Never I mean never get my simple coffee order right. They repeat the order back-to-back me but somehow it's always wrong.

As I stepped foot into the sacred Dunkin Donuts, I grabbed my online order and sat down. Everything was correct, and the workers didn't even question why I ordered the loaded hashbrowns after already ordering something. When they are open everyone I've dealt with is always pleasant and they do a great job, but when are they open? I initially thought it was a weird location that- closed early because every time I've been here after 4:30 it appeared open but I would go to the drive thru & : crickets : I would say hello several times and nobody ever answered!!! So I didn't mIe a big deal about it & would just leave & assumed they were closed! Again, recently last Thursday (5/25/23) I came around 6:30/6:45 went to the drive thru and again- nobody answered me! So I assumed they were closed! Despite ALL THE LIGHTS ON INSIDE, the drive thru menu lit up & several cars in the parking lot... again not a big deal- I just left, confused.... I was craving a coffee last night and was already out so I was curious to see if this Dunkin was "open" but this time I was smart enough to google the store hours, and to my shock and dismay, this store closed nightly at 9pm!!!! What happened to the various times I came here long before 9pm and nobody ever answered me at the drive thru window! I COULD NOT BELIEVE that they are apparently open until 9pm every night! I was literally shocked. So when I attempted to stop here last night, it was 9:05 and they legitimately closed 5 minutes ago! I hadn't looked up the hours until I was like "in line" in front of the menu, my husband noticed the employee in the window was giving me the head cut off motion. HOW Pleasant!!! I I would have given her a $5 tip for her trouble buttttt she just kept mentioning that she was going to cut my head off so I retreated! Lol I get it, these kids want to leave - butttt if you just did a good deed you would have received a decent tip! I know when I worked in the food business I would always cater to people like that- because they often tipped so well! Maybe they will learn one day, but the work ethic amongst generations are so very different! So I am now wondering what was going on every time I came here later- like 4:30/5/5:30/6/6:30? Could it be that every single time I attempted to grab a coffee the employees were all on a smoke break? Or could it be they chose not to answer the drive thru customers- as I am not the only one who noticed this, my husband always said the same thing- That Dunkin is never open! So Idk who has been working those shifts where they are either going outside 25x a shift to smoke or are just ignoring the customers but when I looked up the closing time- I was very disappointed! Hopefully this place gets it together because when they are open- everyone is friendly and lines move quickly & efficiently (much faster then Chepachet) & also this is 9 minutes away from my house whereas the one in Chepachet & the one in Pascoag are both 11 minutes away! Let's get it together Dunkin, especially since they now have the "Butter Pecan Crunch" Frozen Coffee- that drink is my new favorite!!!! It's absolutely AMAZING! Please don't get rid of it- next month or in a few month- it's a staple and needs to stay! read more

About as good as you're going to get. Coffee order always comes out right, always hot. Other drawback is to plan on waiting if using the drive thru. Reason is plain to see after ordering, and getting good coffee and a correct order. read more

I always receive horrible customer service here.... the workers always give me an attitude, and don't even talk to me at the window.

I went to get my normal iced coffee that I have been drinking since I was 12 years old and I took a sip and realized it was completely wrong and told the lady at the window that it didn't taste right and she told me "that's how all ice coffee tastes" and refused to fix it. I then went to Dunkin' Donuts on Woodstock ave where they replaced and told me that my other coffee wasn't made right. So I recommend going to a different Dunkin' Donuts unless you want your order messed up, and terrible customer service. read more
