Haven't been on Yelp in years, but felt the need after the unbelievable way I was treated at this location this morning: After a lovely morning at the beach with my dogs, I placed an order using the app (as I have multiple times at multiple locations before) for this location, which is on the way home. When I got there, the drive through was around the corner, so I walked inside. There was an older white lady taking another couple's order, and 3 younger African American ladies completing orders and manning the drive through. I went to the section for call in orders and didn't see mine - so I stood between that area and the register and waited. None of the 3 younger ladies offered to serve me for over 5 minutes while I just stood there (the lady at the register was still helping the couple with a long/complicated order). So, I said, "Excuse me, I called in an order, Ken, #844?" .....no response....said excuse me again, no response, finally a 3rd time the younger employee in the rainbow glasses said, "What's the name?" To which I replied, "Ken, order #844". The employee then asked me in a condescending tone, "What's the last name" To which I replied, "Why is that relevant?" (again, used the app and ordered countless times, NEVER asked this, and was generally perplexed) To which she replied in even a ruder tone, "Because I have 2 Kens" (shouldn't the order number have differentiated this? but I told her.....) At which point she said, "We Don't have your order" - So I said," I have an order number right here" To which the employee in the purple glasses chimed in "You need to relax and watch your tone, someone else took your order". To which I replied, "I need to watch my tone because of your incompetence?" Then it turned into a full-blown Jerry Springer episode. The employee in Purple glasses began SCREAMING at me "You will not disrespect me!!!!" multiple times, to which I replied, "I'll respect you when you get my order right" She lunged at me over the counter and was going to walk through the door to physically assault me, but was restrained by the employee in the rainbow glasses. The employee in the rainbow glasses then said "You need to leave, we're not serving you" . I said, "Fine, either give me my order or give me my money back" and held up the confirmation on my phone for them to see. I repeated this multiple times, while all 3 African American employees began screaming at me, and threatened to call the police, to which I replied, "Please do" While all this was happening one of the 3 employees (did not see who) slapped my phone out of my hands. This whole thing took about 10 minutes, so I walked out of the store to check on my dogs, who were in the car. (Thankfully it was still before 9AM and cool) At this point the employee (manager?) in the rainbow glasses locked the door and would not let me or any other customers inside. We waited for the police, who said there was nothing they could do, and I'll have to contact DD corporate for a refund. I don't care about the $7....but I will let Dunkin' corporate, the Better Business Bureau, the franchise owner, and anyone else who will listen know about the rude, condescending way I was treated by the staff at this location. read more

I live in PVB and often go through the drive thru window for coffees. Tyrone and Alex are great employees. Very friendly and helpful. However, I went into the store today to buy a dozen donuts and a pack of coffee. Sadly, the service was terrible. The one girl at the counter, literally walked away when she saw my husband and I walk in the store; she was clearly trying to avoid us. I then booked over and saw her speaking with the manager, I believe her name is Mara. They both looked at us and walked away. They made no attempt to offer us any type of service. The manager actually laughed as she ran off and hid from us. There were several other potential customers waiting around for help, but no one ever came. Terrible customer service and an awful manager. We just walked away and decided to take our business somewhere else. read more

So 4 of us stopped by this Dunkin Donuts after dinner at the local. It was 740 PM. The sign clear said they were open until 8 but the doors were locked and employee was seen moping the flow. The neon sign said open. The employee just shook his head at us. A 5th potential customer walked up but still would not unlock the door. So check before you go there. Not sure who the owner is, but you might want to check up on your location. read more

Super disappointing. I convinced my daughter to go in to grab our donuts because there were several cars in the drive through. We waited at least 5 minutes for an employee to acknowledge we were at the counter. Upon ordering, we had our box of donuts in hand, however, my daughter wanted some "Snackin Bacon." We waited at least another 10 minutes for the bacon which was dripping in grease with no seasoning. We ended up throwing it out and I'm now cooking bacon at home. Always opt for the drive thru and don't order the usually scrumptious snackin bacon. read more

Horrible location - avoid at all costs. The entire team is clueless. Service here is really bad. We ordered avocado toast this morning, along with a couple other items, and they "forgot to charge" us, along with being "unable to print the receipt" (so we couldn't verify what they'd charged). They refused to give us the item - half our breakfast - and insisted we'd never ordered it. They don't understand how to operate their own app, and couldn't figure out their own coupon codes. Associates working behind the counter are rude. They did not even acknowledge me at the counter. I commented that it was great customer service. They even followed me to my car and said " if your not happy you can go to other dunkin donuts". I can see why the place is always empty. I will travel to Beach Blvd for my donuts. The staff is always polite, fast and professional. Love love love the staff. Been going here for years. And over the last few months I noticed how dirty this location is. At the very least please clean the front doors/ windows. I am absolutely positive this has not been done in the last few weeks. During this afternoon's rainstorm, I thought to treat my father to Dunkin' Donuts off Solana Road in Ponte Vedra Beach. Lowering the car window to place our order, while the rain pummeled the car interior (given no covering from the elements exists), the employee taking our order kept cutting me off, "Is that all?" "Is that all?" So irritating is this "hurry up already" demeanor, I finally asked, "Tell you what, how about you let me finish my order, and I'll then tell you when I'm finished." The girl thus "let" me finally finish, only to then announce that "She couldn't' hear my entire order, and I'd need to start all over again." Really. The fact that this was an utter lie, intended to punish the customer for daring to ask that they be allowed to actually finish their order before being interrupted in staccato fashion with every single breath, was confirmed by the sudden outburst of riotous laughter heard through the microphone by the employee's cohorts. ("Look at me! Isn't it hilarious that I'm forcing this customer to have to repeat her order while getting doused in the pouring rain!") That this was an intentional diss was further confirmed when driving to the window to obtain our drinks and donuts, as a snarky "Charlie" proceeded to tell me the donuts I ordered weren't, in fact, available, all the while with a mocking, sneering smile and laughing at us to her fellow employees. The distain was palpable. Before we'd even gotten all we sought, she slammed the window in our faces. Driving off, in disbelief at what all had just occurred, I returned and entered the store, to explain that it's unacceptable to treat the customer as such. Three young female employees stood defiantly as I shared that the intentional rudeness was not lost on me, nary one offering any manner of apology. To the contrary, "Charlie," the young, nose-ringed female employee who'd taken my order, began laughing at me and openly mocking me, saying things like "how ridiculous I look" and accusing me of being upset (get this): "because I was jealous of her being happy." Hello? "Jealous of her being happy?" Dunkin' Donuts, where do you find these people? That's right, her snarky, derisive smile and mocking laughter during the whole encounter was actually "happiness" and, me, being the miserable soul they implied, had to stop my car, get out in the downpour, and lodge my dismay at someone being happy. Of course. I attempted to gain the manager's contact information, only to receive simply a name: no way of actually REACHING him. Asking for more, the "manager" on duty TURNED HER BACK ON ME, said she had to take a new order, refusing to even acknowledge me as I attempted to get the information sought. I finally left and soon afterward realized I could not find my credit card. So distracted was I by the rude conduct at the window I could not recall if handed my card in return or not. I searched my car, purse, nothing. Having no desire to ever interact with these individuals again, I simply called to follow up. They refused to answer the phone, forcing me to return in person. Asked if my credit card might have been found. No offer to take my contact information, refused to perform any search, nothing helpful at all. But instead, ACCUSED ME OF FABRICATING A MISSING CREDIT CARD IN ORDER TO ACCUSE THE EMPLOYEES OF THEFT. That's right. In a final display of cocky defiance, "Charlie," had the nerve to demand that I apologize to THEM (!) - Really! For what? The gall of not accepting being treated as such?! Needless to say, unless you want to risk your day similarly ruined, steer clear of Dunkin' Donuts Ponte Vedra Beach. There are plenty of great coffee options in Ponte Vedra Beach, my far-and-away favorite being Le Macaron. Were it not for the downpour today and wanting to simply use Drive Thru (that worked well..), I would have been at this charming PVB patisserie being treated politely and not openly insulted by staff. We saw signs for this location when we were meeting to head down to the Jags game and I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me. Ponte Vedra was getting a donut shop? Was they serious?? My husband has always talked about the lack of a donut/breakfast option in the area and had a pipe dream for us to start our own little shop, but many of us were skeptical it would survive because it just really didn't fit the demographic. Finally made it in to check the place out yesterday. Was curious to see what they had done with this former bank location. Definitely nice to see they kept the drive through; and the rest of PV was happy about that as there were four cars in line when we arrived. Inside they've tried to make it a little more comfortable than your average donut shop with comfy chairs to sit in. The last thing I need to do is hang out at a donut shop. We didn't get to try the 'new' croissant donut as it has different pricing than the half-dozen box, but we'll be back soon. All the donuts we had were very fresh and the pumpkin donut was still warm when we got home. Seeing how popular this place currently is, it's nice to know the turnover has kept them making fresh donuts. While my first choice for coffee will probably always be Bold Bean, I'm excited there's another option in the area and it's actually in my general direction of travel unlike the Starbucks which is the opposite way when I'm headed towards JTB. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. The people seem nice BUT staff didn't know what was on the menu, they have menu for people inside, food was not thoroughly cooked and the staff was forgetting what we said and laughing the whole time and joking with each other. What should have been a 30 second order ended up taking 5 minutes. We were told items that we regularly get have been discontinued. We've given this location 5 chances and the food and coffees are always disappointing. We love going to Dunkin so it's unfortunate that the location by our house has been so awful every time we go there. Corporate seriously needs to do some work on this staff. read more

omg! no nich i went to this location to get my decaf caramel iced coffee w almond milk and i don't think they used almond milk bc i had some major diarrhea!!!! also i ordered a small iced water, AND THERE WAS A HAIR ON IT...... i initially thought it was mine because my weave isn't looking to hot and i also suffer from chronic hair loss , but i pull the hair off AND ITS CONNECTED TO THE LID IN MY AQUA!!!!!!?? Not sure what all these bad reviews are about - this is hands down the best Dunkin Donuts I ever go to. Donuts are always fresh and soft, my coffee is always made precisely and delicious, and the breakfast sandwiches are always perfectly assembled and never burnt as they are at every other Dunkin! I've been here quite a bit and I usually get the ice coffee. because I don't like black coffee I ask for cream and sugar. The second or third time I came here, I got in line and the lady was ready to take my order. I was thinking about trying something else that time, so it took me a minute or so to fully decide. I decided to just get my regular iced coffee with just cream and sugar. the lady kind of gave me a rude look but I ignored it. My coffee took a little longer than usual, but when I finally got it,it was hot not iced like I had I asked it. I asked the lady who took my order if she could remake it because I got it iced, but she just rolled her eyes and tried to even charge me extra! I told her she messed it up and she went back to remake it. Once it was done she gave it to me. for some reason I waited to try it until I got into the car but I almost gagged. I had to chew my coffee. there was a crunch at the bottom of my cup and I realized she had never stirred in the sugar all the way. overall this place was a pretty bad experience. hopefully that lady was fired and I hope DD can learn how to take orders and make coffee!!! read more

really frustrating. came back in town hoping years later this place was better - it's not. placed an online order, missing our donuts, coffee tasted like there was 0 flavor or milk, bagel was supposed to be plain with no spread (that was wrong too). as I turned around to come back, the dog ate the hashbrowns in the backseat. when i went back to explain, they said "sorry you have to pay" with the dog/stupid hashbrown scenario (annoying but whatever). Then after arguing and telling them I was missing donuts from our order (I didn't even tell them about the incorrect bagel and crappy coffee), they gave me 2 donuts I didn't even order, so they got it wrong again. honestly just drive to the one in nocatee or jax beach. waste of time and money read more

I typically order online moments before arriving and my order is always ready when I walk in. The staff and especially Mary are very hard workers and always pleasant. I want to love this location so badly because it's so conveniently located to my house. Unfortunately they rarely get my order correct. I know to some this doesn't seem like a big deal but I'm a daily customer. I order the same thing every morning at 6:10 before heading to the same stressful job. Perhaps it's the morning crew. Perhaps I've just been unlucky every morning. Perhaps the two times they've spilt hot coffee in my car and down my arm because someone didn't put the lid on correctly was no big deal. Never in my life have I received my order correctly from this Dunkin. Every. Single. Time. There is at least something messed up. You ask for a strawberry donut? You get chocolate. You ask for Splenda in your iced coffee? You get a pound of sugar crystals at the bottom. You want a straw? Forget it! QUALITY CONTROL. I hardly ever eat at Dunkin' if it's not a donut or coffee. I was starving and decided to get a breakfast sandwich. I drove away and when I bit into the sandwich, it tasted slimy. I turned on the lights and the egg was runny and the sausage patty was raw looking and slimy. Needless to say I had to go home early from an event due to nausea, intense stomach pain and a pounding headache. Just gross! read more

Immediately after I received my large iced coffee and tasted it I drove the few extra miles down to Starbucks where I tossed the coffee and replaced it with something much better. This DD must be operated by the same franchise as the one in Mayport. Boat taste like they don't was their coffee pots and for whatever reason used crystal sugar instead of a simple syrup. Anyone who knows me knows I cannot start my day off properly without an iced coffee from Starbucks. On this particular Saturday morning, I was running late to an event in Jacksonville Beach, heading the polar opposite direction from Starbucks. My options were: receive a caffeine headache or take a trip to Dunkin' Donuts. After thoroughly weighing the pros and cons, I ended up in the Dunkin' Donuts drive-thru line on the corner of A1A. I ordered a large iced coffee with cream and sugar and a plain bagel with cream cheese, the regular for me at Starbucks. After waiting ten minutes, I was handed my drink and bagel. It was not until I got on the highway that I took the first sip, unaware of how my day was about to change. The coffee itself tasted bitter at best. Bitter coffee is the result of water overmixing with coffee grounds; thus Dunkin' Donuts is not even brewing the drink that "America runs on" correctly. Additionally, the drink tastes as if the guy working the window dumped a thousand pounds of artificial sweetener into the cup. The coffee looked like it had been poured over a gallon of ice, resulting in a little amount of actual coffee in your cup. Come to think about it; Dunkin' probably gives so much ice so it will hopefully water down their overly sweetened drinks. Not only was I disappointed by the overcooked state of my bagel, but it was also covered in cream cheese thicker than the bagel itself. I was driving while trying to eat this bagel, and the cream cheese situation made navigating the highways of Jacksonville much more difficult. People passing me most likely watched as I struggled to wipe of three-fourths of the toppings. This difficulty created a mess in my car. As for the bagel alone, it tasted overcooked and reheated. The service was average at this location of Dunkin' Donuts. After ordering, I sat in the line for another ten minutes. Although frustrating, the long line is not something the staff can control. Once arriving at the window, my drink was not even ready. Being someone that is always late, it is essential that my go-to coffee provider in the morning is punctual. Other than the time, the staff members were confident and very apologetic, which was appreciated. Overall, Dunkin' Donuts is not the place for me. However, if you like sweet coffee and a lot of cream cheese on your bagel, it would be perfect. The only plus is that Dunkin' is much cheaper than Starbucks, but I prefer to pay more and get more "bang for my buck." Starbucks provides me better coffee, never burnt bagels, side cream cheese, and is very punctual. read more

Ordered three chocolate donuts and coffee from the drive through. Chocolate donuts were face down in a bag and wrong and the coffee was ice cold. Suggest staying away until this new location gets it act together and its employees trained. This is the second time they have failed to meet even minimum service requirements. read more
