If I could leave no stars, I would! This is the absolute worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. I walked in, wanting to buy a small cup of coffee. I walked up to the counter, where all the employees looked at me, then turned around and ignored me. WTF???? I said, "excuse me. can I place an order"- again, I was ignored. A customer told me I had to order on the kiosk. Ok, I placed my order for one small cup of black coffee on the very difficult kiosk and then proceeded to pay. I could not find a place to insert the money, so again, I went up to the counter and asked how do I pay with cash and was told "we don't take cash- you have to use a credit card"....Really??? You want me to put $2 and change on a credit card??? Not accepting cash is illegal!!! This place is God awful!!! The staff is so rude and now they won't accept cash!! we were screamed at and cursed at for having a conversation by a worker saying we were being loud. We were being respectful and polite in the facility.. no warning or nothing just screaming. Absolutely one of the worst Dunkin's I have ever been to. When ordering our food through the drive thru the guy taking our orders attitude was horrendous. Every time I would order something he would just go "k"...."k" every single time. They also screwed up my order and didn't put what I wanted on my drink. The wraps were doughy and undercooked. When I said something to the lady(extremely rude) at the drive thru window she also just went "k". Instead of being rude how about you take constructive criticism or a complaint and actually try and fix it instead of being rude. I will ensure everyone I know to never go to this place and I will also be following up with corporate. If you hate your job so much find something else to do with your pathetic life. read more

I stopped by two days in a row at two separate times to get an iced tea and avocado toast. Both days order was quick, accurate, and tasty. No issues! This is a great Dunkin... I only wish their parking lot was easier to navigate; so tiny!! read more

I ordered a croissant sandwich today and there was green mold on the inside of the bread. I tried calling the store two times to let them know about this problem so no one else gets a moldy croissant, rang for about 2 minutes each time and no answer not even an answering machine came on. The people who work there are very nice and efficient but all that gets ruined if there's mold on the food. Never seem to care what the serve. Went there today and specifically ask for fresh hash browns since last time they were cold and smashed underneath my sandwiches. And since I brought it to their attention about my hash browns being cold. I thought I would get freshly made hash browns since I ordered 3orders and now they were not fresh they were just reheated to be hot and since they were reheated they were hard as a rock. Stop trying to save money and give out hard discussing hash browns. Meanwhile I'm paying full price for something that I can't eat. Horrible place. They don't even deserve a star. read more

I almost hate writing this because this was my favorite Dunkin location. Partially out of convenient bit also because they used to just get my orders right. They were reliable. In the past year though they have just gone so downhill. I can't count the number of times part of my order has been wrong, whether ordering through the drive thru or inside. I even had one of my orders walk out with the wrong person and then had to wait another 5 minutes in line to reorder since i couldn't get anyone's attention otherwise. We won a $100 gift card on from Community Day. We used it the following month in the drive thru. The app was down so i couldn't load it. We got one swipe out of it. From there , presumably whichever kid I handed it to, the full remaining balance was stolen. Nothing we could do about it according to Corporate. Never got any call back or anything on that. Recently was the first time I'd ever had free beverage rewards expire because I just haven't wanted to deal with it. This morning i went through the drive thru to get breakfast for my wife's birthday. Guess what? Order messed up again. I even got the lady with the blue hair who is usually the good one. I just don't feel like putting kids in the car to go back so I'm eating my wrong order as i type this review instead. One thing i noticed are all the comments about half full cups. This happens ALL THE TIME at this location. Check your cups before you leave - especially if you get anything frothy. read more

Manager is very rude. Service is very poor. Less than poor. I live close by so I walked in with cash. The sign says to use the kiosk to order which only takes cards. When I asked the Manager she says drive thru or kiosk. When I said I walked and only had cash her response was "I guess you aren't getting any dounts then. Do you want to work here?". The lady behind me walked out also saying oh brother forget it. 3 people working and 2 cars in the drive thru. You can use cash in the drive thru but not at the counter. Plus they never close the tops of the trash dumpster so the neighbors are constantly picking up Dunkin Donuts trash from their yards. I would give them negative stars!! read more

I have to amend my original review... this place loses a star because there are simply too many times we go there and they are out of something. Some of the highlights: - Out of chocolate ice cream (who runs out of chocolate ice cream? This has happened numerous times... numerous). - Out of coffee. Here's the thing about that, because it was 6:30PM and we were getting it for free (because of a Foursquare check in) they weren't going to make me a fresh pot until I threatened go call the DD headquarters. Crappy customer service. - Out of muffins;... like ALL muffins. - out of munchkins... like ALL munchkins... So.. those are just the highlights from the past few years... The out of coffee experience is what prompted me to amend the review. Very poor customer service, but this is still better than the one in Barto -- but not as good as the one in Boyertown. This place just sucks. There's no polite way to put it. It's garbage. I get ONE thing at Dunkin' "medium iced coffee with caramel swirl and extra cream NO SUGAR". Not that hard, right? WRONG. I'm not from the area but my dad is and he warned me this place sucked. But I went anyway and the two times I've gone here they messed up this order. No idea how. It's not that complicated. I've gotten "less cream" and "no caramel" the first time and this last time I got "extra sugar" "no cream". And they're flat out RUDE when you tell them they've messed up your order. Absolutely horrible, the worst Dunkin I've ever tried to go to (multiple times). First off, they used to be a combo of Baskin Robbins AND Dunkin. Not too ambitious right? Many chains pull off the combo easily, NOT this place apparently...I went THREE times for a freaking milkshake across a month's time and THREE time I was told their milkshake maker was broken. You've had a whole month and can't fix or buy a new milkshake maker? It's literally listed on your menu, I waited in a stupid car line for 20 minutes just for you to tell you can't make one? Imbeciles work there, although I'm sure a few nice people too, but overall uneducated, getting orders wrong constantly with completely ineffective management. Another time when I went for a milkshake they said they didn't have the flavor which was literally advertised on their sign, mint chocolate chip. I went back more times and they never had it. You run (*ran) and ice cream shop for months and patrons can't even get the milkshake CLEARLY DISPLAYED on your sign!??? And finally today, which prompted this horrible review, they said their credit machine was down yesterday morning when I went. I called (thankfully) a full 24 hours later, and the credit card reader is still down. No offense to people who use cash, but I typically don't even carry any on me. This is freaking 2017 people, it's called IT and clearly shows the mismanagement over there for not clearing up the issue promptly. This place should be shut down and condemned or given a clean sweep of management from the top down and rehire a competent staff. Read the other reviews, I'm not exaggerating in the least that this is the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever had to the deal, magnified by the fact that it's the only one around servicing our small quaint town of Pennsburg. 11/12 Update: Someone please shut this place down!! I just ordered a large chai. How in Roseanne's overalls is it a large when the cup is only filled halfway?? I just opened the lid because the drink felt light... is this common practice? For a drink to look like it was already half chugged? For the love of any God, please either clean house here or just turn it into an equally shitty Starbucks already. I'm a simple person and as mentioned, I was a barista for three years. It is NOT hard to make drinks in accordance with company recipe. I only gave one star because I had too. From this point on I will drive to Quakertown by the turnpike if I have too. They give you caffeine when you specifically asked for decaf. I can not have caffeine and my chest has been killing me for 4 hours. And this is not the first time I've had a problem. I tried to get my son a milkshake they told me to pull up and they would be right out with it. 15 minutes later I pull around again and they tell me they had to wait on the people after me. I go to this Dunkin quite frequently because it is close to where I live. I order one of two things every time I go. However this time I ordered both because I knew it was going to be a long day. When I received the drinks they were not even kind of close to being full to the top like clearly they didn't make enough so there was like an inch or two gap from the liquid to the lid. When I took a sip of my coffee drink a giant chunk of some thing went down my throat not really sure what it was but it was disgusting. So I decided to throw that out and then I decided to drink my matcha Drink. And I ordered the same thing every time a blueberry mach with almond milk and it tasted the same every time up until this time where the Matcha clearly wasn't startedough and there was absolutely no almond milk and no blueberry it was gross and chunky. I am a barista at a different coffee company myself and I would be embarrassed if I produce something this terrible. read more

i proceed to the drive-threw, with having two Separate orders not large orders but two separate iced coffees. i proceeded with sayin that was it for that order and i wanted to add a second separate order from the first order, when she then informed me that i couldnt do two separate orders cause of the line. for a min i thought me being only one car instead of two cars ordering only a coffee each, that me havin two orders from one vehicle was saving space in the drive threw, im glad they thought it out prior to me getting there. read more

Great coffee but consistent terrible customer service. Orders cannot be heard from outside speaker "due to Route 29 traffic" (so I've been told), so time is wasted there. Every time I order coffee with creamer and sugar on the side, there is no stirrer, no napkin, no bag to hold the creamers/sugar. You have to ask for each item individually or they do not provide it. This has been consistent for the last 6 months. I also experienced this at the Lansdale location on Sumneytown Pike. Are employees trained not to provide anything unless asked? If so, that's the most terrible customer relations/customer service training ever. read more

If I could give no stars I would. I have repeatedly returned to this location over the past year, hoping for a better outcome, but every single time the service is just HORRIBLE. Their communication while taking orders is awful... many errors, very slow, like they aren't listening, unclear about options. The product you actually get at the window may or may not be correct, but if it is the correct item, it will be made wrong. For example, today I ordered an iced coffee. The employee asked if I would like it hot or iced. I asked what kind of donuts they have with chocolate sprinkles (my son is sensitive to artificial colors and can't have them). They gave me a chocolate frosted donut with rainbow sprinkles. When I asked for something else, they seem so confused and annoyed. In the past, I've ordered macchiatos and lattes and they come out with the cup 2/3 full. When Ive inquired about it, they say "this is how we make them." Every other DD fills the cup up though. I love the ice tea. I am trying to break my self of going here every day to get it but no other ice tea compares. The only reason I gave 3 stars is the service. I keep getting regular sugar when I clearly asked for sweetener, I called corp and they didn't respond so they don't care. Hands down the worst D.D. I've ever been to. The staff is beyond rude, and incredibly slow. I stopped in this morning against my better judgement and proceeded to wait 16 minutes for ONE breakfast sandwich. There were 6-8 employees working, and 3 of them did not move an inch the whole time. Im not sure if its bad management or just the type of people you'll get from that area to work but this place is consistantly bad. This is the Spot to stop! Wether you are looking for burnt coffee, stale donuts, or cold bagels this store has it all. Looking for surly staff whose's only consistent trait is getting your order wrong? Perhaps you are a fan of reaching over the "gratuity appreciated mug," to not only get your food, but your change as well, all the while wondering "should I be tipping the kid at McDonad's and Burger King too?" My favorite is the medium burnt coffee with way too much cream and sugar, even though I asked for a Hot Chocolate, with the cold cinnamon raisin bagel with a half a pound of cream cheese slapped on that puppy, I mean who needs it spread? There is nothing like getting a heaping mouthful of ice cold cream cheese first thing in the morning, and spending a couple minutes fighting down the spongy chewy mess that they are claiming was a bagel as some point, am I right? From the Hot Chocolate machine that binds up and dispenses cup after cup of hot brown water, that the staff knowingly just sends out the window and hopes doesn't return, to the bagel cutter that pretty much makes sure that every bagel going out after a certain point tastes and looks lika an everything bagel thanks to a in house "seasoning" process, they have it all. read more
