They consistently have amazing drinks. The baristas are highly trained and I appreciate that. They also give latte art on hot beverages. The ambiance is small and cozy. It can get busy but you can usually find a spot. I also recommend the meat pies. read more

One of my new fav coffee shops in Jax Beach! I have done some work here a couple of times and it's been great both times. It's a cozy spot and I like how there's always a table open when I come. The matcha is delicious and I got the panini recently too which was yummy. The girls working are always friendly. We really enjoyed trying out Round Bird Coffee recently! What we really enjoyed were the wide variety of coffees, flavors, and creative homemade drinks which the baristas make! There seem to be endless options of drinks (as well as some food) which makes you want to go back and try them all! Additionally, the shop is quite spacious as well. In addition to tables, stools, and couches to choose from, a good portion of the establishment has large windows, allowing natural light to pour in. This was my first time here and I really liked it. I'm not a coffee drinker so I just had some food, but thought the place was super cute and quaint. I got the cheddar bagel sandwich with ham egg and cheese and it was super yummy. I think they forgot to add cream cheese but other than that my experience was good. Staff was super nice. I love this place!!! I get it! The stage is set for me to be a sucker for everything here because of the beach, sunset, sun rises and the view, the smell and the sound of the beach. You wake up with a full heart filled with content and no wonde coffee is the cherry on top. What could be better?!?!?! They have cheddar chive scone which is a nice unexpected treat from all the sweet breakfast scones. It does run out of cheddar chive scone quickly so we try to get one to eat and get another one to go since we do not live in JAX. Coffee is always spot on and consistent and so nice to support local coffee shops and it is very conveniently located near the beach. We also like seeing the same barista with different hair colors serving up good coffee and eveyone is very nice and professional, easy, and laid back while they provide tons of coffee like coffee mercenaries!!! And Round Bird did not disappoint! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My DH ordered a Hazelnut Latte (that was so good I ended up ordering one later!) and a Ham & Cheese Croissant. I ordered a Cappuccino and it was the perfect balance - the espresso came through beautifully! We both noticed the beautiful, rich & creamy whip on top of both of our coffees... lovely! We love discovering new local coffee shops and Round Bird was such a nice find. WHO KNEW that Butter Pecan and Lavender went together so well?? I tried that latte because of them and now I'm obsessed. The inside is dope, really cool hanging lights and the kind of coffeeshop vibe you look for. There was a decent amount of people there at the time, but that didn't stop anything from getting us our lattes quick. Service was awesome and quick! Their gluten free pumpkin muffin was amazing. I loved my latte but did notice after drinking half of it, the milk was spoiled. It still tasted great, which is why I didn't even notice it was spoiled until halfway through lol. I ended up giving the drink away but mentioned to Round Bird when I was able to go the next morning. I politely explained what happened no apology no nothing. It was a 8.00 mistake and I am a regular customer who spends a good deal of money. Clearly customer service is not their strength so won't be a regular customer anymore. Disappointed! read more

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This place constantly reminds me why I never want to come here--and after giving it multiple chances, I can confidently say this was my last. Every time I walk in, I feel like an inconvenience. The staff taking orders are consistently short, dismissive, and clearly don't want to be there. It makes the entire experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. But today was the final straw. I ordered a small cold brew with cold foam, and the total came out to $9. Nine. Dollars. For a small coffee. I asked for a breakdown because I genuinely thought there had to be a mistake. Nope. Here it is: Cold brew: $4.70 One pump of syrup for the cold foam: $1.90 Cold foam itself: $1.70 That's $3.60 just for a little flavored foam. Are you kidding me? This isn't LA or NYC. This is absolutely ridiculous--and frankly insulting. I've had it. I'm done giving this place my time and money. Do better. read more

This is a South African inspired cafe with a thoughtfully designed interior. I ordered the Caramel Apple Chai from the Autumn Flavors menu. The caramel pple flavoring is delightful, yet overpowers the chai, which also makes the drink a little on the sweeter side. Lots and LOTS of coffee, tea, spritzer options with pastries, meat pies, and other savories and sweets to accompany! We got the blueberry muffin and they warmed it up for us -- so soft and delicious! My partner got the blue berry spritzer with watermelon and he liked it but it was an artificial watermelon flavor that wasn't for me. The pink strawberry peach spritzer that I got was from the Easter seasonal menu. I would try the matcha and chai the next time I come! Some of the seasonal flavors seem really delicious! read more

Great place to work!! there are outlets within reach of every single seat. only downside is its a bit expensive. Two lattes with cold foam cost us around $16. read more

Went for a private party event. Sooooo good to know you can rent out the location after hours for a cool venue! In this case, we were there on a Saturday 5:30pm-8pm. I can't say what it's normally like, because I feel like we got special treatment, being that it was just our party. But the staff were super helpful, friendly, and fun! Lots of food and drink selections, I was really surprised. Cool decor. Lots of local stuff being sold there, too. And as a foodie, you know I got some goods. Haha. I tried the chicken and mushroom pie. Yum! I saw there was a steak one, too. I want to try that next time! And then I had the cream cheese Danish and they warmed it up for me. Oh my yummmm. I found they had a lovely beverage selection, not just coffee! Would I go back? For sure! Would I recommend it? Most definitely! Go check it out. I always love to check out new (to me) coffee shops. The strip mall outside does not prepare you for the nice vibe inside, it is larger than expected too- room to catch up with friends or work. Coffee selection is large, barista was nice. So why only 3 stars? Could be my choice in coffee and I will try again. I ordered a medium Pecan Pie Latte with skim milk. Plus: not too sweet (you can taste the coffee which I like), Negative: there was an extremely sour taste. I feel it may have been the milk, or maybe it is the flavor and I need to try something else. It was just overwhelming and I could not drink it. I also ordered a Turkey bacon and cheese biscuit- basic, good flavor, but in line to a quick breakfast you would grab at home. I will be back to try another coffee and maybe experiment with other flavors. This is just my input on this specific flavor. I will update accordingly! read more

I love the feeling of mom and pop and something about our electric plugs hanging down over tables like we are in my dad's garage feels so cozy and super functional. The place feels like a tucked in hideaway that feels old and disorganized, but they have such special details that gives the place charm and "buy local" sentimentality.
