problem including going through the drive thru. sandwiches are always served hot and they have a better selection than most in the area. There is also a Baskin Robins inside for the ice cream lovers. The store is clean, staff efficient, and the coffee is always awesome. This is also a DDperks friendly location, I never have any trouble scanning coupons directly from my phone. read more

Routinely runs out of menu items and gets something wrong every other order. Today after giving them a simple no-changes order they gave me every item with no cheese. Had been waiting so long that at that point I just took it. Terrible service too. Showed up one morning and drive thru was inexplicably closed (lights off, no response) during open hours but inside was open. Went inside to order and watched them open the drive thru and serve 5 cars before they gave me my simple order for 2 people. Only reason I've gone is the location on trips so that's on me. Pleasant customer service here when I stopped in to order my medium black hot coffee and my husband's large coffee with extra cream. I wanted to get some Baskin Robbins chocolate chip ice cream in a Quart size, for an upcoming family BBQ, but they were out. The owner was there and heard my disappointment, so she quickly called a "sister" location on University to see if they had it. They did! She asked them to hold it for me and gave them my name. Not only was I happy with my coffee but I was thrilled they went to the trouble to find me a close enough location that could provide what I needed. I'm not from Florida, here on vacation, but when I'm here I will continue to come to this location often. read more

This place does not have their act together. I LOVE DD but this location was pretty awful. First, there were two customers in front of us, and we waited in line for about 7 minutes (with 6 staff members). Second, when we finally ordered, they were out of one of the advertised tea flavors. They gave us our tea, then said we could get different flavor in it if we wanted. But when we decided we did, we waited awkwardly at the counter for someone to help us, trying to get any employee's attention (at this point, there was no one in line). We had to call one guy over, who was drinking a smoothie behind the counter, staring off into space!! None of the 6 employees remembered to get us the two donuts we'd already paid for. We had to get someone's attention again in order to finally get our donuts. Serious management and employee issues. We will avoid this location from now on! read more

By far the worst Dunkin Donuts ever. I go at least once a week and they always mess up my order in the drive thru. On top of that they never give you a receipt (maybe because they don't want you to provide feedback to corporate). I've had to walk in every time afterwards to correct a screw up. The last time I decided to just eat inside with the family and everyone was acting unprofessional including the manager (couldn't catch his name on his badge). We saw him throw a milk from the cooler to a person working the drive thru . It hit the floor and they still gave it to the customer...seriously?? I'm done with this store, gave it multiple chances. I'll just make the further drive to Longwood or Sanford Dunkin Donuts to get better service. Avoid this location!! read more

Love Dunkin' Donuts. But this place acted like I was bothering them when I wanted to order and the dude ignored me while his counterpart helped customers and I just stood and waited...won't be back. They told us they were out of certain items so we asked for something else...they gave us something completely different and then when my wife went in to complain they gave us what we originally wanted that they said they were out of?!? I got a latte from here and it was probably 95% milk and a splash of espresso. The next time I came here I asked for not too much milk because last time I could only taste milk. The cashier rudely told me that maybe I shouldn't get a latte if I didn't want to taste milk because it's made with milk. Well thanks for that advice but I drink lattes all the time and I actually like to taste the espresso part. After getting too many terribly made drinks here, it was awful service that made me never come back to this dunkin donuts. read more

Used to always go here because they had the freshest iced coffee of all the dd's around here. Well lately the customer service has been nothing but rude and the last 2 times I went I asked for a pumpkin iced coffee and they didn't put the pumpkin in. The 1st time I told them that and they gave me a replacement and still didn't put the pumpkin in it! Last time I went they weren't taking credit cards so I asked if I can still use my app and she responded with "that's what I meant when I said Dunkin' Donuts card!" Like really?? I and my family hit DD often on our way around town on weekends, and this one is actually closer to me than all other DD locations. However, my family and I will go out of our way to patronize other DD's in the area for one reason: INVENTORY. The staff here is friendly (albeit a little slow getting orders together), but whoever orders their donut inventory is abysmal. On a weekend, if you aren't there by 10am, you probably won't find a very good selection of donuts left. This is a high volume location. They are always packed. They really ought to order more of the most popular donuts to prevent this from always happening since they are well aware of the volume they service on weekends. I know for a fact they have missed 10+ sales from my family alone because we have come to understand that if we want the donuts we like, we will have to go to a DD further away from our home. If you are going for a breakfast sandwich you should be good. My final complaint isn't about this location in particular, it's about DD as a whole--PLEASE START MAKING YOUR DONUTS IN THE STORES AGAIN!!! read more

This location has horrible customer service. I normally go in at 5:30 am to get donuts and bagels for conferences at work. The service is normally very slow even though there are very few customers at that time. I stopped going to this location because the last time I went I placed my large order, they took their time putting it together as usual. When I went to pay they then told me their computers were down and could not take credit cards. They did nothing to try to accommodate me. What a horrible waste of time. I won't be going back to this location. read more
