Went around 9:00 on a Saturday, steady line, but quick movement. Large open space with ample inside seating as well as outside seating. We took to go. Cashier was great, friendly and helpful. Order followed pretty quickly as well. Honey Badger iced- half sweet with skim, extra espresso shot, light ice. Honey badger iced- half sweet with skim. Aussie pie- egg and rosemary. I was surprised by the consistency as it is a thick egg later inside, but good. Heartiness made it shareable. Muffins for my kids to split- Gluten free PB- simple PB flavor Mixed Berry- Good, berries towards the bottom but larger Pumpkin Butterscotch- sweet, but still had a great pumpkin flavor and was my daughter ls favorite Unfortunately I didn't get pics of the food unwrapped as everyone was hungry on arrival home.

This spot on first visit is a bit hard to find but it is in the health building and once you park and walk around you'll find it. There was a pretty long line when we got there but it moved very fast. We got two coffees the pumpkin and honey badger both iced and two Aussie pies. We really enjoyed our coffee and the pies are so good. The crusted ones are super flaky. We will come back again.

***INSIDE FLAGLER HEALTH*** Okay I just needed you to know that first because too many reviews say "hard to find but worth it!" now on to the pertinents: 1. Yes the coffee is good 2. Yes the treats are even better (?) 3. Tons of seating, indoor and outdoor 4. Friendly staff 5. Super cute merch and lots of local honey and coffee beans for purchase What are you waiting for?!

Go to Kookaburra often! I absolutely love their coffee and typically don't walk out without a donut if they are available. The Australian inspired drinks are unique, high quality ingredients, and worth the money. Staff is always so kind, friendly, and efficient. Love supporting this local business!

I absolutely love this place, it's very welcoming when you come in. Open - definitely set up that if you want to have a lunch date, a coffee, meeting, or a business meeting, tons of seating, outlets, free Wi-Fi and everything you could imagine. That's just about the set up, they have some delicious tea selections that you can customize as well. Today I had a nice hot chai - no sugar added it's refreshing, and delicious. They also have loads of coffee, and treats - I'm not a coffee person, so I enjoy that I can still get tea The employees are friendly, open to questions, and helpful in leading me to the right tea for this mornings treat!

I've been waiting for this moment! After trying the kookaburra beans and products in other coffee shops, I had to come try out the real deal. Of course I ordered the honeybadger, matcha form. It's just as good as the first one I've tried at a local cafe in a different city. Service was so friendly and quick, I'd come back again!! There's areas to study as well, so don't worry about seating :) Shoutout to the people on aux, such good vibes!!

The location is weird - it's INSIDE of a hospital? Anyways, Kookaburra has so much potential. It was the only local *not Starbuck's* coffee shop in Nocatee and because of that, the line was long. It definitely would've been a better experience if the kids next to me weren't climbing all over the medical desk/equipment in line (idk what it was...) That said, I don't think I've had a better seasonal Pumpkin Spice Latte than from here. They use REAL pumpkin and it was insanely delicious. With that, we tried the seasonal Pumpkin cheesecake bar and it really does taste as good as it looks.

I had seen this coffee shop inside the Flagler Health building before but had never tried it until today. I am really glad I did. They have reserved parking spots with the name of the coffee shop for their customers. It was a nice touch. All staff were friendly and helpful. They serve coffee teas, espresso, lattes, baked goods, and coffee products and merchandise. It is very spacious for hanging out or working, both inside and outside.

Always friendly staff; clean; inside and outside seatings areas. Delicious pies and pastry with vegan options. Signature coffee, tea, lemonade (during summer). Be sure you stop by early in the morning, as pies are selling quickly! Plenty of parking nearby. Splash park in front of cafe is full of kids in the morning.

Ask the Community - The Kookaburra Coffee

Do the large lattes have another espresso shot or is it just more milk?

Do they offer non dairy options?

Yes, they offer soy, oat & almond milk.

Where is the best place to park? Motorcycle parking?

Coming from the roundabout - go to the left of the building. You can access the side parking specifically for Kook customers. If it's full, you can turn left and park behind the main shops in the town center (between bindings) or continue straight… Read more

They use Kookaburra Coffee (which I have had plenty of times) out of St. Augustine and I love it. The barista made my usual breve with heavy cream perfectly and it was definitely delicious and rich. My BIL got his usual brewed cup of Joe black and said it was great. The service is fast and friendly. And the place is immaculate. It's got a very chill atmosphere with a comfy couch and chairs where you can sit and enjoy your coffee and scroll on your phone to research the origins of the business. At least that's what I usually do...I'm endlessly curious and interested. I thought PMCH might have been a franchise like so many other businesses popping up in the area. I was wrong. To my surprise and pleasure, Pour Mike's Coffee House is locally owned (St. Augustine residents) and that particular day, Mike and his wife (the owners) were actually there amongst their customers. Mike asked us how we liked the coffee. And we let him know we definitely enjoyed it. It's nice to see business owners interacting with their customers. I love seeing that and really appreciate it. They have plenty of Pour Mike's Coffee House merchandise for sale, Mayday Icecream available for purchase and they seem to offer a mix of local goodies to help and support other area businesses. Rare and awesome. Now that I know, I will definitely be back!

The parking right in front isn't the best but there is ample parking in the shops surrounding the business. The environment was lowkey with several patrons on laptops or catching up with friends. Everything tasted amazingggg. The biscuit was fresh and I didn't feel heavy after eating it. The latte had the perfect amount of sweetness. Both items complemented each other well and the pricing was very fair. They do sell their own coffee and it seemed like everyone had a cup. I think one of the better things about it is the drive-thru for people who don't want to get out the car. I am confident enough to use the drive-thru now that I have a go-to order.
