Delicious coffee! I needed a pick me up since I literally hadn't slept in over 25 hours. We decided to drive through Dunkin Donuts . It was fast, ez, clean, with absolutely DE-LISHOUS Coffee! ! I asked for cream & Splenda. I'm glad that I looked at the screen. It said *3 cream *3 splenda! Can u imagine having THREE Splenda? YIKES! . It was an honest mistake. I told her b4 she made it, she adjusted the order & it came out absolutely perfect . BTW, I bought a medium coffee for about $3. It was quite small yet hot & so tasty! Mmm. It did the trick. If you use the app to order I would recommend placing your order a day in advance since it basically takes them a day to prepare your order. And when you go inside don't expect to be acknowledged by any Dunkin employee. read more

at almost 6 in the morning they only have one girl working who lied about what food they had and just gave me whatever she wanted. Also pretty much threw food at me and my drinks at me and said is that it is that it every time I ordered some thing I only ordered a bagel a breakfast sandwich and two coffees they should have more employees on or one that isn't so rude to customers. If you don't have cream cheese why would you say yes and give me a bagel with no cream cheese and then not even offered to refund me my money or tell me that they do not have the cream cheese! Not to mention if you go around 8 AM unfortunately I've had even worse experiences than no offense to anybody who doe Speak but it's hard to order food when they have no clue what you're actually ordering and then give you whatever they *think you ordered* ! A little bit more help would help them help us as customers a lot more we know longer go to that Dunkin' Donuts rather pay more at Starbucks!! Polite customer service and never rush you to place your order more to get rid of you as it feels and always has enough staff on and even if they do not have enough staff they make you feel like they do you will never know if they don't have enough staff! I would avoid Dunkin' Donuts on Dalton Avenue at all cost on top of the week time is absolutely insane and he barely ever have the inside open so if you get the wrong food your shit out of luck!! read more

Good luck trying to get a coffee before 6:30, between having almost nobody working and they few would are taking their time it's bullshit

I tend to prefer stopping for a quick cup of joe at Starbucks because I am often greeting with the overwhelming smell of burning plastic every time I step inside a Dunkin Donuts or as soon as the drive-thru window opens as I am about to pay. Imagine my surprise when, upon stopping for a quick and simple iced coffee (medium, skim milk, 2 packets of sugar), I was greeted with the smell of fresh baked goods and coffee instead of that burning plastic smell I've become so accustomed to. The transaction was simple and painless and we were greeted with a smile on our face. Perhaps my visit was too brief to truly judge the quality of this DD but I would definitely stop here again if I had the chance, which is more than I can say about DDs that I live near. read more
