I finally got around to trying the only Dunkin Donut shop around. First off, I really liked their beverages. I tried a Dark Roast and an Iced Coffee with Pumpkin Swirl. The pumpkin beverage beats any others in flavor. As for donuts, I had a classic maple bar. The bar itself is basic with tasty frosting, but then I took the name of this donut shop into action; I dunked my donut into my coffee and it was meant to be! Sure lives up to it's name! I also tried the Maple Bacon Breakfast croissant sandwich and it had hints of sweetness, hence "Maple". Great breakfast sandwich. I will be back. read more

I really wanted to love this place because I'm a fan of dunkin doughnuts but after waiting 7 minutes at the window for a medium iced coffee with almond milk and then being given a large iced coffee with no sweetener really made me question how intelligent the employees are that are working. Management: please train your employees to a higher standard. I'll stick to the DD in upland. read more

I'm so happy they finally opened up here in Rancho. No more having to go all the way to upland. The iced coffee is my favorite, and I've been getting addicted again to it! The hashbrowns are delicious, and so are their muffins. I love Dunkin! Only thing that sucks is the drive thru takes FOREVER, spent like almost 30 mins in it yesterday, so next time I will just get down and order. This was my first time ever trying Dunkin and I thought i'd give it a try. It's cute inside and I even saw a Wifi sign which is pretty cool. The line had about three people so I had time to choose what I wanted to order. It moved along well. There was a worker gathering my donut order while the cashier was ringing me up which helped my order be ready immediately. Looks like they were training some new workers but everyone had a great attitude. A gentleman who seemed to be the manager handed me my donuts and iced coffee and with a huge smile said "See you tomorrow" haha that made me happy. I love upbeat workers. The Iced Coffee was cheap and pretty good I don't normally drink coffee but wanted to try it. The donuts were good. I was surprised of how moist and soft the cake was. I ordered the Pumpkin, Blueberry and Apple Fritters. Everyone enjoyed all of them. Donuts are about $1.19 and the Fritter is $1.89 not bad for a treat. I'm a fan and will definitely return here. Also by the time I received my order the line had grown about 3 times as long so i'm sure they get waves of customers at times. But all the workers seemed to be moving quickly so hopefully they can handle the pressure. read more

Great coffee and friendly staff! Came here for the first time to study and get some work done. Customer service was excellent! My friend and I felt welcome by all the staff. We were personally greeted by the assistant manager to ensure we were satisfied with our visit. Most tables have outlets to charge your devices which makes it convenient for a long study sesh. My first time at this location and it was horrible. I went through the drive thru thinking it was going to be quick since there were only TWO cars in line... one was already ordering... but nope... i had to turn off my car because I ended up being in line for over 30 minutes.. I would say close to 45... the cars in front of me didn't have large orders either... when I arrived to the window to get my food FINALLY... the gentleman didn't even greet me and was working the drive thru alone... he literally prepared the food right there while we were waiting at the window and it took 10 min for him to get the coffee.. he was talking to his coworkers like nothing and no one had a sense of urgency even though at this point the drive thru was already super backed up with quite a few cars in line. AND THEN to top it off... I was afraid to ask for ketchup because I felt like it was gonna take another 5 minutes and it almost did but the ketchup he gave me was drenched in grease... felt like it had been dropped in the fryer.... Ive never been more irritated in the drive thru.. the food was good but it was super messy like it was slapped together in 2 seconds... which obviously wasn't the case because I waited 45 minutes. Overall, they either need to hire more people or show their employees what it means to have sense of urgency and work efficiently. read more

This is the only Dunkin' I have been to of all the locations from Rancho to Chula Vista that is consistently bad. The management needs to be replaced and the staff properly trained. This location has two modes: understaffed with a few workers looking overwhelmed, or overstaffed with the majority of the young employees mixing up orders or just not knowing what to even do. A drink as simple as an iced coffee is impossible for this location to make and taste even similar to any other location. read more

Just went through the drive through. The menu in the drive through wasn't lit up (it was night time). They were out of the good donuts. We ordered two donuts and a coffee. Everything was fine except no napkins with our donuts and the coffee was scalding hot. read more

I'd like to say it's refreshing to see a company actually hire younger kids and give them opportunities for employment instead of adults thats taking all the jobs Highschool and college kids should be doing . I love Dunkin' Donuts, and I love their food/drinks. However, I was not satisfied with the customer service they provided during my visit. I have been going to this particular location because it is on the way to my work, and this lady named Onnie J., has served me twice. The first time she served me, she gave me attitude when I asked for more napkins nicely. Then, the second time I asked for an extra shot in my latte, I was given attitude for not knowing how their espresso machine worked since it was not the right way. Which I was not aware of since I am not an experienced barista however, by responding with a condescending tone it made me feel terrible for asking for something extra that I was willing to pay for. On top of that, there was a missing ingredient I requested and before giving it to me, I simply & nicely reminded her about it then she gave her employee attitude and imitating the way I asked for it to be added. I believe this was not professional, provided condescending tone towards customers, and was not friendly through my experience. I believe customer service is very important, especially in the food industry. I am not one to write reviews on yelp, however I was truly disappointed and felt unfavorable for ordering my desired drinks due to not having enough knowledge of coffee-making procedures. I was greatly impacted with this transaction since it turned my morning upside down, and I just hope it can be communicated to the staff to treat all clients with satisfaction that will impact their day to be better. read more

Came here to see what's all the hype about Dunkin Donuts, great customer service but my coffee wasn't strong, it felt like it was water down and I order through the mobile app and the employees told me that their system isn't working, if you order a Ice Coffee with certain amounts pumps of syrup or flavor shots it doesn't show on their software, so they just give you the ice coffee with one pump and that's it:( Hopefully they can fix the mobile ordering software soon. read more

This branch has a bad customer service. All the young kids working here doesn't have a good customer service! They think their at a playground or something . They're laughing while taking your order. I order a dozen of Bavarian creme and OMAR the one who answered on the drive thru saying I can't order a dozen, he said I can only order 6 because there's a limit . I was like why not? And all of a sudden he change his mind!" You can order 12 Bavarian creme" so I pull up on the window and ask why he can only give me 6 Bavarian creme at the beginning? Is there any changes on your policy? He said no!.He said so they can sell it to other customers. I was like I've been buying dozens of Bavarian creme for years I never had a problem. First time here. Very clean, fast service. Donuts are delicious. Everything took 2 minutes. I ordered coffee and 2 donuts. My son ordered a vanilla chi and we waited 3 extra minutes for that, aside from the transaction. Overall the experience was wonderful. I highly recommend this place. Worst service ever, there's no adult management, took 22 minutes for a small hot coffee and 1 Boston cream donut with only 4 ppl ahead of me in line, there are 13 employees working in the back and only 1 cashier, the drive thru clearly gets top priority over the people that aren't too lazy to get out of their car and walk inside. The donuts are good if you can get them. We work near by and have gone about 10 times. They are open all day yet if you go anytime after 9am they are out of donuts! They have been open long enough at this point to know they should be making more donuts to keep up with demand. You are losing customers daily because we come and don't get what we want. This place is a damn donut shop. I get that it's new, packed and everyone is flocking to it like it's the last place that has water in the middle of a drought, but literally WTF. Their service is beyond horrible. They have no system , they have no concept of what they're doing , I swear they picked their employees out of the " let's give them a chance " foundation. The line set up within the building crosses over each other so "pick up" and "order " is constantly running into each other. The employees have no recollection of their training because they're stopping every person " let me ask my manager " let me ask. They don't put signs out of what donuts they are out of. So you will wait in this long line and get to the front ask if they have your donut or if it's being cooked at the moment and the cashier will know none the wiser. This place needs some serious help if it doesn't want to remain at 2 stars. Honestly terrible first week open. read more
