Racist and unprofessional staff! I walked in roughly 3:30pm on Saturday 6/14/25. I'm getting mean mugged and ignored by the young man working (roughly 23/24 years old). He gives me horrible service while taking my order and proceeds to slam and throw everything around while making my coffee. As he's preparing my order he keeps giving me a stink eye and I'm just sitting waiting for my order. My coffee is finally brought up front to me and doesn't even say anything as I grab it and walk out. He proceeds to be kind and talk to another customer (older white gentleman) I felt very racially profiled as a Hispanic man in this area. I did a review months and months ago and swore I would never come back. I really love Duncin coffee, but you guys can never get it right. Today I was lectured by a young lady with blonde and brown hair on what a latte is when I simply just asked her how many shots come in a medium latte... yesterday I came in and got a medium latte and the girl said it was one shot , today I came in and she told me two shots ... there's no consistency at all ever at this Dunkin. I simply said to her I wish the consistency was better because I always get a different answer on how many shots are in a medium iced latte. She then lectured me and told me a latte was 90% milk... i'm not stupid. I know what a latte is my question was is there one shot of espresso or two shots of espresso in a medium iced latte and then I proceeded to tell her if I needed to buy another shot of espresso I would, but there's no consistency ever Apparently, I just need to learn my lesson and never return to this Dunkin ever it has the worst customer service. It has the worst coffee 90% of the time that's why it's frustrating is because I love Duncan's flavor of coffee so greatly. No one ever seems to do anything about this problem. It's a shame. I just recently went through the drive through and ordered two hummus toasts. We get up to the window and they inform us that they're out of the hummus which was fine. She asks us what we want to switch it out for and we ask for the grilled cheese instead. She leaves with an attitude which confuses us but we ignore it and she comes back with two open boxes and hands it to us before just walking away. We open the box only to see that they had put three slices of cold cheese onto luke warm bread. When we go back through the drive through upset and confused all she tells us is that the grilled cheese is extra and ignores the fact that we would have been fine paying that difference if it meant we got the actual meal and not just cold bread and cheese. read more

Big girl at the window gave us the wrong donuts and had a horrible attitude about it. I never usually write reviews, but she was the worst.

We opted to get a dozen donuts last weekend as a treat for the family since we haven't had them in awhile. My hubby got an assortment and let them pick. I would have given more parameters for the chooser as what we got were all the most basic of donuts and ones people hardly select. As a result, I was underwhelmed by the donuts and they ended up being mediocre at best. They were definitely not up to the par I was used to. I used to love Dunkin Donuts, but after going to two in the area, I will not be going anymore. I have been to this store a number of times, usually through the drive-thru. The customer service is never good, and I am the one who says thank you and have a nice day to the employee, the employee never thinks that is actually their job. But today, I decided to go in the store to order one sandwich and one donut. The employee had just finished the only other customer in front of me, so it was just me in the store. I ordered at 9:05 and didn't receive my one sandwich until 9:25!
