I'm allergic to cinnamon. 2 times now, I've doubled and even checked that a drink doesn't have cinnamon just to find out IT DOES. Then doctor's appointments and meds that make me nauseous for weeks. I don't even risk it by coming to this location anymore even though it's right by my house. To top it off, staff was rude, and management could not possible have cared any less. I work nearby and I always get their drive through due to Covid. I have had good experience so far, everyone is friendly and fast when I order. They only forgot about one of my drinks one time but I quickly realized and went back and they already had it there for me to pick up and apologized. I haven't been into the store yet, but I assume since it is located in one of the gas station arcade it is small and functional. I would recommend doing drive through here if it is convenient for you to have a pick me up! read more

This isn't towards the one in Pleasant view but towards the new one in Sango Tennessee. I really wish I didn't have to give them a star at all. We were so excited to get a Dunkin in Sango. Unfortunately I don't see them making it. The staff isn't friendly. They can NEVER get your order right. You can't go inside to sit down. The inside I swear my bathroom is bigger. The kiosk rarely works. They don't have mobile ordering at all and never will according to the staff. Not helpful at all. Need I go on? I really wish I could give them a better review. The donut selection is terrible. We won't even talk bout the parking. But, we have given them several chances, thinking oh their new. But no....there's no fixing their issues. As other reviewers have stated, this has to be one of the worse DD locations in America. I have never once gotten a correct order from this place. Most recently, I asked for two orders of the bagel bites but they only gave me one. Rather than ringing up the second order at the window, they said I would have to go through the drive thru again. I ordered an everything bagel well toasted with butter and cream cheese. When I got it it was not toasted at all. I asked for them to remake it and the girl who had it shoved it down deep into the garbage can and then picked up another bagel with gloved hand she just shoved down into the garbage. Some retraining would be in order. As a former owner of a Dunkin' Donuts, the sanitation standards here are disgusting. Unless you wanna visit from the food poisoning fairy you should probably eat somewhere else. Absolutely shocking that this franchisee is allowed to continue operating. I wish I had bothered to look at the reviews before I stopped this morning to pick up a coffee, croissant sandwich, and an order of hashbrowns. Let's start with the sandwich. It was so cold that I could feel the cool of the cheese through the paper that the sandwich was wrapped in. Fortunately the egg and bacon were lukewarm so that assisted in helping the sandwich be edible. Then I tried the hash browns, which had to of been cooked yesterday in oil that was probably five days old. Totally inedible... Did I also mention they were cold? Now for the coffee... I ordered a large Americano with cream and two sugars hot. The cashier was so distracted she kept trying to give me an iced Americano which I had to correct her on at least twice. Well I got the two sugars. I did get a hot coffee. I wouldn't exactly call it an Americano. But it was absent of any cream. While everyone was friendly, it doesn't make up for money spent on a breakfast for a 10 hour driving day. read more

The attraction to this place completely alludes me. The coffee is bitter and the donuts always seem stale. One morning my kids and I went inside to grab some donuts when we forgot to eat breakfast one hurried morning (plus we wanted to avoid the long drive thru line). The guy working the register seemed easily flustered just to keep orders together and the woman working with him (manager I assume?) stepped up and got our order (three donuts, that's all). The location also drives me up the wall. The drive thru line is crazy in the mornings and blocks the way of people wanting to get gas (this location is attached to a gas station right off I24). They earned an extra star from me since my daughter said their fudge-filled crueller was delicious. The chicken salad was great and even though it was 2:00 in the afternoon, the donut I had was pleasant and seemed fresh. The cashier though....woah. We have lived in the area about 3 years and this DD has been up and down. We've dealt with some employees who wouldn't even answer the drive-thru window and others that were flat-out rude. Would've definitely given them 0 stars if possible. I work in Whites Creek, but live in Clarksville so every morning on the way home I need a pick me up.. I stop here because it's on the way home and the ONLY 24 HOUR dunkin' besides one in Franklin. I started coming here this week and the customer service is absolute SHIT. Every woman that has taken my order has the BIGGEST attitude I've ever witnessed. This afternoon I ordered a blueberry bagel, plain cream cheese, a jelly donut and paid. Before leaving I looked in the bag and he didn't put the bagel/cream cheese in. I reminded him and after several minutes in the back he handed me a bag. I get home and he made something different than ordered. 3/13/2020 I approached the counter of the Dunkin' Dunuts and was "greeted" by a sulky worker who said she would be with me in a minute. I stood there watching her put on gloves, all the while shaking her head and mumbling to herself, "Jesus, Jesus..." she kept repeating. I could see she was very unhappy about something. I stood there awhile, and got the idea to place my order for K-cups through the app on my phone, allowing me to get finished quicker and get on with my business. At 4:15 pm the order was finalized, and, tho you truly would have had to witness her face to understand completely, I will do my best to describe what followed. I heard the order come through on the machine, then the gal (who was still working with a man who was in the completed order line), moved over to my side of the counter with a look of incredulity (?), astonishment(?)---something! on her face. I said, "That was me-I just paid for my order on the app-are we good?" She said nothing-nothing-not a shake of the head-nothing--so I repeated, "Are we good?" Again, she said not a word- but continued to give me that crazy look! I finally picked up my order and walked off. As I was leaving, I heard her excitedly whisper/talking to the other employees and they burst out laughing! What????? She was young, glasses, overweight -brown hair-I was too embarrassed to even look at her name tag, but is this a way to run a business?
